Fab breakfast. Better than most hotels. Very clean and tidy. This is my second or third visit. There is an electric car charger so for me it’s a no brainier. I will stay again.

This is our third stay ay Holcombe house .Always a good experience .It is very clean well decorated and nice and cosy and warm. Rooms nice and comfortable. Breakfast nice.Friendly staff.

We stayed only one night We had two rooms which were both en-suite Clean and comfortable. We were going to a wedding at Elsham Hall so asked if we could book in and leave car there at mid day We didn’t expect to be given our room then but they were all ready for us and we were able to leave cases in there and freshen up prior to Jim’s taxi ( that they had given us details of few weeks prior ) collecting us I would highly recommend this place for any stay but if going to Elsham Hall it’s so convenient as only 8 min drive away

The rooms were wonderfully decorated very well thought out and very comfortable. The young ladies were very amenable to all necessities including funding another TV controller which I had accidentally (hopefully) temporarily damaged by knocking my coffee over later at night . The breakfasts were extremely well presented and a delight to taste with lots of options overall a very pleasant start and I would thoroughly recommend room 6 and room 7 where my friend stayed who felt the same away about our stay

I've been staying here on and off since the late 80s. I visited again recently for a couple of nights. It's immaculately kept and has all the usual things, tea/coffee in the room, wifi and they do evening meals as well as breakfast. The food was all very good, in particular the chicken pie. Staff are all very friendly and it's all reasonably priced too, it cost me just over sixty quid for a single ensuite, breakfast and evening meal. I'll definitely stay here again next time we're up this way.

Hello, upon recommendation from a friend, I booked a trip to Lincolnshire and stayed at Holcombe Guest House. This establishment is easy walking distance from Barnetby Station. And offers evening meals and scrumptious breakfasts. There are a couple of other eating out options including a couple of Supermarkets and Pub opposite the Railway Station.

Superb, friendly well run B&B which also offers evening meals. Spotlessley clean rooms, some with en-suite. Will definitely be staying there again. Highly recommend.

Great value for money. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location is decent, with a few parking spaces out front, or a few more just next door. Breakfast was well worth it. Room was comfy and well cared for. Lots of amenities in the room. For a budget night's stay, I highly recommend this place!

Not long got home from taking the kids away to Alton Towers and then visited family for a few days in the Scunthorpe area. Booked into the Holcome Guest House for a couple of nights and we wasn't disappointed. What a fantastic place this B&B is. Ideally situated next to the M180 motorway and Humberside Airport, this place has to be right up there as the place to stay in the area. Such a warm welcome on arrival and straight away I realised this was a very well kept business. The place was immaculate, couldn't fault it at all. A real good full English breakfast was served each morning, along with freshly made coffee. This isn't just your typical B&B, they will provide evening meals and packed lunches for an extra cost on request. The thing that amazes me is the price to stay there. For our family of four it was only £300 for two rooms for two nights, that's not even forty pounds a night per person, including breakfast. Where I live in the far SW you wouldn't get one night for that, and then you would have to pay extra for breakfast. Will be booking again next time we are in the area, I'm certain of that. Thanks to everybody who made our stay at the Holcome Guest House so enjoyable. Loved it.

Having stayed twice and in two different rooms,i can honestly say what a wonderfull place this is. Staff were very welcoming and both stays had a lovely evening meal at £8 per night...both Delicous and bargain. Will be the only place i will stay in,when back in the area..10/10.

Had an excellent stay. Clean and well-furnished room, charming welcome and tasty breakfast. The Guest House has the facility to recharge an EV and this worked well.

Spent a night on my way to a business meeting near Hull. It's a wonderful and well kept little place, very clean and functional. Full English breakfast in the morning was lovely too, served by a very friendly member of staff, whose name I can't remember (apologies). I'll use it again next time I go in that direction.

Easy to book. They allowed me to book in early so I could get changed before I went out. Superb single occupancy rooms, no matchbox. Breakfast was excellent. Linen napkins and tablecloths. Lovely view of the garden. Staff friendly and helpful.

Wonderfully run B&B in an adorable village. Just a few minutes' walk from the train station (trains infrequent). The room was decorated well and the bed was very soft. Shower was reliable and powerful. A kettle with tea/coffee was provided. The hostess was lovely and helpful; takeaway and delivery was accessible nearby. A wonderful stay for a great price!

It is the only place I will stay at when visiting Barnetby. The staff are brilliant, rooms are clean and comfortable and the cooked breakfast nice and hot.

Extremely clean, and spacious room, very helpful staff, they even gave us a lift to our venue as we couldn't get a taxi.

I stayed here for the first time recently and was delighted. My single en-suite room was spotless as was the bathroom. The staff were outstanding and the home cooked English breakfast was lovely. I can't wait to return.
