A very good resort. Rooms are very specious and very neat and clean. Bathroom is also very specious and provided with all the necessary toilet essentials. Food is amazing. Each and every items are very tasty. North Indian style preparation. we loved it . Restaurant ane Terence restaurant ambience is very beautiful.We enjoyed our stay in Mpro palace.

New kid on the block! Excellent amenities! Clearly the project of someone who is passionate about hoteliering and has thought of the tiniest details in terms of patron comfort. Sadly let down by staff who are not yet up to the job (it takes a while to train and build up a team). Staff do not lack enthusiasm but there is a sad deficit in their ability to coordinate and cooperate. Someone should look into the carpets: those in my room were stained and dirty (are carpets even needed? The ceramic tiled floors are good enough?) also the mat on the lift. On the whole, I would give it an 8/10 (one point deducted for the location; and one for the staff—but I can see the effort going into improving the team which will surely show results with time)

Comfortable, clean , good food and value for money . I stayed here for two days for an official trip. I particularly loved the staff who were very helpful and attentive thought-out my stay. A special thanks to Badal and team who went out of their way to make sure me and my team had a wonderful evening with them at the hotel restaurant! I personally preferred their Indian cuisine over the continental , however everything we had was wonderful!

I'm happy that I was spending my days here. Very kind staff and supporting and very much helpful. neat and clean rooms. Foods also very good. I recommend everyone to this hotel and forget to say the rate are affordable.

Very good place to stay, highly recommended.. decent price for the best available rooms.. the view from the top floor is just woww.. they have in-house spa which is really good too. The restaurant however could be better both food and service wise.. we had bad customer service experience and also the food is overpriced.. would suggest you to visit other famous restaurants close to the area (Ola)

One of the finest places to stay in Mysore. The staffs especially the front desk is very responsive and address all in your concerns in timely manner. Rooms are well maintained and room service is excellent. I booked two rooms for couple of days and they cleaned the rooms with out asking. They helped me to arrange a cab for site visits, that service was also excellent. The cab driver was very supportive. The breakfast was also excellent. Overall nice experience and value for money.

Very beautiful place, with nice ambience too. I liked the food and service here. Overall it was a nice experience. Also the menu was not too pricy, on the other hand it was not pocket friendly either.

The hotel looks new & good. This is sitiated on the Ring road. Very interior and away from the main city hub. There is no hotel or restaurants or malls or entertainment near the hotel. The rooms are very spacious, food was very good. We ordered Fish & chips, Chicken Fried Rice, for dinner, pepper chicken For lunch we ordered Butter Naan, & Butter chicken was good, but bit expensive. Bottle water is billable.

Rooms are clean. Prompt service is something the management has to look into. Food is good. On the day of checkout, water bottles are charged and room cleaning won't be done on request.

Very nice and spacious rooms. Food is priced nominally and pretty decent. Staff is courteous and service is quick. They can add a bit more items in breakfast buffet. The location is fantastic for a nice halt towards ooty, Coorg, etc.

I stayed for three nights in this place e rooms are large clean.smoking strictly prohibited. However you have huge veranda on each floor for smokers. Good move. Bed n b.fast. excellent tazty. food varieties.service superb. I would like to mention ms. Padmini and Dinesh. Who took personal care of people. Car park open in front. Security is good.

Rooms should have a fan. Even it is centralised A/C it took lot of time to cool the room. Otherwise we call the stay and food is decent. When the property is built good. I believe the owner should invest more on staff who maintains it well.

Simply awesome is every aspect... we stayed in this hotel with family and extended family in July-23 and it was a wonderful stay in every aspect...special mention to the reatuarant and the restaurant manager .... I can assure you won't regret your stay here unless there is a change in personnel and you come across a rude staff... thank you so much to all the current stuff of M-Pro palace

We went to the roof top restaurent two families with a kid, decent ambience and slow service. Food was average. Mutton starter was raw and chicken was overcooked. Main course was good. Overall an okay ish experience.

We had booked banquet hall for a Birthday party. The ambiance was very welcoming and charming. It's located out of the chaos and noise of city, but an easy ride by autorickshaw or taxi. Manager Nirmal Singh was great and very quick to respond. Food was Fantastic. From the starter to the dessert the quality and tastes of everything was outstanding.Service was delightful and very professional. The staff were very helpful and did a pretty good job. It’s a perfect indoor space for weddings and parties. Overall,  we had a great experience. .Highly recommended.

Excellent location as it is well outside city traffic.. Rooms are quiet good and comfy except for toilet shut off leakage issue... Service is excellent...

It's a over night stop for us from Ooty to Hyderabad. It was perfect for our need. Ambience of the room is great. And rooms are spacious. Washroom is neat and clean. Work table is also available.

This hotel is slightly away from the city, however very well organized and maintained. Rooms are spacious and very well maintained. Restaurant & bar on the rooftop was family/kids friendly and had wide menu. Overall I enjoyed the stay and food here. The staff were very polite and helpful.

Great ambiance.... the food was really great...i loved the ginger chicken...the waiters were friendly and all together a great day. To celebrate Birthday's you get a feature to display video and decoration too. Do give it a try ...

Great hotel with good ambience, it was so pleasant to stay there, rooms were maintained well and spacious. Excellent stay with less budget. Restaurant was pretty good, complimentary breakfast was also excellent. The staff behavior was also good. Overall a pleasant stay to relax. There was a common balcony for each floor, it was a nice experience to stay there. It was a centered location for both Mysore and also Brindavan garden/KSR dam.

Good ambience with open roof top seating. Wide variety of menu. And food is also tasty and the prices are very reasonable and totally worth. The service is slower and it's far away from the city that's the only drawback.

Food was good earlier.. but they have changed the chef and it was very average in our last visit. I have only tried their restaurant. They have maintained the ambience pretty well.

The place is very nice. Ambiance is great. Food is also good but as per my opinion food seemed to be over colored. The staff is very friendly and they maintain a good cleanliness. There is wide variety of veg and non veg options, they also serve out of the menu food on request. They also serve alcohol. Family dining and bar counters are separate.

Undoubtedly, one of the best hotels to stay in Mysore especially if you have your own vehicle. Modern chic ambience with great space and comfort apart from a good spa. An excellent buffet breakfast and polished restaurant on the top floor complete the experience.

Very good place to stay, courteous staff and spacious rooms. Food was very nice and tasty. I can say this was one of the best travel experiences in recent past where I was made comfortable. Excellent experience. Unfortunately my stay was short, I wanted to extend my stay just for the overall experience.

Booked two Delux rooms for a family stay and it was comfortable and the staff were very courteous too. Good amount of parking space and the breakfast spread was also good and tasty for the price, one guy in the restaurant is a little grumpy and dint allow us To take just one dosa packed for the baby in a box but a lady staff interfered and she took him to task so kudos to her ! They have a rooftop bar and restaurant so it’s amazing too . Rooms and bathroom were clean and good views of the ring road . Location wise no problem just about 5-6 kms from the city Center so u get to stay close and yet be at peace since ring road area is not much crowded still. Definetly worth staying regularly if the maintenance can be kept up .

The breakfast was very tasty. The dosa size is very generous. All the food items were well cooked and tasty. We ended up overeating. Location is good at the Highway.

Location - perfectly placed just a little away from the city. However it takes hardly 5 mins to go to the city. Food - good breakfast. Parking - ample parking, easily 50 car can ne parked here. Overall satisfactied and value for money..

Neat, well maintained hotel, with lavish rooms, well arranged bed and baths. Though on the main ring road, not crowded or dusty. There is enough car parking space, and security. Good service all through, both at reception and restaurant. The buffet breakfast at the restaurant was awesome, both in range/choice of food and taste.

One of the best stays I've had. The rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is very friendly. Their restaurant has a great deal of variety and the taste is amazing. Would definitely love to visit again.

Excellent hotel to stay at the outskirts of Mysore. Room service was satisfactory. It has bar and restaurant on the 4th floor. Has Spa on the 3rd floor. The morning complimentary breakfast offered was satisfactory. It has sufficient car parking (open without shed) on both sides of the hotel. I stayed with my family on the main road room on the 3rd floor and at night felt disturbed by the sound of passing vehicles especially heavy trucks, on the ring road. Otherwise, an excellent hotel.

I usually visit here. Food is good ambiance is also good. I have also taken the spa service here. Staff is really good and cooperative. Rates are reasonable. There will be events happening during occasions and has plenty of parking space. Rooms are also good and to the service they provide, the prices are okay.

Undoubtedly the best property offered at the cheapest prices. Can easily compare it to a Four Star facility providing the best services. The rooms are luxurious and the hotel offers ample parking space. Its well located outside the city chaos in a quite place. There is an inhouse roof top restaurant where you can treat yourself to nice cuisine. I had stayed there for 2 nights at Rs 3360 per room including breakfast. If you are looking for budget options, the management has another property just nearby where you can get AC Rooms starting at Rs 1700 per night.
