I've been going to this location for the last 3 years and had this Dr for the latest 2 years. First, the front desk staff is always prepared, always nice, and efficient with your time. The office is clean. The Dr likes to teach me about everything going on with my eyes as I get older. He's personable and prompt. The 3 people that work on your glasses, fitting and ordering and the retail side of the office are so helpful with the insurance plans and know what they are doing, make recommendations with my lifestyle and means in mind. The 2 different optometric technicians I have had are so friendly, quick, knowledgeable. I have nothing bad or even mildly annoying to report. It's a smooth running and professional establishment that I am happy to keep going to year after year.

Everyone at the Blue Springs Discover Vision have great customer service skills! My visit today was with Ashley the pre op person. She measured my eyes for my new lenses. Went through all of the steps of the procedure & paperwork. In less than an hour we were finished. My cataract surgery is next Wednesday for my right eye 👁. I’ll keep you updated! Laura S

My experience was perfect, end-to-end. Very well organized and fully staffed. The doctor validated the screening work that had been done by the technician and this truly sets Discover apart.

Wasn’t expecting to pay as much as I did. I received great care and the exam was good but I have eye insurance and for a new pt. Routine eye exam plus a required contact fitting lens exam, my out of pocket expense was $249 😬. I didn’t have my eyes dilated, didn’t buy any contacts or glasses. Super shocked at what my portion owed cost… new pt. Eye exam cost $199 and contact lens fitting cost $100. Our insurance covers $50 towards an eye exam and doesn’t cover any of the fitting fee. Lesson learned, I can receive same great care for a cheaper price for an eye exam elsewhere.

I haven’t been to an eye doctor quite like this one, in the best way. It was my first visit, and I couldn’t say anything better! Front desk was kind and efficient in getting my info, the wait time was very little, and Eric was knowledgeable, honest, and funny. Dr. Lambert was very kind, answered all my questions and let me know options for all of my concerns. Check out was great as well. Overall a great experience!

Went in for my eye exam here after 5+ years and wondered why I ever went anywhere else because the staff was absolutely amazing! Their new location is VERY NICE and clean, the front desk ladies were very nice, Eric was very professional and very good at his job and, Dr Miller was very knowledgeable and kind. The guy who sold me my glasses was very helpful and thorough about prices and didn’t try to upsell me to more expensive lenses, which were basically as thin and did the same thing as the lenses that were fully covered by my insurance. They got me in within less than 5 minutes and gave me top notch service!

Dr. Lambert is a wonderful O.D. He is kind, efficient, professional while still sporting a great sense of humor. And he always answers all my crazy questions with a smile. Office staff are brilliant from everyone working the front desk to Nurse Becky in back. It’s a shame we only visit once a year…

I love the service I receive at Discover vision. My appointments are always made on my schedule, and I never have to wait longer than 5 minutes upon arrival. My name was called to go to the back immediately when I was checked in when I arrive the lobby is always clean and the assistance at the desk are always friendly.
