It’s a great place to stay.It was the best experience staying there.Location is very beautiful and peace environment too. This place is very well maintained...Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the Owner.Staff was extremely friendly. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved to spend time there. This is NOT worthy of its high rating. We stayed in the deluxe double/family room (I think they're actually the same room) for 3 nights. This is very run down, our toilet set was broken in multiple pieces, the power was constantly turning on and off which wakes you multiple times through the night, the room had hundreds of ants/bugs every night that we had to kill and the bathroom bin was not emptied despite the room being cleaned so we had to empty ourselves. On top of all of this, the floor was filthy, there was a bath-matt that was also filthy and looked as if it had never been washed. The toilet brush was disgusting and there was a missing window pane which meant the room was louder, warmer and had more bugs. You also cannot pay in card here which we were not told until it came to paying. The breakfast is very basic but the people working there are relatively friendly, the WiFi is good when the power is on and it is within walking distance of Thamel (however you have to walk about 400m down a boggy dirt path to get to the hotel if walking).

Very small rooms. Not much amenities were provided and the staffs were so annoyed to provide us facilities. Hot water wasn't available and the manager was so problematic and rude. Bad service and hospitality wouldn't recommend

Makes you feel like home. Excellent wifi. Housekeeping twice a week. Nice kitchen! Lets you use their cooking utensils. Rooftop is a great place to relax. Dog lovers out there, you'll love them - Jackie and Ginger. Above everything, the hosts are really nice and friendly!

I would say this place is the best B and B in Nepal. The owner is super nice and really helpful. He is also kind enough to let us stay with reasonable price during the lockdown too. There is also a staff at reception and he will be always there to support you. For the hospitality, I would say it is 11 out of 10. For the place, it is quite new. Rooms are clean and modernized. There is also a housekeeping service that will clean ur room everyday. The kitchen provides all the utensils that you need.It also has a big rooftop and you can chill with your friend and enjoy the view. The location is great too. Being situated near Thamel with 10 min walk to downtown. Overall experience is perfect.

It is my first long stay in a B&B hotel, I think may be almost 5 months. Frankly ,I would say this Majestic B&B is such a superb B&B ever in Neapl.The owner and all the staffs are really nice and helpful... And it's also located near downtown so you can get whatever you need without going too far. It provides free wireless internet and regular housekeeping service.So, you can stay here very comfortably.As for me,the Majestic would be a wonderful milestone in my travel history. . . During February, I had a pleasant 4-night stay in a Deluxe Double Room featuring a private bathroom. The room was just as depicted in the promotional photo and was well-maintained. The air-conditioning functioned efficiently, both for cooling and heating purposes. I was glad to have access to hot water for showering, and the staff kindly fulfilled my request to change the pillow covers every day. The reception team was hospitable and accommodating, especially Bishal, who made every effort to meet any needs I had. This accommodation provides excellent value for money. The only downside is its location on an internal road where construction work is taking place. If you intend to travel to nearby areas by foot, it may take around 10-15 minutes, but hiring a taxi such as inDrive would be more convenient. Important to mention that since the area is occupied by families, there is no cause for concern, and it is quite safe.

Rooms are small, old, damaged and unclean. Photos doesn't match at all. Area is noisy. Breakfast small and way too simple. Guys who are holding the place are friendly and generally I like them. But... when some guests check in in the night and start to make noise and drunk party, the stuff did nothing to stop them. Because they afraid a bad review on booking. So I get you one guys. Tikets booking was provided, but when we get to the bus we found out, that they want to give us back seats. We manage the situation, but...

Who keep transparent bathroom??? Also the breakfast they served was one of the worst ones I ever had in my life. The road condition was bad and parking was also insufficient.
