I had to reschedule 3 times for a recheck (my own fault). By the time I got in, I was past the time limit for rechecks. My prescription has changed, but the doctor replaced my lens at no cost. That is great customer service!

Dr Herretes is without a doubt the best. She is very thorough and allows the patient the time to ask as many questions as needed. Extremely personable. My husband and I have been seeing her for several years now.

My appointment encompassed many experts working together to establish an affordable routine for my dry eyes. I really felt a true desire on behalf of the doctor and the staff to help me find help for my dry eyes.

Absolutely horrible experience here. I always have to wait atleast an hour to get back after my scheduled appt time. They cancelled my appt last time I went when they were behind an hour. I work in healthcare and you do not treat customers like that when you are the one running behind. They are not considerate at all of mothers with young children.

Dr. Herretes is the consummate professional. Our son has a very complicated eye situation and she has worked diligently to not only remedy some Cornea matters but to be reassuring to him through this whole process as well.

The staff and the doctor is very polite. I had an eye cornea transplant and have been pleased with all the steps that I have received. My cornea is healing well and I love the way my doctor treats me with respect and explains everything to me.

I've been using Sabates Eye Care for several years for my annual diabetic eye exam. I've never been disappointed with the service at the NW Barry Road location even though they run a large number of patients through there like cattle through a meat market. I had an appointment for this morning that I made a year ago and confirmed last week. Less than an hour before my appointment I received a text message that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. When I called them the soonest I could get an appointment was late October. The reason they canceled my appointment today was the doctor was out on Maternity leave. It seems to me that they would have known a lot sooner than 1 hour before my appointment that they would need to reschedule me and they would make accomedations to get me rescheduled sooner than someone making a new appointment. I asked to speak to someone to file a formal complaint and got switched to a voicemail. I'm still waiting for a call back. I will not use them again.

I am very pleased with Dr Heretta, I just don't like to sit and wait a long time, but I also understand there are other's that r just important as well and some take longer than others..
