The food was artfully presented! Some of the mezze plates were delectable. I would especially recommend the grilled squid! It was smokey and flavorful. The grilled prawns were perfectly done, crispy outside but the flesh was still tender!

It's a beautiful and great hotel/residence. The restaurant is good, but the chef is not making sure there's a consistency in the dishes as I tried the same dishes over a couple of weeks and every time they were different, things put together differently, things missing from one dish to the next. If the chef made sure there was a consistency in the dishes the experience would be perfect.

Fontis has an exquisite ambience. Despite being in the centre of town, it has a quiet, calm and relaxing environment. Lots of beautiful places to take pictures from especially the restaurant, lounge & swimming pool areas. Amazing place to have dinner, meetings & intimate parties. 🥰 I had the Butter Chicken with Fries. It comes with flat bread too. Highly recommend this meal. Fontis also has lots of safe parking space & caring staff.

Truth be told, it's a gorgeous place. So beautiful but the Waiters are not welcoming poor service I think they don’t want you to come again…

Only stopped by for food. Best steak in Kampala for miles . Lovely restaurant and outdoor area , posh without being pretentious. Only let down was a delay as our order was messed up . Would definitely visit again

The nature charmed me , the beautiful trees Wowww, I can never forget. Always one of the reasons I work hard so I keep coming back. It is a really nice place ,quiet calm and secure. Totally worth it .

Very bad service at the restaurant, the waitresses and supervisors/managers are all rude and unwelcoming for people working in hospitality industry. They refused to serve us wine for over 40 minutes and when we asked what's taking long they said we must place food orders first. We were 8 people celebrating a birthday but they they ruined it for us. The food took an hour too to be served yet the restaurant was empty. We were the only ones there. To make it worse 3 of us ordered for watermelon juice and it was stale. Honestly for such a beautiful place to be empty on a weekend, they are definitely doing something wrong. They profile their clients thinking they can't afford the place, yet they have terrible food. Served cold and very dry.
