A touch of class. I was lousy, thought they would chase me thinking I was a thug or sth due to my bad lousy hair but to my surprise, I was treated with respect. Payment, there's a merchant code for airtel and mtn, card payment and cash. For all your natural hair styles. They got you covered 💯 💯 💯. Very organised group of people. Woow Located at mukwano courts opposite hotel triangle level 5. Thank me later.

I'm new to Kampala and found this place based on the reviews, which is why im sharing my review here. The customer service is excellent and everyone working there was very friendly. On my first visit, I was really happy with my braids. Unfortunately, my second visit was pretty disappointing. It took 4 hours to braid my hair and it didn't turn out how I wanted. I also found that the ends of the braids were left looking very sloppy and uneven.

Great service The lady who worked on my hair was super nice and I loved it. They should put another option for a thank you token for people who don't drink yoghurt.. but I loved it.. I'm a sucker for good customer care so I'll definitely be going back.

You practically fall asleep 💤 😁when your hair is being worked on due to painless 😁🥰 service, which is something people like me with 4C natural hair find it very difficult to do due to the pain. Just know the level of professionalism is top notch 😻👏👍. But........ remember to go early and not during peek hours since you will wait for sometime to be worked on, and eventually you will be served with the same level of professionalism. I highly recommend this place 💯 % for all the naturalists.

I like this place so much. Biggest like is the customer service. They are so nice [americans think of chic fil a service]. You know sometimes we go into businesses ready to argue 😂 but not over here. I like the male manager... very professional and checks in on us. When he is there, I know the line is going to run smoothly. The female ones are good too. Btw there are male and female stylists. I went to the competitor to save 10k and bambi, I won't be going back. They almost made me bold. Other things I like: [ ] Wifi, yogurt [ ] They listen but also advise. I don't oil my scalp and they respect that. [ ] The massage during the shampoo is to die for. Whenever the ask if my scalp is still itchy I say "yes". [ ] There is a generator during the usual UMEME power outages. [ ] It is in town for those of us that don't want to go to bukoto [ ] They have a restaurant and clean rest rooms Go on Tuesday for deep conditioning discount. I only get twists and blow outs so that's all I can speak of. I don't know what I am going to do when I have to go back to Canada. Nsba govumenti enyabe on that matter.

Brought my children to do their hair at the bukoto branch, the receptionist hasd an attitude, didn't register what we asked for and turned round to say we hadn't. No courtesy at all, no PR skills. Don't kill your business
