Perfect pub with a great menu, the food was generous in portion and delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Lovely, lovely waitress. Very thoughtful decor. Each table had a different cruet set, little painting on an easel (tiny!) and a wee table game plus other delightful quirky touches. Excellent prices, colourfully and intriguingly presented. The picture of my husband's lamb was after he'd started eating, it was much neater at first!

Excellent meal, staff were very attentive would highly recommend. I suggest you book in advance.

Good local near the harbour at Tayport. Friendly and welcoming. Quiet through the week, but lively on a Saturday night.

Delicious, reasonably priced pub fare in a lovely setting, and staffed by friendly helpful staff. What's not to love! Had a wonderful lunch there, made even better by them being super dog friendly too! Biscuits and water were kindly supplied. ❤️

Absolute delight. Hidden gem of Tayport. Well worth a visit. Excellent customer service. We were genuinely made to feel welcome with our dog. Had a shared mixed starter meal. 5 star presentation. And the 'own cheese cake' - divine and freshly made. Superb. Great beer garden. Don't miss out.

Lovely place to go for a meal, food was good and staff were really friendly, it is also dog friendly which was a bonus as my family had come up on holiday and had dogs with them. Highly recommend.

Had a terrific lunch today with my brother. Good food and good service. Menu was varied, definitely something for everyone. In writing this review I'm actually arguing with myself, as I may just have had the best burger ever, the Chilli Nacho Burger.

The decor is slightly strange, and the presentation of the food is individualistic, but the service and the quality of the food is excellent. It is a VERY dog friendly place, with bowls of water, biccies and lots of fussing from the staff for our furry friend. My wife had a "Steak Pie", which is presented in the style of a knickerbocker glory, so the stew is in a tall narrow glass and the pie crust is stuck in the top like ice-cream wafers would be! I should have taken a photo... Anyway, it was apparently delicious, as was my fish and chips: plentiful too. The Haddock was delicious and the batter crispy and light.

Lovely meals, very dog friendly & great service. We chose to try this after finding it online & reading all the reviews. Was not disappointed. Staff friendly straight away. Fresh water & dog treats as soon as we arrived. Starters were lovely (sticky gougons & haggis & blackpudding fritters). Mains a good size & again lovely. Nice place with a good friendly atmosphere. We will be back.

On holiday for 2 weeks in Tayport and throughout our entire holiday this is by far the best evening meal out that we had. 6 of us eating, 3 courses mostly too and nearly all ate something different off the menu and it was all excellent 👌 Diverse menu and plenty to choose from to meet all tastes. Service was exceptional too! Great value for money on both drinks as food. My husband's family are from Tayport and there was a lovely video running (silently on one of the TV screens about the history of Tayport, which was just the icing on the cake for us ❣️

We had a small family reunion here,Great place, food was delicious and beautifully presented. Everyone had a great time and staff were extremely attentive. Owners might have to extend the premises because we think this place will be hugely popular. Thanks everyone.

Brilliant meal at Cobbies again. So nice to sit outside when the weathers nice. Dog and kid friendly. Will definitely be back.
