Beware,
this
is
a
three
star
hotel,
regardless
of
the
price
you
pay
or
the
beautiful
pics
you
see
on
line,
you
get
3
–
Star
service
at
this
hotel.
AAA
defines
Three-star
hotels
as
having
some
unique
amenities
and
provides
quality
service.
Well
even
with
that
definition,
this
hotel
failed
at
providing
quality
service.
From
the
arrival
through
my
early
check
out
(3
days
out
of
seven
I
had
planned),
their
staff
was
terrible.
They
behaved
as
if
they
didn’t
want
to
be
there
at
all,
which
I
can
understand
since
I
noticed
that
their
shifts
were
at
least
12
hours
long.
The
reception
was
poor
and
they
didn’t
recognize
my
elite
status
with
Marriott.
At
checking,
unbeknown
to
me,
they
charged
my
credit
card
for
the
full
amount
of
my
stay
instead
of
putting
a
hold
as
it’s
customary.
Our
rate
was
inclusive
of
breakfast,
and
every
time
we
went
into
their
restaurant,
their
service
was
extremely
slow,
and
poor.
While
the
hotel
was
mostly
empty,
and
never
had
more
than
two
or
three
tables
full,
it
would
take
30
to
40
minutes
to
get
your
food,
and
by
the
time
you
got
it,
it
was
cold.
I
complained
about
it
on
the
first
day,
but
it
was
the
same
for
dinner,
and
again
for
breakfast
until
I
decided
to
check
out
on
day
three.
Upon
check
out,
that’s
when
I
found
out
they
had
already
billed
me
for
the
seven
days,
and
they
allegedly
gave
me
a
refund
for
the
excess
days.
But
four
weeks
later,
I
have
not
received
that
refund,
and
I
had
to
contact
both
AMEX
and
Marriott
to
conduct
an
investigation
on
this
hotel.
If
you
are
a
Marriott
member
and
you
are
used
to
Marriott
service
DO
NOT
GO
to
this
hotel.
If
fails
to
meet
the
Marriott
standard
in
every
way.
I
do
not
recommend
this
hotel
at
all.
It
is
a
rip
off.
