Basic place, nothing to write home about. Doesn’t seem very careful about Covid. Reception opens at 12! Before that no one answers the phone. Came across like the owner/management is not quite customer friendly oriented and it’s a take it or leave it attitude. In person they keep saying they are too busy - Maybe it’s because they are well booked due to other establishments closed nearby. (Saving on manpower - one person seems to be doing everything) Seems it’s the same owner/management as the restaurant (in collaboration) downstairs, so the accommodation does have a spicy aroma. Overpriced for what it is.

Hard to find. Entrance next to the Chinese restaurant. Hallways were pretty greasy and dingy, everything was very unkempt. Room goes like this. Dust bunnies, TV remote control under the bed, leftover drinks in the fridge, tablets on the floor. No disinfectant anywhere. Neither in the hotel nor in the associated restaurant. You feel uncomfortable overall. We won't be coming back. Oh yes, the beds were good. We slept well.

Recepcionist didnt speak norwegian. He tried to speak english but couldnt understand anything. Dirty rooms, and when we confronted him he told us that he had someone who clean the rooms maybe. So he wasnt sure if it was clean:) worst hotel i have stayed in by a mile.

The price-quality ratio is ok. Cheap hotel compared to others. In terms of cleanliness, a big minus is the really dirty shower curtain in an otherwise perfectly clean room. By the way, he slept there one night.

All service for your reasonable price. And even more if in a tight corner and address the friendly owner! 10/10👍

The whole thing is pretty grubby and greasy. We went out again and booked a room in the hotel 300m away.

Hotelli on sänkyineen parhaat aikansa nähneet. Epäsiisti koko rakennus. Pieni 2 hh huone. Ei ilmastointia. Aamupala 9e/hlö, valmis annos. Kahvi oli kylmää. Hyviä puolia: keskeinen sijainti, ilmainen parkkipaikka.

Basic hotel with clean rooms. Slightly aging in details.

Honestly, it’s not as bad as it sounds at seven very cozy and has all the peripherals you need you even get free coffee

We stay here for the second time, we like everything, clean, quite modest, but also inexpensive for Norway. The price and quality are excellent.

Bed was ok only bathroom was a lot fungel in the corners. But all the other hotels were ful so needed to book something

A bit old, but good value for the price. Very centrally located.

Took me 1.5 hour to check in, annoying kids running around, staff who came into the room when I was completely naked in bed, dirty refrigerator and bathroom. Next time I'll rather sleep under my car or dig me under the ground.

Good price quality ratio. Very basic, but clean rooms. It would have been nice if breakfast were included in the offering.

We were welcomed off our ship and taken to our hotel where we enjoyed a wonderful few days in the snow . It is close to restaurants + a supermarket with friendly service. We enjoyed exploring the town, dining out before being driven to the airport. Highly recommend a visit here after a Hurtigruten cruise from Bergen.
