The lady working the front desk was extremely rude and not very thoughtful about making a key. The man that I talk to was cheerful and great. He told me he would be able to make me a key no problem. Whenever I showed up I was not greeted by that joyful Ness. She was supposed to make me a key for my toolbox. And she said we’re not guarantee keys. Made me pay for a key that did not even work and did not try a second time to even clean it up a little bit. Would not recommend coming here ever again for any small knees or large knees that I’ll ever have .

The gentleman my husband spoke to over the phone was polite and helpful. When I went into the shop to get a key made, however, the woman at the front desk was extraordinarily rude and made it quite obvious she did not want to help. I tried to explain the key situation and she kept cutting me off with “We DON’T do that here,” even though my husband had already confirmed that they, indeed, do. We went to Westlake’s instead and they were great.

Denny is literally the best, very kind, and quick at what he does. I lost my keys, and haven’t been able to drive my car for two days. I called for an appointment. I got everything taken care under half an hour. Tyler’s is the place to go if you are looking to replace keys, missing keys, etc. thank you thank you!! Also very Affordable.

Kevin is amazing! I use him for all of my lock needs at the office. His sister is a little rough around the edges with her customer service/attitude, but, if you can push through that, you'll be happy ;). Might be worth it to hire someone who wants to do their job to answer the phone and take people's money...just an idea ;).

If I could give 6 stars I would! I called at 9 am and by 9:30 they were at my vehicle ready to help. He even went as far as helping me with the latch on my trunk. The best locksmith in the JC area!

I never wrote reviews but Tyler’s pulled on my heart strings. I am expecting a baby in a couple weeks. We locked our keys in the car right before an appointment. The exceptional service I received are not enough for words. They came right away and well before my appointment. Within minutes ( if that) they opened our doors.
