The place was clean the plants and flowers were well kept. The falls were great, the boat ride was so fun, the water was not cold and the lifeguards made the experience a fun. The pool was good, there is a water slide and a parrot 🦜 that dances and talk for additional entertainment. An outdoor shower and changing rooms are available. You can take games, alcohol and food as well as food is available to purchase. All in all, this place is great for a family trip.

I love this place because it’s like a mini park with artificial pool and slide, boat ride pass Somerset falls to a hidden falls with a grotto like cave. Cost is $1500 per adult

Its a fantastic place. The scenery is very picture perfect and pleasing to the eye. The boat tour brings you closer to falls and there was even a spot where they let the water from the falls massage you. If you are confident in your swimming they let you hop in the water,but do so at your own risk as the water is quite deep. Another thing to keep in mind is this isn't one of those falls they let you climb so look elsewhere if you desire that experience.

We went on a Sunday,surprisingly there weren't a lot of people there. There were 2 birthday parties. The pool area was very empty, not as crowded as I expected it to be. I had ordered food from the restaurant and waited about 25 mins. It was worth the wait because it was freshly made. The walk to the falls is about 5 mins . The scenery is gorgeous on the way up. We expected a long line up by the falls as well, but we only waited about 5 mins for our tour. Our tour guide Alex was very professional and very friendly. He encouraged us to try everything and made us feel comfortable. Over all very good experience.

Albeit the pool being out of service we were able to enjoy the falls. Our guide Alex was very professional and fun. My hope is that they will improve the facilities especially the pool and seating areas. I must say the bathroom was clean and there was enough space to change. Outdoor showers can also be found on the property so know washing off and changing won’t be an issue.

The cave at the falls is awesome, water is cool, boatride scary but fun, definitely didn't disappoint! The swing was cook also but the slide and pool needs some love. The food is great!

Definitely a place to visit ‼️ if your a nature lover it’s definitely one you would want to cross off your bucket list ,it has been on my Bucket list for a long time , it not expensive and you will have a great time especially if you go with family and friends. I give the place a 4 star because there is some renovation work that need to happen. And if you go and don’t go to the falls then you didn’t go at all😂😂😂 it’s a nice little boat ride up to the falls probably last for 2-3 minutes and life jackets are included in the price they have awesome life guards and the staff is really pleasant. They have a bar and a restaurant ,you can carry your own food as-well .

I had an amazing day here with my family. The life guards were all really nice and courteous, especially Tyreese who ensured our life vests were on and secured and offered to take pictures of us. I'd totally recommend that you visit Somerset Falls. Its only $1,000JMD entrance fee, which makes it value for your money. Loved the staff and the environment. I'd definitely visit again.

loved the customer service and the food. My favorite part was that there are lifeguards all around so i feel safe at all times when going in the water.

Lovely place. Pool, waterslide and swing are there for the kids (and adults) and you can take a boat ride to the falls and take a dip and swim in the river. Saw quite a few lifeguards and the gentlemen who take you on the boat tours are quite friendly and professional. Day well spent.

Nothing like I expected, but I enjoyed the falls . You take a short boat ride up the river to heavh falls. That's a must do and the highlight of it all. The property grounds needs a lot of work, needs the grounds staff to make it look presentable because from outside to entry seems property was closed. Bathrooms are nasty. I understand this place was closed for a bit, but it's some work to look more appealing. Falls was so good though I did it twice and the guides are so accommodating and knows their job well. They only take cash payment , which was disappointing, and no food or refreshments on site.

Great place to check out - its currently off season so pool/bar/restaurants were closed - but it was great as there were only 4 of us there. They've had a lot of rain lately so the falls were flowing heavily! Boat ride behind the falls, massage was a bit too powerful for me with current flow - swam back. So lush! Spent a few hours relaxing/ swimming, checking out the tiny "zoo", exploring the grounds.

The guide took me swimming up river to the falls. It's a quick short swim. Very refreshing.

The falls are amazing, it's a one of a kind waterfall inside of a cave, with clear fresh water.

Exceptional place. Everything great about here. Can relax unwind and just have fun at the same time. Lots to do. High point they cater to the disabled 💯 which sets Somerset Falls ahead of other places. Highly recommended. Will definitely go back.

It's a beautiful getaway! A great place to go with friends or family. Ideal for relatively small groups. The facility may seem small but there's lots of fun to be had. The waterfall is magnificent. The jump from the rocks makes you feel like you could conquer the world. I won't give anymore details. Make it your next trip! Have fun!

Had an blast even thou they were experiencing an drought... the boat ride was great with the experience of getting my back massage from the falls and taking an swim around with an life jacket. Food & music, staff was great. I'll definitely recommend family, friends or coworkers trip to visit you'll enjoy it.

The falls has dried up due to drought. However, the pool and the water slide are still open. And there are a few animals.

The falls is all dried up but the scenery is not so bad. There are other fun activities such as a pool with a slide and the list goes on

I love the place itself. However, there needs to be more enforcement of the no smoking rules. I went there on Saturday, August 7, 2021 and I came home with sinus problems. Why? Because men and women alike came and with no regard for those who have asthma, children, person's who do not smoke and the elderly, had a "smokers' party". I had to be walking through bubbles of smoke, every 7-8 feet on the property, to get to another leisure activity on the property. This isn't right! They camp out in the sheds, which is fine, but everything that people smoke, you could find it in someone's hand last Saturday. I didn't pay an exorbitant fee for the activities but I did pay to have a fun filled day. I enjoyed the water but didn't appreciate the struggle to breathe in fresh air. People were even smoking at the pool side and so many children were there. Sigh... that's all for now... Yes, how could I forget, the bathrooms need to be cleaned and supervised very frequently if you're gonna do this business. Yuk yuk yuk!!

The falls gives a massage that really helps the body. The stones do something to the body which I can't identify but you are more relaxed after getting off the falls. The guides are truly amazing they help to give the true experience of the falls. I also enjoy the pool and swing 😎

This property is a beautiful place to be. There are many attractions offered by the staff that would interest someone looking for a low key kind of experience. For me, though I had some fun, it was over in a flash. As soon as you have visited that beautiful river and falls your fun is almost over. There is a newly built water slide for those who like that kind of thing, some animals to see, restaurant, bar and pool for the young at heart. All and all, you can have fun on the property, just not for very long.

Nature speaks to you here. I had the falls all to myself and the peace and quiet made my experience even better. The river was very cold and that was expected. The falls is a natural therapeutic massage. Great place to visit. Bring your own food and jam all day.

My 3rd time there and like the previous times it was really fun...my friends and i had a blast! We especially enjoyed the slide (yes a bunch of adults went on a waterslide) the falls was amazing and quite frankly colder than the water that's currently in my freezer but very relaxing for a massage 🙂😅

I went here back in 2019 but didn't have much fun as i did yesterday 🥳 the falls had water so we went for a lil tour and the water feels sooooo good. The place was clean, staff very friendly and nice the only thing i did not try was the food but i heard it was good. I'm definitely going back with my kids🥰

Had a GREAT experience here. I feel as if Somerset Falls is truly targeting the local market and has captured all the features of making this attraction perfect for Jamaicans wanting just a nice, affordable, and exciting day trip. The experience starts with a lazy river ride in a lovely little canoe. Thereafter, you meander in the canoe your way up to beautiful waterfalls. You can jump off if you're brave enough (try it! You won't regret it!), and swim around that waterfalls area for a bit. The tour guides are with you the whole time, assisting you up the waterfalls, and they were kind enough to take pictures throughout! The river is so fresh, clear and beautiful! Words fail me! After that you can swim in the lovely pool (there are two) and the slide. My son loved the slide! (It works btw! (Hello?! Is that like just unbelievable for Jamaica?). There are also swings and a nice green space for kids to enjoy while parents are in the pool or grabbing a bite to eat. Order early though cause the food ran out (it was delicious though so understandable 😭😋) There was a DJ playing music the entire time and it was so great! A little loud (especially if you didn't like his music taste..but I did so no problem for me 😁). The bathrooms were clean as well and no trouble with the staff (come to anticipate that in Jamaica). All in all, a 10 out of 10 experience! Would recommend!

It was a nice experience. You can do a wet tour or dry tour. I did the dry tour. You get on the boat and ride to under the fall and on the side of the fall and back out. It's a short boat ride.

The place is beautiful not to mention the whole green scenery of nature. The birds singing melody to your ears, the pool was amazing, the different temperature of the water, the water slide nice too, rides area sure do bring back childhood memories, the food taste good can't leave out that one but just the fall was missing because of drought. Wow great we swim up to the falls so fantastic saw the reindeer. The staff was great and the lifeguards were awesome. Guys this is a must stop spot. It also has a water slide.

The falls is beautiful .... you don’t actually climb it though you take a little boat out to the falls... it’s worth it ... there is a pool to hang out and restaurants for you to have your meal, place is clean , staff is friendly ... there is a slide if you feel adventurous...

It is a really fun place with a falls and a pool, there are 2 sides to the pool.. the part with the waterslide and the other side just for swimming... you will spend most of your time in the pool and if u have good company you will have fun, you can also play volleyball in the pool. I never got to go around to the falls as the line was always long and only 6 persons can go on the boat at a time, my advise to you is to go up to the falls as quickly as possible or you might never get a chance to go. You are not allowed to carry food inside, they sell food there. You can just leave your food in your vehicle and go to eat when your hungry or just carry money for food.

Well, let's just start off by saying the falls is absolutely spectacular. You're transported to the gushing falls by a very short boat ride. It's an experience I would reccomend. There's a pool too. Not bad at all. Go with friends and have a good time.
