Refreshingly well run heritage home and guesthouse. The young and inspired owners (Aman, Esther and staff) are a pleasure to spend time with. The restoration of the hundred year old building was a labour of love and the fruits of said labour are very much visible. The rooms are bright, airy, comfortable, rustic yet modern. The bathrooms are in perfect condition, hot showers, immaculately clean. Another very positive feature is the possibility to refill water bottles with filtered water. The rooftop is a charm and on sunny mornings one can enjoy a delicious and varied breakfast up there. We highly recommend this amazing home from home. Namaste

Great place to stay with a extremely attentive hotel staff. They offered us a great welcome drink, all kinds of local knowledge, and a great breakfast. The rooftop is a perfect view over the square too! Thank you for our stay!

Beautiful traditional home, with fantastic location for the sights of Patan and a lovely rooftop terrace for the delicious breakfast each morning. Madan, Bisal and Pusa were all incredibly helpful, friendly and welcoming - making me momos when I arrived late at night from the airport (they lost my bag) helping me call the airline (they found my bag!) and giving me lots of great tips on what to see and do. Can't wait to come and visit again soon!

Staying at Lumbini was a true blessing after our long flight. The people who work here are very helpfull, the room very clean and the bed very comfortable. We would reccomend staying here. The street and neighbourhood of this hotel are calm en quiet and within a few minutes walk you are at Patan durban square.

One of the greatest man-made disasters of the twenty-first century. Unprofessional and racist. How can a hotel of this century practice discriminatory practices, be scared to mention on their website but have the courage to inform people only when they arrive at the hotel to check-in? To all the foreigners - please stay away from this hotel and all the hotels in this community as they come together with a warm and smiley face and rip you off with high charges without you ever knowing.

Such a lovely roof top spot for breakfast. I didn’t stay at the guesthouse but did see that the rooms are lovely. Decent coffee and fresh cooked, nicely presented simple food. I came back twice! Highly recommend for a reprieve from the hustle bustle.

Very nice and quite place in the heart of patan, just next to the golden temple. Great views of the open square below, 2min walk to the durbar square. Rooms are spacious and clean and the decor is modern traditional, thus you don't bump your head on every doorway. The owners are a very sweet young couple, who helped us with every request. Was very comfortable Here, Some of the nicest people we meet on our trip. Thank you

Wonderful bed and breakfast in the heart of Patan, charming and extremely helpful hosts. Try the porridge on the rooftop in the morning while watching people playing badminton on the square. We did a cooking class in the evening and enjoyed our lentil curry afterwards. When in Nepal, make sure you spend some time there!

This heritage is nice and lying in a small square surround by houses. This makes it quiet and is off the main street. The people who runs this heritage are awesome and nice. We where there during the end of COVID so it was very easy and quiet. We met another couple from the Netherlands and have some fun. The rooms are very clean. The sink, toilet and taps are copper and looks very nice. The beds feel good to sleep on. On the top of the heritage it’s possible to drink and eat breakfast. And it gives you also a nice few over the city
