This was my first time using this travel agency and I’m already planning my next trip! I just returned from a much needed beach vacation and Cori was amazing!! She was very helpful and went above and beyond by booking a massage I wanted in a room that overlooked the ocean….it was amazing!! Cori answered my many questions and was always helpful and kind. Cori was absolutely amazing for my family's trip to the Grand Canyon: she juggled multiple different locations, date ranges, flight info, rental car, and special requests. When one hotel had some issues beyond anyone's control, she went to bat for us, and even responded to me after hours (I had forgotten the time difference). Cori was so kind, and the stuff I normally get vexed by for a vacation, she handled like it was a breeze! Also, for anyone else who didn't know, travel agency services don't cost anything to the traveler--which I wasn't expecting, especially for the quality of service in just our initial phone call. She has treated us like old friends from our very first phone call and has tirelessly worked to plan perfect get aways for our family in the face if rescheduling due to illness two times already. Just returned from a fabulous land tour and cruise through Alaska. Mona was fabulous! She planned our trip and flight and we had a blast. She went the extra step and saved us some money, too. Beautiful unforgettable trip.
