This is a great place to stay, and I can't recommend it highly enough. Spotlessly clean, in a very quiet and peaceful location. We would like to mention that every detail and every corner of the interiors and exteriors are built with love and perfect taste. The locally sourced breakfast was impeccable. This may have been the first time we stayed here, it certainly won't be the last!

This is a very nice, clean hotel! The owners treat you like family, and make sure you are feel as though you are at your own home. Delicious breakfasts, with optional tea or coffee. I could not have stayed at a better hotel. :)

The facility's are attractive and clean, the location is ideal for those wanting to be reasonably close to the airport and close to The city. The breakfast was lovely and Paul and Susanna did a great job looking after us. I would highly recommend it. For those like myself who only speak English, it is nice to speak to someone who speaks great English. The languages they speak between them is amazing. I came to 29 Eleven after being in India and Nepal for 4 weeks, and away from home for 6. I found a lovely, new, clean hotel with amazing food prepared by the Proprietors, Paul & Susanne. They are friendly, helpful folks who bent over backwards to make my stay a wonderful respite before starting my long trek back to British Columbia, Canada. I was a little disappointed that I didn't see more of the mountains, but that is because it was foggy for the whole time I was there. BUT I did get to ride on the back of the moped and survived LOL! I had been watching people and FAMILIES ride as many as 4 at a time on these machines in India and Nepal and was excited to have Susanne take me for a ride up the hill to the local store to get some snacks for my journey home. I would highly recommend this hotel because of the care and friendship I experienced here with Paul and Susanne. I hope to return to Nepal with my family, and when we come, we will be sure to return to 29 Eleven Bed and Breakfast. I hope you will give it a try too. Thanks Paul & Susanne! Spending my holidays at 29 Eleven has been amazing. The location, and the view from the room is beyond words. Hospitality, cleanliness, breakfast and cafe excellent. I highly recommend a stay here if you want some quiet and peaceful time. The place also has all kinds of facility you want (taxi, tours, tickets etc).

If you need any transportation, owners of guest house will manage with in couple of minutes. Always we felt homely atmosphere during our stay. Paul & Sujuna and their little son are the best! They put their heart and soul into this hotel and in everything they do. They are super available, make you feel at home easily and are the best chefs. 29 Eleven is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle in Kathmandu, and yet have everything nearby. With the mototaxi you’re everywhere in 15 minutes. Clean, comfortable rooms with incredible view, roomservice, good Wi-Fi so it’s the perfect spot for remote working. Can’t recommend this place more!! Felt part of something bigger! Could stay forever. Can’t wait to be back! <3

It was an amazing experience to stay this hotel with a fantabulous view with mountain and natural Outlook. Best place to stay with family with quite and nice environment. Just need to update with airport pick up and drop off with the same arrangement whether rest of the other hotel do. Breakfast was mouthwatering 😍. Strongly recommended to stay this hotel. It was an amazing experience for us as we stayed near to the mountain, far way from the hustle bustle of the city. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable . One can enjoy the sanguine peace with a perfect Mountain View from the balcony. The hotel staffs are so friendly and cordial made us felt like home! The food was awesome and made with love. On our request they provided us transportation and a guided tour around the city. This was one of the best vacations that we spent there.

We had a wonderful overnight stay as we travel to Pokhora. Very warmly people.

First of all the place is peaceful and clean. It will be amazing for the people who would like to be alone for a while, ambiance are amazing and coffee in this place is the must.

The owners are very accommodating in this brand new B&B on the SW side of Kathmandu. It’s in a beautiful setting in a quiet neighborhood. 10 min walk to shops and restaurants. Hot water showers, laundry service, great food, highly recommended.

I've been there for a day after a hectic trekking session of Annapurna base camp. The view of this place was giving me a vibe that I'm still in the deep green mountain lodge. They have exellent rooms with great views & a first class lounge. From where you can enjoy meal & enjoy the view.
