I decided to have some self-care time in Accra and chanced on this eating place. I didn't know I was in for some goood veggie options. I really liked the banku and okro soup with mushrooms and some soya derivatives that tasted like sausages. I took some freshly juiced passion fruit afterwards to wash the heavy meal down

Delicious vegan Ghanaian food. All outdoor seating. Portions are large. Many menu items were not available. This restaurant is not far from the ocean, so don't get lost chasing an incorrect listing on Google Maps. Maybe even call ahead to make sure you are heading in the right direction.

I will not eat here again. Fufu was not nice at all. I am a vegan Ghanaian and I know good fufu. Palm nut soup stank of dowah dowah spice that smells so nasty. And loaded with whole mushrooms. You have to be careful about mushrooms they grow on rubbish unless farm. I get my vegan fufu elsewhere and it's delicious. Not here .

They provide good flavors and traditional dishes with a vegan touch it's nice. Eating outside vibe is nice on a sunny day. They also have a health food store in the back with nice vegan items.

If you are looking for a good vegetarian/vegan restaurant in Accra, this is one of the few places to visit! They serve different ghanaian meals, all of them vegetarian and delicious.

Their okro soup is awesome. Banku and okro soup over here vegan style is sumptuous

Service is fast, portion is African size and the food is really tasty ! One thing through they can improve on is the decor/setting of the place.

After eating their vegetable rice, which was okay, I drank half their bottled pineapple juice before seeing a baby roach was floating in it. Yuck! 🤮 I immediately became nauseated. I informed the waitress & showed her the bottle. She said it probably fell inside after I opened it. 😳LOL Imagine! She apologized but nahh.. I’ll never eat there again!

Finding a Vegan restaurant in Ghana is extremely difficult. When I saw reviews on the food here I thought I had struck Gold. I hired a Taxi from Kokrobite to come and sample the food. When I entered bthe restaurant I was met by an untrained, very rude inhospitable server. She never greeted us, when I asked where should we sit, she pointed to a table in a rude manner and walked away. We sat, and waited, she never came. I went to the window and asked for a menu. She never exchanged words but walked over rudely put ONE menu on the table and walked away. Still no words exchanged. At that point I was done and preceded to leave. A customer came outside and begged us to stay. He personally went and sought another server, who was pleasant but could use some training in customer care. We ordered and the food was tasty but not enjoyable . I don't see myself returning to this restaurant. Customer care sets the mood for a meal and it is certainly not here . In my country she would have been fired.

In the midday heat, Assase Pa is the perfect place to sit in the shade, enjoy a breeze and take your time. The staff is very patient explaining the options (whereas they also don't have a menu) and the food is tasty with vegan meat replacements - watch out through, it's very spicy. We payed GHC12 for big portions and GHC1 for a drink.

I actually saw a weevil on a shelf and I prompted the lady but she passed no comment. When I got home with my purchased items I noticed my container of funnel spice was full on weevils. Everyone should be careful especially with their cooked food who knows.

Great Menu, tasty and delicious. Staff is very friendly and the shop is also good. Small and still you can find many useful products.
