I would definitely have a kids party here. For me though, unfortunately the go-cart experience was underwhelming. I'd say anyone over 20years will deduce the same. The track is small and the carts dont go very fast. You ride for 7 mins total but after going round three times the course gets predictable and less interesting. Id recommend having packages (not aware if they have any now) so persons can go several times instead of one short 7 min ride. Tips: bring a head sock, socks, government ID and closed toe shoes. They sell food on site too... Point to note: other activities are offered (arcade games and paintball)

My 2nd time going with family and friends and it was time well spent! It was a breeze parking as the security was attentive by the gate. It was a seamless process to get registered and we were properly informed of the dos and donts. We did target shooting, mini golf and go cart. Of course there was a little wait for the go cart since that seemed to have been the most popular attraction.

Had fun paintballing here and my brother loves the gokarting. Space can get a bit dusty and there are a lot of mosquitoes so carry repellent. Otherwise, it's great to see Portmore's entertainment options growing.

Great family environment, great games and karting for everyone. Attendants are very friendly and helpful. Food is flavorful and paintball is very exciting

First experience was amazing I went out with my family and we had a supreme blast from the gaming arcade the snack bar all the way to the go-kart track.. I would recommend to take a chance and enjoy all that rocket go-karting has to offer

I wish the wait to sign up was a bit quicker. The place gets packed quickly and seems to be full on the weekends. I enjoyed the mini golf it’s a cute date idea.

Took my niece here for her birthday. Nice little hang out spot. Not hard to find. opens late and very convenient. Very reasonable prices, no reservation needed. Food is sold on property. Free parking a available. i was disappointed in the pizza though. Everything else was 💯.

It's a decent place they have added some more attractions like ping pong etc since the last time I been there. I also like the variety of snacks, I didn't have any because I had just come from a restaurant. The experience was lovely and the staff was friendly, met people there that were friendly too. One word. Awesome. Went with my son on Jan 3, 2021 and had loads and loads of fun. The only challenges I found were (1) for the most part the track is not wide enough to allow many opportunities for overtaking and (2) because it is only one track that has to serve everybody then there is a queue till u get your turn. I can't complain though. My 10 year old enjoyed himself to the hilt and for me that is the important part. Two thumbs up.

Long lines, long wait. Don’t wear white sneakers, the buggies are filthy and the old oil on them will definitely mess up your shoes. Loaded Fries was good. Was overall a good experience, though the buggies need some fixing, they tend to breakdown and the steering wheels are hard to turn.

I absolutely loved this place. Now let me tell yall why so I went and I ensured I signed the waiver before I went because that reduces the wait time. P.S It can be found on there instagram page in their bio. The workers there were really nice and just a vibe all together. I dont know the guys name but the guy that was dealing with the paintball on that night big up yuh self you made the experience worthwhile. The prices are reasonable and everything is just fun. It's a must go if you want to experience endless fun

Great place to for family outings, date night or friend group link up. Enclosure you ha balaclava to wear under the helmet and wear clothes toes shoes. Have alot of fun.

My child enjoyed every moment go karting with his friends. I really loved that I could sit and watched them as they raced around the track. It's a great place for children to have fun.

This Place is really fun and awesome. I definitely recommend trying it out.

They have renovated the food court area and put up a roof and addes arcade games like basketball and air hockey. The gocart track has changed slighty too, due to covid measures u have to buy ur head sock/ski mask. Good place to take the kids or just have a competition with ur friends.

It is not easy to find so it is best you plan your trip in advance and use Google maps if necessary. The go-cart tack and cars can be driven by both children and adults. The mini golf is okay but seems more for the kids. They have paintball but I didn't get a chance to try it out. A nice place to go if you want something different to do on the weekends.

It was a nice experience even though it was 7 minutes on the track it felt long, I will be going back here

Took the kids here for my Godson's birthday celebration. They all enjoyed. Some things to know: dress comfy because it's a place family affair, wear closed toe shoes, crocs are allowed, have your own head socks to wear under the helmet or you can buy from Cashier. They also have a little gaming lounge for the kids and you buy tokens. Oh and the go carts come in doubles and singles 😊

It works out great for a good day out, whether it be family, friends, or just taking the children out of the house. The cost to do the activities is within a good range, I believe. You won't need to break the bank to have a good time . The activities are fun and engaging.

I would like to thank the staff at Rocket Gokarting who stayed late on Friday night to give my stepson his birthday wish. Everyone from security, cashier, attendants even management did something to make his night....after their shifts had ended. You don't see customer service like this anymore so we really wanted you to know how much it was appreciated!

Fun experience. The paintball course is really nice. The target shooting kinda reminded me of Call of Duty. The go Karting is fun.

The place needs some serious maintenance as well as the go karts. I reported some issues i was having with a kart and the personnel did nothing at all to remedy the issues. I found it to be a waste of money and time. I hope they fix these issues and get the kart operators some customer service training atleast.

This is one of THE BEST locations in JA to go if your looking for fast and exciting evening of fun. The adrenaline rush that you get when you're driving the go-kart is the best part. I'd recommend that everyone go and take a drive over here and experience the fun 🚗💨💨.

Very nice place to go and have fun with your friends and family however the cars need to upgrade especially the brakes but otherwise it's a wonderful experience

Nice atmosphere to hangout and chill. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff regarding the Go-karts and the other games available. I personally did not drive in any go cart but I saw how the staff interacted with customers and I was impressed. All in all it was an enjoyable, first time, experience hanging out at Rocket Gokarting. 👍👍

Phenomenal experience. My boys loved it. Clean atmosphere, great customer service from the staff. Great place to unwind while watching your love ones drive, but then get hauled in at the end. Coming back soon.

Lots of fun. The go karting is exciting and suitable for children over 10 years old.They offer wide variety of games. light refreshments on sale. Ensure to keep drinking lots of water as it is also pretty hot in the days.

It was fun ! Few down side , like needs security more arcade games and 10 minutes instead of 7 !!!! Also track is a bit small.

If your looking for a children playground this is the place to let them loose. If you wish to ride the go kart remember to wear your shoes.

I had a good time with friends here. Customer service up at the front with cashier and registration was excellent but some of the young men that dealt with the go carts needed a little more training in customer service. Otherwise wonderful flex! Be careful round those corners while you drive!

Medium size property with both go kart track and paintball field. Main parking lot small but additional parking available beside the paintball field. Kart track lined with tyre barriers to protect from harmful crashes. Other games include air hockey table, basket ball stations and a few bikes. Dining area has about 5 long tables with seats on either sides. Small viewing stand with 6 levels. Full face masks are mandatory for go kart races, sold when registering for race. Moderate food price for type of venue.

The experience here has changed drastically from my last. They tried to improve their facilities by adding new items and attractions but in turn, made the experience worst. The business is severely understaffed and the equipment is damaged. The staff seems like they have no proper management but tend to do their best with what they have. Staff members smoking, rude at times, and inadequate for their relevant departments, the go-kart track is not as practically structured as before and there is no proper line structure, the loudest and most aggressive persons will get through first. My experience years ago has changed and not for the better, I am rooting for this establishment, so I hope they can bring their game back up.

It's exciting! The registration process is a bit lengthy but I understand that it's for safety. The process is exciting and it has a lot of other things for small kids to do.

This is a good spot for a fun night out. They have recently added air hockey, an arcade bike and arcade basketball. I recommend this spot for small groups, couples, a small family or by yourself. Customer service could use some improvement. Be sure to walk with cash, if you intend to snack as the food section is cash only.

The karts are in good condition. The facilities are well maintained. The paintball experience is good. This place seems family oriented. I'm now a frequent patron there. The food prices are comparable to other locations in this category.

Up to the point where we paid the money, service was decent. After that it was elongated waiting for over an hour with rife cronyism and favoritism which allowed persons to skip the waiting process...apart from this it could have been a decent experience. Wont be back.

It was really fun, you pay $1500/$1800 for 7 mins. You can choose from a single or dual passenger buggy. Your required to wear a balaclava under your helmet so if you do t have one you will jave to purchase one.They also have a VR room, and arcade games for you to use if the buggy is to much for you. And there are refreshments on sale as well. They have now added a paintball shooting range, as well. So thats good for group and or single person visits.

Love it, very fun place to chill on the weekends u don't even have to go on the ride can just grab a bite and watch others as they drive the go cart. Long lines so definitely come out earlier especially on Saturdays.

Target shooting make me feel like queen of the South. Driving the carts were good. However, staff not too bad but need to exercise more soft skills. I got there 30mins before there closing time. I had a picture of my ID that was required to go on the cart, because i didn't have the physical one. I could see every detail but the guy insisted on getting a better view until my friend pity the behavior and quickly and clearly stated what was there. We gone in we good. Pass that, while getting prepared to go om the cart I started to experience a panic attack due first time and the gear being tight I complained to the guy who was helping me gear up and they didn't take me seriously. If anyone had a panic attack it felt close to death. He finally took of the gears so I can breath after many deliberation. As a first timer, my gas finished or something happened in the middle of driving that cause heat, smoke and a terrifying sound. I tried to get the attention of the assistant and that didn't work so I began freaking out and jumped off the cart. The guy apologized and say he wasn't paying attention. Its probably because it was closing time and them tired. Idk. But im Definetly visiting again.

I had to wait too long. And why is this place opened like at 2pm in the afternoon especially on a weekend? It was a nice atmosphere overall and I loved that you could do a variety of activities in one place or just hang out and have something to eat with friends or family. Sounds like good family fun but the price may not be so family friendly.

Very poor customer service starting with the girl doing registration. 1/5. she tends to serve higher class society people first or those giving her a tip it seems. Cashier for the restaurant 0.5/5 I wouldn’t left until I got my refund. The customer service with the Chinese Manager, mini golf and target shooting was excellent however. Why the place is good for a family settings, if you know customer service well prepare for a poor one here.

This is a great affordable place for a Saturday hangout with friends and family. The intense rush of adrenaline with every turn of the course was quite enjoyable. Starting at $1400, it is really easy for you to have 2-3 attempts at the course, and go Karting isn't the only entertainment that is available, they have paintball, mini golf and some arcade for the kids to enjoy in-between races. Perfect place for a boy's birthday celebration. One thing I like was that they were able to use a photo of my ID I had on my phone because I left it at home. They also have rental crocs for those who didn't wear shoe. The only problem i had was the marked up price at the food court but that problem at every major entertainment facility like Carib 5
