Waited 40 minutes for sushi (good sushi) and a little more than an hour for the main course. The steak wasn't cooked the way I asked it was decent however. We chatted w/ someone from the restaurant on whatsapp they sent us the menu only to find out when we arrived reservations are needed and that night was steak and sushi night (limited menu). We were able to get a seat at the bar. The cocktails were really good, average wait time 10+ minutes for them though. Customers began going up to register with the staff to try to speed things up, a few left out of frustration and lack of customer service. I especially liked the decor and cleanliness of the restaurant and staff appearance. The space looks just like the pictures. They also had a live musician which was very cool.

Beautiful and serene environment. Very comfy and friendly staff. The food is A1 and the bar man did magic with the Cosmopolitan. I’d come here every weekend. Music was also perfect and just at the right volume. People, this is the perfect place to be in Kumasi!!

Went on a Wednesday evening and there were no customers. Our waiter Shakara was very polite and sweet. We ordered the spring rolls for appetizers which came in quickly and was delicious and hot. The only big complain I had was that the main course took forever. Ordered the burger and it was also good. Chips were hot and crispy. My partner ordered the char siu pork it was bland so we ended up splitting the burger.Overall, great placethe view is incredible at night

Nice place, attentive staff, very tasty food, really good. We had 2 starters, fried octopussy and spring rolls. 2 main courses, chicken sizouchan and grilled beef. All dishes made with a twist and well seasoned. We would go there again.

Another review writes that this is an “Oasis in the Desert” and I am inclined to agree! After a day trekking around Kumasi we returned to our nearby accommodation having eaten only suspect fried rice. The View offered a full menu, complete with cocktails, appetizers, and mains. We enjoyed calamari (which took a while!) and shared a plate of noodles and fried fish. Overall I’d highly recommend if you’re visiting Kumasi. It’s on a rather dusty road, but you should be able to tell your driver it’s by the petrol station in Daban on Melcom road and find it alright!

I ordered food and I was told the food will be ready in 10mins and its 7mins drive to where I was. It took them 1hr30mins. I had to keep calling and the food finally arrived with no cutlery. I was told food ordered doesn't come with any plastic cutlery sets.....

I've been there a couple of times. Very tasty and nutritious meals served. Like the fact that their rice meals contain lots of well cooked vegetables. I have enjoyed every dish except their pizza. But for their pizza, I would have rated it #1 in Kumasi amongst all the restaurants I have visited.

My experience here was terrible. Such a let down. To start with, the place is shrouded in darkness. No sign by the road and the whole parking lot is totally dark. Then comes the waiting time for the food. We had to wait at least 2 hours for the food to arrive and when it finally did arrive, the chicken was incredibly salty...totally unacceptable. Even the bill took forever to come. Plus the toilet does not have any lock. Terrible terrible terrible.

We've been twice. Service is excellent. The food is good. We had fish the first time which was wonderful. We had pasta the second time and it was ok. It is expensive, however, and we were disappointed that they couldn't work their credit card machine and we had to pay out all the cash we had.

The place is nice. Their food is tasty. However, they take a long time to bring even appetizers. They need to provide bread or something while people wait on their food. Their drinks are good as well. They don't have any local foods, it would be great if they do. I think a chef can really create something special derived from Asante cuisine. The music they play is repetitive and western.

Normally I’m not writing reviews on restaurants but this one was a big disappointment. When I arrived the place was completely empty and quiet. I tried not to worry and ordered: a sparkling water, a smoothie, tagliatelle with a tomato vegetable sauce, Cesar salat. I received a tonic lemonade, a salad without dressing (which was delivered 10 mins later), a mushroom pasta (I don’t like mushrooms) and no smoothie at all. The service was very friendly but not qualified. It was the most expansive meal on my trip and by far the worst. Can’t recommend!

We turned up and were given menus. Allowed sufficient time to review menu and choose food. Only when we came to order were we informed that the prices had changed. The waitress had the new menu on her phone but didn’t show us. Just told us the updated prices when we asked about specific dishes. At 30% more than the menu price we walked out, interestingly enough, just behind another family who also decided that this was unacceptable.
