This is been one of the top 5 places i stayed , the rooms are spacious clean and well decorated, big kitchen with all the essentials , the bathrooms are big. Rahul is the perfect Host you can have very attentive and caring any problem ore anything you need he is always there to help you. Will be back and keep the good work up.

Karma Suites was, without a doubt, the BEST AIRBNB experience we have ever had. Rahul is the most amazing host a traveler could ask for. He will donate a significant amount of his personal time to help you find things to do in the area. Rahul takes time to make sure guests are versed in skills they might need to travel in Nepal and went above and beyond with everything and even coordinating a driver (who was amazing) to help us get around during our stay. The apartments are gorgeous and the amenities were much more than we expected. We were provided with a wonderful home cooked breakfast each morning and the host checked in regularly to make sure we were satisfied with every aspect of our stay.

I could not check my favourite point on the first page. I loved everything, the host's concern and quick responses, the furniture from Tibet and Nepal. Loved the sparkling clean apartment! Breakfast, how lovely not to have to go out and hunt for food first thing in the morning and we enjoyed the fruit bread, eggs and cereal. Everything was fresh and just right. The owner found us on arrival and was very quick to respond to any request. The apartment sleeps six and was good value for money to come home from exploring to such a clean beautiful sanctuary. The driver of the apartment was excellent and charged local prices because it was recommended by Rahul, the owner. That gave us a very nice car, a charming driver and the ability to explore without hassle. Rahul always checked on our day and were willing to help with any problem such a places to go and good hospitals for my daughter in law who was ill. We will always remember our stay at your beautiful place. I will come back. I hope and I would recommend you as a super, super host to anyone coming to Kathmandu.

We have stayed in the house for a month and the experience was amazing! The host, Rahul, welcomed us with great hospitality. He brought us to nearby supermarket for groceries shopping every week. The house was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. A lot of cooking utensils were provided. The host even provided us light breakfast like eggs, oatmeal, tea etc. We were grateful to have chosen this airbnb for our stay in Kathmandu. The house and the host were one of the best parts in our trip! I would like to thank Rahul once again for the amazing stay! Definitely a 5-star!

The house has a really nice decoration, it's very clean, all the rooms are very bright and airy. The location is perfect. You can find shops, food markets, laundry service, tailor, and really nice cafe, within walking distance. It's quite easy to get taxis from there too. Rahul is a excellent host and he helped us with everything we needed during our stay!

This is one of the best places I have stayed. The house was very neat and well decorated. The house had a very traditional experience with all the antiques it was decorated with. Good wifi and TV channels available. The kitchen also had some utensils and gas stove. If you want to cook rice there was also a electronic rice cooker available. The owner was very friendly and provided us with good suggestions on how to plan the day and whom to contact. Overall it was a great experience.

Our experience staying at the beautiful Karma Suites apartment for three weeks back in March 2022 was beyond outstanding. Yes, the apartment beautifully appointed, exceptionally clean, and in a great location for sightseeing in Kathmandu, but the real gem of Karma Suites is its owner and manager, Rahul. We arrived as mere guests, but we most certainly left Kathmandu feeling as though we belonged in Rahul's family. Rahul went out of his way to do whatever he could to make our stay amazing. He was exceptionally responsive whenever we needed something and went above and beyond expectations at every turn during our stay. Rahul was such a comfort to us as visitors to a brand-new country that can sometimes be difficult to navigate on your own. We can't emphasize enough what a sanctuary Karma Suites felt like to us or how grateful we are for Rahul's hospitality. If you are fortunate enough to stay at Karma Suites during your time in Kathmandu, you could never be disappointed.

First and foremost, Rahul is an extremely caring host. He has travelled the world and come back to pursue his passion for hospitality. His passion shows in his interaction with his guests. He takes a personal interest in ensuring the comfort of his guests and always with a smile. He would take care of little details and special requests from us to make us feel at home. Now about the property, this is a very well decorated and maintained place. The place is designed in such a manner that while you get all the luxuries of staying in a hotel, you also get to know the local culture from the way the place has been furnished and decorated. The place comes with a nicely maintained kitchen, the bathrooms are clean and the bedrooms are also very well furnished. The entire place has a lot of large windows to allow natural light and fresh air. There is ample space for a car park and you feel safe in the place. It is very close to some of the tourist places (actually within walking distance) and quiet at the same time. Overall, I would love to go back and also recommend this place to anyone visiting Kathmandu. Great job Rahul and all the best on your upcoming ventures. I am keen to see your plans for Pokhara taking shape soon.

Love the interior decoration and rooms are very spacious and clean. We were there early Dec which is quite cold. Fortunately there was hot water for showering. Neighbourhood was quiet and nice with nearby cafes and walking distance to Monkey temple. Rahul was a great host, very helpful. Would love to stay there again when we visit again.
