Walked 30 minutes from Chasetown to try this cafe. Had a latte, open chicken tikka naan with fries. Really enjoyed the food and drink, friendly staff. They bought out a plate with biscuits for the dog. Can't wait to go again.

I love Cigno! It’s my go to place in Burntwood for a coffee. If you’re looking for a breakfast treat then I highly recommend their full English or their eggs Benedict.

Came down for breakfast the other morning as had heard some fab things about this place and my gosh they weren't wrong! Absolutely stunning food and staff were brilliant as well as the other customers! We can't wait to come back and try some more of your food that is literally out of this world ♥️

Unbelievably good. We moved to the area 6 months ago, kept meaning to give it a try. Well today that day arrived. I don’t think I’ll need to eat for the rest of the day! Service was first class. Honestly a faultless breakfast. Can’t wait to go back and try the smoked salmon dish.

Absolutely brilliant. First time eating a giant crumpet anywhere! Food perfectly cooked, with good crisp bacon. Excellent toast, made with freshly hand cut bread, no stale slices here!! Staff friendly and very helpful. Spotlessly clean. Don’t go anywhere else!

A super artisan cafe on our doorstep far superior than anything you’d travel miles to get. First time for lunch today, only tried out the breakfast menu prior. Everything is cooked fresh, portion size very generous. No it’s not cheap, but I’m a big believer in you get what you pay for and when the quality is there it’s worth every penny. It’s a very friendly place and everyone is made welcome, will often see single people happily enjoying the experience with no issues of being on their own. I would certainly recommend it to everyone.

A little gem in Burntwood. Popped in for breakfast whilst having my car valeted across the road and it was great. Had a cappuccino with a bacon and sausage sandwich Lovely fresh ingredients in the sandwich, chunky fresh bread and the coffee was great Well worth a visit ❤️😋

Cigno is like a breath of fresh air against other cafe's, I have been meaning to visit since it opened and finally went today. I had the chilli cheese toastie and it was AMAZING! Huge portions, great service, lovely decor. Literally cannot say a bad word about it. Really refreshing vegan & vegetarian options too.

What an amazing place! Went for breakfast a few weeks ago & the food and service was great. Went again today, this time for lunch, & once again it was fabulous (we had 'specials' dessert too 😋). Highly recommend - the food is delicious, freshly cooked & lovely ambience too! We'll be back

This has to be the best spot in Staffordshire, the team is always friendly and welcoming, the cafe is beautiful with its own character. The food is remarkable, full of flavour and presented so beautifully when it arrives at your table. The Coffee has such amazing taste perfect for coffee lovers, the cakes on offer are outstanding and the carrot cake is one of the best I've had. Special shout out to Alice who has a flow about the place so natural and with such kindness which stands out every time we go. I highly recommend trying this place for yourself pre book a table to avoid disappointment it's so popular.

What a gem of a place to eat. Met up with a friend for brunch and had the Avocado, sourdough and poached egg. WOW it was fabulous. My friend had the pancakes with maple syrup and crispy bacon. It looked amazing. Highly recommend and such a lovely team in charge. Loved it, but book as the word is getting out and its popular. Looking forward to going again soon. Thank you 😊 💓

My first review of this little gem in Burntwood. I’ve been a number of times over the last few months and nothing is ever too much trouble. The food is brilliant, I’ve tried everything from the chicken salad, steak sandwiches and the full English for breakfast. Fresh, quality, tasty and reasonably priced. Shoutout to the staff and owners who are clearly passionate about good food, good service and supporting local. There is no where else I would go for a spot of lunch, breakfast or a quick drink. Give it a go, you won’t regret it.

2 visits in one day. I popped in for a coffee to warm me up and was delighted with a soy Mocha with Black Forest syrup. Totally delicious! I saw the mouth-watering sandwiches on the specials board and had to return for the steak ciabatta and the festive Turkey, bacon and cranberry. These sandwiches do not disappoint. Succulent tender steak seasoned to perfection and my personal favourite a pot of gravy for dipping my scrumptious festive sandwich into. We will definitely be back for more!

Wow, wow, wow, the smashed avocado is to die for!! The ultimate breakfast roll was amazing too. Child friendly with little cutlery, colouring and sensible food options and portion sizes for them. Allergies attentively catered for, service was great and reasonably priced. Booking essential as everyone seems to want to eat here and I completely understand why. Matt, Gemma and their team of lovely staff are doing a fab job with this place, we will definitely be coming back!! 4 very satisfied customers 🥰.

We pop in here regularly, when we have the time. Matt and the staff are brilliant; friendly and thoughtful and the food is second to none. Sometimes we have breakfast, sometimes lunch. Definitely worth a try.

Absolutely unreal breakfast. Every single item on the breakfast is always cooked perfectly. We don’t go anywhere else. Staff are always really friendly and make you fee welcome even when they are really busy. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Beautiful small cafe with nice outdoor seating area for dry weather. Good is prepared to order and coffee and cold drinks selection is brilliant. A must visit if you’re in the area

Burntwood has had to wait so long for a good café. Delicious food and drinks cooked and served by the friendliest people. Service always above and beyond, whether dining in or taking out. Give it a try, you’ll become a regular.

We had a lovely lunch today I had the Bao buns and my friend who had not eaten here before thoroughly enjoyed her bacon and cheese melt. An excellent menu and warm welcome make this delightful coffee shop well worth a visit.

Popped in for a business meeting with another local and was really pleasantly surprised with the excellent service and friendly ambience. Not just this but also the food looked great, although we only had coffee, will be trying that next time. See you again soon!

Lovely breakfasts, looking forward to returning! Visited here for breakfast mid week. We ordered the works breakfast and the veggie works breakfast. We also had hot chocolate and a latte. Unfortunately they didn't have coconut milk but not to worry and maybe this is somthing to add to the drinks menu going forward. They do however offer gluten free toast for the breakfast which is great to have that option. Both breakfasts were delicious and were served quickly. You can book tables in advance so this is handy if you want to go on a certain day and time. I'm looking forward to going again! Would highly recommend Cigno.

Just started working in this area in NHS, not alot of places around for lunch n coffee with friends or work colleagues. Have used this twice, really great service, even for takeout, would recommend to others, coming again!

Fabulous breakfast cooked to perfection. You are best booking a table as it's very popular (unless you are having takeout). There is seating both inside and out. Staff very friendly and attentive. I have visited a few times now and will return. Keep up the good service. 👍
