I had my baby at TMR it was a good experience c section was done, pain was very much controled. The staff was so caring, I can't forget Deo the anesthesia he is good. The counseling I got before theater was very good. The price may look big but it's worth the service offered. Thank you TMR

I had Brain Burr Hole Surgery at TMR Hospital. The surgeon was Dr Peter Ssenyonga who did a superb job including the before and after surgery care. This was my second brain burr hole surgery and I was amazed at the care I received from Dr Ssenyonga and the TMR staff. I spend my 78th Birthday recovering from the surgery at the hospital. I would highly recommend the hospital and Dr Ssenyonga.

This is a very welcoming place. I passed by yo check on a friend who had just birthed a bouncing baby boy & I felt like I was walking into a boutique hotel if it wasn't for the clear Hospital signage at the front. Car parking is sufficient at the back of the building, with a nice walkway back to the front desk. Place is quite clean & inviting, with warm staff at the front desk. Since iam never sick I will surely miss out on experiencing their patient service.

I have been coming to TMR for over 3 years. I can't recommend them enough. They have such amazing staff, from the guards to the receptionist to the cleaners. I unfortunately had to spend about 2 weeks at TMR a year ago, and the care I received was life saving. Dr. Akena and his staff were so caring, and helped guide us through a very hard situation. A lady from customer service used to come and check on me, at least every other day to see if there was anything I needed. TMR is definitely a top notch hospital.

It's one state of the art hospital with all the services accessible in one place. Turn around time is fair and the service is on point.

I am giving a zero star rating for this one. I was to see an ENT for a review and they told me only 3 people were before me....well I waited from 3pm past 7pm....Either they fluked people infront of me( who were perhaps more important than us, to TMR)....or the ENT specialist could learn a thing or 10 About Time management!!!!!.....I literally sat there and the receptionists just passed by not even a word or an update. I know we all get exhausted but theee6is such a thing as basic work Ethic....I'd always loved TMR but surely today's service was lousy.....If this is the kind of service given, moreso after already paying my cash then I cant refer anyone there anymore.

Good services but slow. Understaffed. There was only one doctor seeing all patients and so one would wait for over an hour to see a doctor. Totally not good if one is already sick and needing urgent help.

I can’t believe I have been denied treatment because they require patients to have a particular type of mask after taking consultation fees and triaging me.

The hospital has a team of thorough doctors that do not leave anything un answered or investigated, the customer care is unmatched basically they know that medicine and patient care is more of a calling and not a business. I would recommend this hospital to anyone that is looking for value for money

Ladies at reception Anita and Another in spects proudly declined speaking to my Insurance contact person. Are these Ladies trained to handle clients? Are they even aware that we are the reason why they have these jobs?

Went in for a Neuro surgeon consult at 3pm. I called ahead and was assured the doctor would be there on a first come first serve basis. I waited until 8:30pm. Doctor was held up. Was disappointed in the receptionists' unwillingness to help. At a point had to be begged to make a follow up call. I understand surgery can take longer than expected, but please next time keep in touch with your specialists on duty ahead of time so that you give patients a realistic picture on how long they may have to wait.

I would give five stars but they let some people starve without letting them use the coffee machine
