The
Moonshine
Shack
is
a
refreshing
new
addition
to
the
South
Elmsall
food
scene.
It
feels
like
they
put
a
lot
of
thought
and
care
into
their
food!
Nacho
Libre
came
with
standard
nacho
crisps
with
a
tangy,
rich
cheese
sauce
that
tastes
like
real
cheese.
Picked
jalapeños
give
a
satisfying
sharp
contrast
to
the
cheese
sauce.
There
was
a
delicious
grilled
flavour
on
the
beef,
which
was
tender
and
proper
meat.
The
burger
had
flavourful
salsa,
guacamole,
and
a
mild
and
refreshing
sour
cream,
so
the
burger
was
saucy
with
a
lot
of
mexican
flavour.
It
was
a
little
bit
too
salty
for
my
taste.
The
Mexican
cheese
added
a
nice
mouth-warming
spice,
and
was
caramelised
around
the
edges
which
is
a
great
touch,
something
you'd
want
from
a
proper
burger
but
is
often
overlooked.
£10
for
the
burger,
nachos,
and
a
drink,
which
I
think
is
a
great
price
for
a
good
quality
meal!
The
choice
of
a
pretzel
bun
is
unique,
and
adds
a
depth
of
flavour.
Soft
and
slightly
chewy
texture
which
was
good
at
holding
the
burger
together.
Nothing
was
wet,
even
in
the
Nacho
Libre
which
had
the
sauces.
Sweet
and
soft
sweet
potato
fries.
Skin
on
fries
were
nice
and
crispy
on
the
outside,
soft
on
the
inside.
The
fried
food
has
a
nice
flavour
remeniscent
of
the
seaside,
but
wasnt
greasy
or
burnt
tasting
oil.
The
garlic
mayo
is
garlicky,
thick,
and
a
little
tangy.
The
chicken
in
the
chips
had
a
moreish
seasoned
flavour
with
tasty
spices,
and
was
well
cooked,
soft
and
tender.
The
red
cabbage
on
top
was
crispy
and
not
wet.
The
blue
cheese
sauce
was
not
overwhelming.
The
batter
on
the
chicken
burger
was
very
crispy
and
flavourful
even
inside
a
burger.
All
of
the
chicken
felt
good
quality,
well
cooked,
and
not
fatty.
The
grilled
chicken
was
tasty
and
well
cooked,
not
dry
like
grilled
chicken
breast
can
be
sometimes.
The
raw
onions
were
a
fresh
bite,
but
not
overwhelming
like
raw
onions
can
be.

You!
