Oscar the barber was so amazing...I loved his high level of customer care and his style of how he cut my hair..Big ups bruh..

I paid 20k to fix 2 braids and was thereafter denied a receipt. Today I went to Sparkles, Lugogo to fix 2 braids that were poorly done (not originally done from Sparkles) and was charged what I believe was a bit too much. I thereafter asked for a receipt and was told I could not get one and that I should pay the price for a full repair if I wanted to get one. The hair service was good but the treatment at the reception was a bit disappointing, this used to be one of my go to places.

I took my baby for his first haircut here. The staff were quite gentle and accommodating especially since he is afraid of strangers. I ended up styling my hair (box braids) too,the lady who worked on me had quite gentle hands!!!

I have never gotten a haircut from any other place, save for when I'm abroad. My first haircut as a child was at Sparkles Lugogo, and my father, brother and I have gone back every single time since, the service is great, the cuts are even better, and I live that my barber, Robert (I won't disclose his second name) has been with me for all these years. 11/10.

They were fast and friendly, had a functioning massage chair which I appreciate a lot. The young man was a bit hard handed though. Needs a bit of guidance.

Great place for kids, took my daughter here many times already, for braids, they do a great job and very understanding and listening to clients needs. Prices are fair considering the time and quality.

I received the worst today. The guy was cutting as if its free service, i had to again go to another salon for proper hair cut. It may happen to another person, hope you work that out. Everyone should be treated with equality to others. I Just regretted going there today. It was just like giving my money for free.
