Its where people relax although the part with grass has been closedfor public, board a taxi 🚖 and do small business like selling water and fruits mainly, things like blood donations, sales promotion also happens at times even boarding pioneer buses. But it only has one trouble which is many troublesome-looking people idling or waiting for opportunities. And sometimes it's occupied by the military in the area

The City square is one of the green parts of the City that can act as a relaxing point. The unfortunate bit of it is there are no installed seats to cater for this, there is virtually no sufficient dust bins which leaves no option but dumping waste everywhere. The place is at times protected and restrict from public access. A lot of promotional events take place here so it may not be the best point to seat and relax during the day. The northern entrance is wheel chair accessible while the southern part is not. The positive side is there so many access routes to the City Square, and while there you have a good view of some of the City's tall and magnificent buildings like Mapeera House, Church House, Kooki Tower, Sheraton Kampala Hotel, etc.

The city centre of Kampala is beautiful with a park area where people can rest. Taxis can be boarded from there. This is the separation from downtown where there are the arcades and the real hustle and bustle of the city, then the uptown where there are hotels and offices in nakasero area and kololo area.

It's a nice place to be in to take a breather from the hustle and bustle of the capital city "heart of Kampala. Thought It's a bit noisy coz of so many cars and revellers taking naps,I would still recommend it for anyone wanting to refresh there minds and also enjoying the beautiful view of Kampala during the day. Thanks

The city square is a public place for you to wait for your colleagues and friends while in town. Its a place you can sit and jazz with friends if you like as the grass is well kept. But be aware of the con men that hang around town. Its a public space so be very vigilant while there.

It have various services for leisure purposes, hosting parties, confectionary and bars. The staff are friendly and everyone is welcome as long as you have your mask on die to covid19 standard operating procedures. It is easy to locate and access, known for hosting various celebrities which shows it's good reputation in the eye of the public. It also has a good scenery for photoshoot and mind relaxing. It is presumably a must go area for someone around Kampala. Don't miss. The foods there are however relatively more than the usual price but are of quality.

A cool, conformable place to seat in the grass. Plus on the seats outside. Free public Toilets are one each corner for easing yourself.

It's breath taking, the ambiance alone makes its so comfortable. Its the most convenient place in kampala that you can sit freely and wait for a friend or workmate for more than an hour or so.

It is now organised a bit, the traffic around moves smoothly at peak hours, and less crime around given the fact that Central Police Station is around the corner. It is a safe and calm place .

Just City Council has to put in more effort to see that that place is cleaner that it is but I appreciate what they do for now.

Good place to get a morning newspaper, coffee on the go, get money deposited on your 📱 or even taxis to Nakawa, Ntinda, Bweyogere, Mutongo and anywhere generally eastward. But you need to plan your time well it could take up to an hour to get to Bweyogere. Also, the ladies' public toilet is not in use right now so you'd have to go and pay at Kooki Tower or go further to Watoto Church downtown for a free place to pee.

It a big place in the city centre just opposite centenary Bank but it's noisy. It's a place where one can take rest from when in Kampala city. During times of political demonstrations, the place is manned by policemen and it's not accessible to the general public.

This is a free place ideal for resting and also having a free mind located in Kla. You can always pass by. But it has too many people at times.

Its a one stop for almost all commuter taxis leaving Kampala. Its an alternative to whoever wants to get to the Eastern part of the Country and Kampala as well in a faster way.

Public greenery. Cool fresh air in abundance. No specific amenities just a green space in Kampala

This is the heart of the city, and just like any heart, it's always busy. Mostly surrounded by high rise buildings, it's the hub of activity. I was scared when I passed by as there were so many shady looking people idling or waiting for opportunities. Can't really say much but if there's trouble in the CBD, it will probably start here. Beware.

City Square Park is one found in the Capital Kampala, givin' people a restin' bay/shade for people who normally get tired while usin' the city. It has some memorable statues in it hence Worthy a visit. It is located opposite Central Police Station hence whose implication is security.

They're very many motorcyclists and very many busy people shouting. Crossing the streets needs a lot of patience to avoid being knocked down by rushing traffic.

At the moment city square garden is sealed off. No one can sit in there and relax. Meanwhile when it rains in the city center it pours. Roads become flash rivers.
