Visited to pick up my season tickets for myself and my grandson, the lady who served me couldn't have been more helpful.. hope I've not upset her by the word "lady" as I didn't ask what gender she identified by.

Great place to get all things Dundee United. The ticket office is also in here and the staff in there have looked after me very well on innumerable occasions. The shop is quite accessible with the only flaw being a manually opening door on entry but this is a common flaw.

Great customer service bought my ticket online for the Aberdeen game for Saturday 26th could not put my address in on the Aberdeen website the utd shop phone me up with in minutes of buy ING my ticket they asked if I can come in to the shop or get it sent out I sed i would come in for they said it was ok witch was great

Fantastic service. Bought myself the away shirt and wee one the away kit. Lady at the till noticed I picked up the wrong size socks and went and got the right ones. Also taking the shirt and replacing it with a fresh one in packaging was an excellent touch. 10/10
