I came in for the advertisement on the outside say 25 dollars and they charge me 88 dollars which was not a problem due to fact that there were separate plans .. the guy at the front desk was very rough we were told we was not allowed to wait outside due to them calling us and we would loose our money . Mind u the waiting room was pack and Covid is still going around . He also said the wait was ten minutes we waited like 40 minutes not cool at all, I had a baby with me. Please don’t have your employees run up on us we are grown folks that know what we are here for … did not enjoy this experience

Wow! The R66 was incredibly comfortable (and air conditioned!!) for our family of four. The price was very reasonable, and the pilot was top notch with over 2500 flight hours. The waiting area was comfortable, and even the music selection while we waited for a short bit was pretty good. The flight itself was very nice nice! We took tour 4 and saw quite a bit of the Disney complex. The whole package was well worth the money and I would definitely fly with them again!

We really enjoyed this tour. It was our first time, not scary at all, smooth, staff and pilot were awesome. There's a photographer taking pictures before you board, pics were not the best, but $27 for all, we did buy them. I highly recommend this company!

Took the Seaworld/Universal tour. Pricey for two people but they have deals for four. The staff was friendly and patient. Enjoyed the experience and was happy with the pilot. Expensive photo package for semi-decent pictures.

Amazing experience! The place has a convenient location . The facility was clean and neat including restrooms. Costumer service was impeccable. They take you pictures and price are very accessible for more than 20 pictures. And of course the experience was incredible, I felt safe and the pilot was so nice . For sure I will come back soon. Price vs experience was good !

Definitely a great tour. I recommend that you do the longer tour so you are in the helicopter longer to see more of Orlando. It was a big scary because of the wins but other than that I really enjoy taking off 🛫 and landing safely.

Outstanding experience. I could just stop there as it says it all. It was 14 years and 1 month when we were last here, that was our honeymoon flight when they were operating out a cabin. Now they have grown to a proper built building and still offer the same great service from friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend a trip here. We just turned up as a walk in but you can pre book. Remember they have height and weight limits.

I took a fifteen minute helicopter tour for $90. It was an awesome experience. The feeling was a little frightening but really awesome at the same time. Our pilot was young and very relaxed and confident in his ability. He showed us some different sites and we talked about his profession. It was really insightful overall. The pilot also told us that the business that we chose to use for the helicopter tour was one of the better ones in the area and he appreciated how well they kept their helicopters maintained. If you haven't been in a helicopter before, it's quite an interesting experience. The place also took photos of us while we were getting into the helicopter and they sell for about $35. It's a little expensive but since it was my first time I purchased the photos as well. They email them to you so don't expect physical copies. Everyone seemed very laid back and easy to deal with. I think this is definitely something to try at least once.

The helicopter was super clean.. they said the pilot talked to them the whole time explaining to them where they were and what they were flying over.. they would definitely do this again they said.. thank you for such an awesome experience!! Getting my son into the helicopter was borderline like tossing a cat into a bathtub full of cold water and honey badgers, but our pilot Ryan, very quickly put him at ease. He tapped into my sons interests and held a steady conversation with him while maintaining the tour. Afterwards my son said the ride was actually very relaxing and he can’t wait to do it again! Absolutely loved our tour there. Friendly and most importantly air conditioned lol we arrived and the process to get us checked in and ready to go was really quick. We were led out to the helicopter and the staff took a couple of pictures and we were off. Our tour went over Disney property which was amazing, so vast and spacious with close views of many of the properties including parks and hotels. Even got a glance at Hollywood studios star wars expansion just before getting close enough to the animal kingdom lodge to peep a giraffe. First time hut definitely will not be the last.

today we went to hella tour and we really enjoyed Tony a pilot he was amazing and Ashley took wonderful pictures and the young lady at the desk was great they are professional they work with children even when the child is crazy and crying they calmed our daughter down and she was able to get on the helicopter and it was an amazing ride everyone was so kind and we loved every minute of it if you're ever in Orlando Florida you should really go to helitours because it isn't fantastic professional place and everyone is friendly and it's a very clean atmosphere

My grandkids and the rest of our family LOVED it!!! When we flew over Sea World we could see Shamu swimming in his tank. The staff was awesome. Because of a medical condition I didn't know if I could get in, but they brought out a step stool and I climbed right in. Will definitely be taking some of my other grandkids here when they are in town!
