I had to have blood tests and I was not contacted regarding the results so I called up and was told the doctor needed to discuss my results and the next available appointment was in a week's time. The receptionist did not specify a time, just told me the doctor would call me in the morning. I missed the call as I was at work however called straight back to then be in a queue of 20 people. I finally got through and the receptionist told me they would get the doctor to give me a call back. I did not receive a call from the doctor! I then called back later that day, spoke to the receptionist who told me the doctor is finished for the day and that I would need to call back at 9AM the next day. I called the next day, kept receiving the voicemail which states they are busy and to try again later. I then waited the next day to call at 9AM and was told there are no available appointments and to call back at 2PM. I called at 2PM and was told again that there were no available appointments and the next available appointment with my doctor would be in another weeks time. I also asked the receptionist if they could give me some information about my results which she explained she is not medically trained to, which is understandable. I then asked if it would be possible to speak to another doctor and was simply told no. I am absolutely appalled that it is taking a whole month just to speak to my doctor about my blood results! I could be dead by next week.

One of the worst GP surgeries I have known! There no-one at front desk, rude staff who are incompetent and idiotic to say the least! Which GP surgery do you have to go and text a number for them to let you in! It seems like there are no staff about and the doctors are using covid as an excuse not to see patients! Ridiculous.. avoid at all costs!!

Appalled at the serious clinical, administrative, management failings day in day out. It is extraordinary to learn CCG has taken no proactive measures to suspend the services at norvic medical practice pending investigation and involving patient groups. Denial of appointments, access to face to face appointments are still being denied knowing full well NHS England have long ago encouraged face to face for patients requiring such. GPs extraordinary lack of robust medical knowledge and patient management. All this costing secondary care admissions due to the outlined failings. I would strongly advise all patients and there families to take note and escalate with the the local CCG for prompt action. Reception staff and key GPs at the practice have cost my mother her health. Red flags were overlooked and effectively ignored until it has become too late. Several detrimental experiences can be shared but it would be exhaustive.

Absolutely disgusting service...spoke to the same lady 2 different times on 16th december and 15th who was the receptionist at the other surgery to norvic after being on hold 40 minutes each time she told me there was nothing she could do and everyones gone home? How such an uncarring person is on reception is beyond me...i have been sick and at deaths door recovering from a severe bout of flu and all i wanted was a fit note and this woman kept telling me i should just email and she cant help me...even though i told her 10 times that nobody replies to my emails....i dont know her namr but she was at work both days and i will be making a formal complaint in writing to her superiors about her immediately she shouldnt be working at a surgery for the sick!! I have cried non stop since having spoke to her..she made me feel worthless and my anxiety is off the charts...i now have to go to the surgery when im trying to recover...

Booked blood test in surgery, lady at phone didn't clue what she is doing. Staff at surgery was professional and helpful. Could not see any rudeness or unprofessional behaviour. There is no staff at reception. You have to do self upon arrival. Then staff will come and take your appointment. Plenty of spaces available for parking.

Bloody useless with no common sense by the secretaries . Can never get an appointment on the day or book a prior appointment the same week. I often have to ring 111 or go to AE. Avoid if you can. I rang about coughing of blood the secretary told me it isnt urgent, book appointment in three weeks times. Went straight to AE

I've been trying to get my son's prescription signed all day today, and was told the doctor would sign it and send it over to the chemist (next door) only to be told that at the end of the day, the doctor has gone home, and not signed it, leaving my son without his meds till Monday at the earliest, healthcare professionals, my arse!

I am not sure why there are so many bad reviews here? I called up the receptionist today in regards to my appointment and they were very friendly and instructed me to call the other department for my Blood test today. I arrived quite late in the end due to some family issues and checked in at the computer they have near the waiting area. I was then accepted by a Lady and asked to follow them for the Blood test. It was my first blood test and they were very understanding as to why I was late to the appointment. This Practice is a lot better than other practices I have been to. Thank you again.

Absolutely unprofessional! I went in for a fasting blood test today. Its Ramadan so I'm already fasting! My appointment was at 1.25pm and I checked in at 1.30pm due to no parking spaces. As im waiting in the waiting area, a lady walks in yelling so loud " why are you late, your appointment was at 1.10pm!" First of all, I would advise her to learn communication skills as you dont go in yelling like that! Secondly, I explained calmly that no, my appointment was at 1.25pm, however, I went in. She started off by saying you should have drank water atleast. I said no im fasting and I feel energised and dont feel dehydrated at all. She said "Well, im a Christian and we fast too but atleast we are allowed to drink water in our religion." Excuse me, I didnt ask you to explain anything or throw any comment, just get on with taking blood. She then couldnt find the vein and after poking the needle into my both arms, she rips the blood test form infront of me and asks me to re-book after Ramadan. What did my fasting have anything to do with the way she behaved. I would recommend the centre to hire more professional staff! She made me feel uncomfortable

The most despicable people working in this clinic, I do not advise anyone to register in it. Every time I call to book an appointment or for anything else, the receptionist insults me and hangs up on me without any reason. This is something sad and shameful from a clinic where there is no oversight of the staff in the reception. Because they are not respected. There is a girl in the reception who deserves to be disciplined because she is not qualified My last call was today exactly at10:01am/06/03/2023 she answered me in an ugly way, I need a reservation for my sick daughter. I hope that she will be followed up because I see that she deliberately insults the patients so that they do not come to the clinic. And everyone I know told me the same problem with the same girl.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I wouldn't recommend joining this GP practice. I called continuously for 50 minutes nobody answers the phone. And there is no way they had no appointments left after 8:10AM. At least answer the phone it would've been a 1 minute phone conversation!!

Despicable staff working in bloods, during my appointment time she was busy photocopying. Then have the audacity to tell us we should respect them it works both ways, just like we respect your time and come in on time does not mean you take advantage and don't respect our time. Having waited over 20 minutes and the way she spoke to me, I walked out and I will be booking my bloods else where. Wouldn't want someone so rude touching me to take out my blood. Unprofessional needs to be shut down. Deregistering and going the holistic route. We pay taxes and for our services, and to be at the receiving end of such appealing behaviour shows how they were brought up.

Would give 0 star if that was option. The staff here are disgustingly rude. One red head male staff member put his hand up to stop me taking and told me he was busy with other people. The next day a staff lady walked in on my mom having her bloods done (which she wanted done In private) and told me to put my phone my phone away which I was holding close to my chest.... she was rude and obnoxious same as all the staff. Disgusting. Have filed a complaint with management as this surgery especially the bloods side of it is appalling

I called the receptionist today regarding an appointment . Her name is Rakhi and sheโ€™s extremely helpful, respectful and kind, the nicest receptionist Iโ€™ve ever spoken to. She shows she really cares about the patients and tries her best to help them out.

Why are you making me suffer in pain Can't believe how bad this surgery has become. I put in a repeat prescription on 30th May and I contacted them today to find out why I hadn't received it, they told me it has been rejected and I have to speak to the Dr, the earliest appointment is 20th June. What kind of foolishness is this ๐Ÿคจ no reason why they stopped my medication at all. Do they think they are gods

My father was referred from stone cross medical centre from another doctor due to no appointments available in that surgery . I finally have saw a doctor who had a great bedside manner alongside great knowledge in listening to my fathers concerns and prescribing him the correct medication . There should be more GPS like you DR Siddhu. Thank you and keep up the good work .
