This GP surgery is not even worth 1 star! The receptionists are RUDE, NASTY and UNPROFESSIONAL. They talk down to you and they act as if they own the GP surgery. The doctors seem like the don't care how their staff members behave because I know a number of people that have complained about them. Every time you call the surgery there is no response. I think they need to spend an hour or so reading through these comments to realise that NOBODY actually likes them due to their own behaviour and maybe that will then force them to see the error of their ways. It is very difficult to get an appointment and when you do get an appointment they cancel it or the Doctor is unable to attend.

I have to change my review, because things have changed for the better. Reception has improved greatly and they're very helpful; doctors and nurses are good as usual. The only downside would be the waiting time for appointments, but I think it's the sheer amount of people they cover, and it's no fault of the surgery.

The worst doctors surgery I can imagine. The receptionist are rude 95 percent of the time. They talk like they have a chip on their shoulder. You can never get an appointment no matter what time you call they never have a doctor available via telephone or appointment. After being with them since before they were called Luqmans medical centre on countess Street, I've decided to spare my children the same nauseating pressure of having to deal with them growing up as I have. Good riddance

The staff members at the reception are totally incompetent, as seen as in thier daily lives at the clinic and often lies due to absolute ignorance. These people do not Wana help you, rather they want to get rid of you. This is a major change that needs to happen at this place, so I request that these incompetent, illiterate and idiotic receptionists are changed immediately.

The reception service is very bad as the receptionists (especially the elder ones) are very rude and behave in an unprofessional manner. They look down on u and act very unbothered about ur issues. They act as if they own the place and can do and say whatever they wish.however the GPs are good

absolutely ridiculous no appointments at all !!!!! they say ring at 11.30when you start ringing no one answers and if by 11.30 they answer you are told “ all appointments are gone “ covid has become a excuse now i’m sorry of hospital are caring on has normal then you should aswell you are playing with peoples life’s it’s the surgery’s job to refer us to hospital but when we don’t even get an appointment then that’s a no no please sort your priority's out which should be with your patients and there needs at the moment there is lack of care !!!!

Absolutely horrendous service. They never answer the phone and when I did just get through at 8:30 am there is voice message giving you no option to make an appointment, it just says to ring between a certain time to speak to a dr and then goes dead. Previously when I have managed to get through after trying for hrs, I’ve been met with rude and incompetent reception staff. I’ve been informed by an insider that the doctors do not have any interest in seeing patients and that the phone is often left off the hook as barrier for when patients call. No wonder you can’t get through. I’ll be taking this further

Had the worst experience with this health centre, defiantly would not recommend this to anyone in Walsall. I went to the shop itself and they said just ring up but they never answer the phone. Total waste of time. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

DO NOT SIGN UP TO THIS SHI* DOCTORS!! Dr begum is one RUDE Bastar** who has no manners or respect. The reception is full of doughnuts who don’t have a clue. They are never available for appointments and customer service is horrific.

Can never get an appointment, when we go elsewhere such as walk-ins, they say contact your gp, no point if you can't get past the ignorant receptionists!

Doctors are amazing the reception are absolutely ridiculous soo sad to have staff like that. They all need to be replaced and the phone line's need to be sorted.

Avoid this surgery. Having gone to some lengths to get my mum registered house bound, today Reception accused my elderly and frail mother that she was not housebound and would need to come in, mum tried explaining best she could, but the reception wouldn’t listen, in effect calling my mum a liar. I rang and got the same rude response, I asked three times for her to check the records, each time she just repeated that my mum was not housebound. When the matter was finally resolved, and I made a record of what had happened in their online system, which seems to be the only way to get them to pay attention, we got a very unprofessional text message from one of the doctors backing her receptionist

I called and they had three people in line before and when it was finally my turn after waiting 30 minutes. The receptionist cuts my call. They should close this health center. The staff is unprofessional. 🤷

Do your selves a favour go elsewhere. If you want care and compassion you won’t get it here Dr Amina is the worst . When they can’t be bothered to treat you they think it’s appropriate to refer you so you’re waiting well over a year to be seen at the hospital while your symptoms get worse . And their online system is not fit for purpose nobody gets back to you avoid avoid avoid. It’s only when you move surgery’s you realise how awful they really where

A very bad experience I woke up as insane made it by Dr Amina Ahmed which even never meet me or saw me but interesting to a stranger woman request which is my neighbour but we never spoken and we never had any friendship she was there to this Dr Amina Ahmed and lied her she helps me and made together a fake diagnossis like I'm insane ,SO GOOD PEOPLES AVOID THIS PLAFREY CENTER BECAUSE YOU'LL WAKE UP WHITHOUT URS KNOWLEDJE WHIT FAKES DIAGNOSSIS AS MENTHAL ILLNESS BUT IN FACT YOU ARE HEALTH MENTHAL ,HERE MUST WORKSHIP POLICE BECAUSE THEY DISTROYS OURS LIVES ,THIS AIN'T DOCTOR AMINA AHMED THIS IS DEVIL DISTROYER ,TAKE CARE HEALTH PEOPLE

Well where do I start, clear your day if you have an appointment because waiting an hour after your appointment time is the norm it would seem. The practice is outdated and grubby. Thre is no parking near the front door you will need to park around the back and walk though a questionable Alley full of empty beer cans and discarded clothing so you can image the type of things that go on down there

Customer service is very poor. They can’t converse respectfuly with quality and talk like teens towards you with very little professionalism.
