Found this hidden gem in Des Peres, Mo. The service was outstanding and the food was good. A little on the pricey side compared to other Poke restaurants. I built my own bowl, and did the large with the 4 proteins. The taste was good, especially the Hawaiian Tuna. The outdoor seating was nice, the inside was typical. Overall, this is a yes to trying again. Also, ask for the coupon for your next visit. Former Cardinals player owns both locations.

Stopped in for a late dinner. Koibito Poke hit the spot. Our server Katie was very friendly and helped my family understand the food offerings. I got the Koibito Bowl. Everything was fresh and delicious, including the beer.

This has become my new “go to” for clean and healthy eating. It’s friendly customer service and the food is delicious. I keep trying different bowls every time I go and they all have been delicious. I’m now going on a weekly (if not more) basis. Try anything with the sweet chili lime sauce. It’s amazing!!!

This was a horrible experience. The food was bland and the ingredients were old especially the greens. But the worst part is the staple I found in my food. Unbelievable. Never going back. My regular place, Poke Munch, always has fresh ingredients at a cheaper price and bigger portions. They're closed on Sundays and I was craving poke so I came and tried this place. What a mistake.

Never had a poke bowl before and I was surprised. I had the tuna trio bowl and it was delicious. Staff was courteous and helpful. Great selection of drinks. Definitely worth it for the protein

I am relatively new to the Poké bowl seen. But this place blew me away. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was that it was super clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. Since I’m relatively new to Poki bowl, they explain to me what my options were and help me decide what I was really looking for. And it was super tasty. The ingredients were all fresh and I cannot get over how much I enjoyed it. Not to mention the fact that it is very reasonably priced and it’s good for you. Can’t wait to go back.

I just tried Koibito Poke for the first time. I thought it was amazing! this is coming from someone usually pretty critical of Food service. From the friendly greeting when I walked in door, the kind explanation of when they offer and suggestions, the extreme cleanliness of the service area as well as the dining area to, most importantly, the quality and flavor of the food. All very top notch and I highly recommend a visit.

Solid, especially since it's so new. Staff super friendly and patient, delicious and fresh ingredients. May cost more than other fast casual places but only by $3-4 and it was outstanding! Will definitely be back. I got the triple tuna bowl with sweet chili lime sauce and it was amazing.
