First time customer. Came at 12. Not very busy. No waiting. Clean. Nice friendly staff, explained everything well. Food arrived in like 2 min. Got teriyaki chicken. Was hot, large portion for the price, fresh veggies, proportionate, and very tasty. Excellent place. Will come back.

The manager (Ranada I believe) was awesome! She was very accommodating to us! Checked up on us and made sure we had everything we needed and was upbeat and positive while doing it! I was very happy with her service! Definitely will come to that location more often!

Exceptional food and service. Food was actually brought to our table. The staff is genuinely nice and patience while deciding options. I wanted high protein and their recommendations was spot on delicious and healthy. Clean dine-in and outside eating areas. I highly recommend this one. Enjoy!

Been very unsatisfied the last handful of times with this drive through. They constantly forget things! This particular order, I asked for NO onions on my poke bowl. And extra sauce. They forgot to take the onions off so I could NOT eat my dinner once home. And there was NO GINGER SAUCE AT ALL?? They forgot the edamame I ordered at the speaker, at the window, so I had to wait on it. The blonde girl inside was NOT wearing her mask properly, but under her nose. Even came to the window with it like that?! Seriously?! Prep staff working on the food can't be bothered to wear a mask?! I attempted to call the number on Google. Kept being put to a busy signal from ringing. I doubt I will be back to this location. Really just horrible service here now...like how hard is it to check peoples food BEFORE it gets handed to the customer??? Thanks for ruining my dinner plans, not the first time either. #done The one in Clayton is WAY better.

Pros: Solid drive thru service. Healthy and fresher options than most fast places. Lots of opportunities to customize your order. Cons:Food from here tastes...well.. healthy. Everything is VERY bland from the chicken, to rice, and even the dressing. The taste of salt or any other seasoning is NOWHERE to be found. Their food literally tastes like eating air. I guess in the absense of any other healthyish grab and go places nearby, I'll probably be back. But if you are looking for food that satisfies your taste bud and not just your biological need to eat, you should probably just look elsewhere.

The vegan options are great here and my food is always fresh and delicious. The customer service is also excellent, I had an order slightly messed up and when I sent a note online someone from their offices came and dropped off the correct order to me within an hour. Thank you so much!

I go to WashU (also STL local) so I was excited to try some fresh new food off campus for once. I got the chicken and salmon bowl. I usually don’t write reviews but I’ve never had such dry meat, the veggies were stiff, and the portioning was so small for $15. You might not be able to tell from the pic but salmon does not look like that / should not be that dry. Not fresh at all. Take this recent review as a warning to go elsewhere.

Healthy amazing food and outstanding drive thru and dining room service consistently. The dining room is SO clean as is the beverage and condiment bar. Something I rarely see at many other fast casual places.

My second time here and wow the service in the drive through is terrible ! Don’t ask any questions about food the lady gets rude with you as if you aren’t supposed to ask questions! I asked for extra silverware and the lady told me to pull up until she was done taken care of everyone else then she would bring my silverware out! Like wow what! Then gave me the corporate number when all I asked for was her name!! Holy terror wow what a itch bet she would not act like this if she didn’t have a drive through window to hide behind! Look ugly a women get a different job if you don’t like yours !!

Such a great place to eat! The food is so clean and refreshing. I love good food that is good for me. This stuff fits the bill! Their limeaide is to die for. Have had the salmon twice, very good. I’m not much off a rice lover, but their brown rice was so tasty. My son got the steak fajita bowl and was impressed and said he will be back! Can’t wait to go for breakfast!!! Mmmmm

I like that it has its own parking spaces, food was served quickly and the place is clean. However, with more people ordering online, drive thru or pick up, there's little attention to ordering at the counter for dining in. I also notice that the bowls are not as full as it used to.

This is an excellent place to grab a quick meal. It’s fresh and delicious. The vegan options are just as amazing as the meat options! I had a vegan quesadilla and a bowl.

The best fast food ever. Friendly service as well, and there is a loyalty program so we occasionally are offered a free entree! Drive through is very convenient. (They can't take a tap only card, but if you need to use Google Pay or Apple Pay, you can order at the self-service kiosk inside.)

So incredibly bland and premade. Everything looks like it comes precooked. Not a single seasoning used at all. You can tell everything is premade by how dry and perfectly sliced the chicken is. Plain white rice with 0 seasonings. Plain lettuce, plain tortilla, a premade corn salad, and plain, unseasoned chicken. What a waste of a meal. Why??

Update- Unfortunately this place has gone downhill. I sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes today and no one was at the speaker. Then I went to the window and waited another 2 minutes. I gave up and went in to find a man standing at the computer. He didn’t look up or acknowledge me at all. There were 4 cooks eating a meal and they all looked up at me. Not one person welcomed me. The man proceeded to pull his cell phone out of his pocket and I finally gave up and put my order in on the computer. Manager gave a half apology and gave me my Luke warm food and I was on my way. I love this place for breakfast! Where else can you can and get a big bowl of eggs, cheese, meat, tofu, and quinoa for $5! Also Peyton is awesome and sure to put a smile on your face! Food is always quick, hot, and fresh! The dining room is super clean as well!

We don't often order and I have only had the multigrain quinoa salad (topped with salmon) about a half dozen times in as many years. Tonight, wanting my husband to share the joy, we picked up dinner. Despite what may be a shortage of staff and goods, this was the BEST ever!!! He loved his Power Bowl and my salad was so fresh and amazing! I have enough leftover for lunch tomorrow.

Quick service only three or four people in the drive-thru line clean parking area dining room is open. hummus ... two buffalo sauces..... Great taste Great service
