I recently stayed at red roof inn in Kissimmee and had the absolute worst stay of my life. There floors were drenched in scum. My family’s feet were stained. Bed sheets stained with blood and holes. Lamps without bulbs and poor filtration and cooling. No trash cans and only two towels. Ripped curtains . And to top it off taped room number on the door. It’s a shame they are in such a popular part of town. Not to mention no room change offered. I felt sick and it was hard to breathe in the rooms. An inspector should visit this hotel.

The old saying you get what you pay for is always true. This place is cheap and the rooms show you why it is cheap. The staff is friendly. The rooms are not very nice. Walls and doors are stained. The bathroom floor in our room around the toilet was not finished. The bottom parts of the walls have holes or have separated from the floor, thus roaches do come in to stay as well. The vanity was stained, the bed covers to me were not completely white! The top bed cover had cigarette burns. The front door peep hole was broken. Not top latch to close the door. I certainly believe this place was once a good place to stay but now it appears that it will need major renovations. Sadly I can not recommend this place. And I will not be back. Hope they can get it together.

Horrible disgusting place should really consider shutting it down not even worth the price of $85 for 1 night. After 10 minutes in the room grabbed my things and left with my kids. I was actually worried for their health and mines. Horrible smell couldn’t even breath in there, the carpet the mold the cockroaches not one positive thing to say.

Horrible. Cockroaches in the room , room smelled like cigarettes n mold. It's like.a homeless hotel. The reception have red chairs that are all dirty n black . A health department visit is long overdue. Shouldn't be open for business

The staff was nice. Unfortunately that is the only positive thing I can say. The first room we were given wasnt even cleaned. No bed sheets on one of the beds. 2nd room at first glance was better to say the least. The carpet was foul, the ac made the most obnoxious noise non stop, nasty dirty walls, black mold covered the ceiling in the bathroom, pillows we're flat and for 4 people, two adults and two children, only one set of towels. Luckily it was only for the one night. If you have an option to go somewhere else RUN.

If you want something with poor hygiene, dirty, and no cleaning, this is the place. Extremadamente Sucio,

The room was absolutely horrible, broken furniture, awful odor, and the whole thing about it was it had just been cleaned. The floor was completely stained. The beds were sunken in the wash up area in the bathroom area. Totally disgusting. I do not recommend this place for any one.

The front desk people at check in stole my debit card information and ordered several DoorDash deliveries with it! I noticed the transactions and had to call the bank and cancel my card! How disgusting. I used to room only to shower and change clothes to attend an event. The rooms are nasty as reviews say. Stay away! They stole my debit card information!

I visited this place by bringing a friend to stay as he needed a hotel stay. When I dropped him off I saw the room and it was horrible. The bottom drawer of the nightstand in between the two beds was broken. When I went to open the drawer the whole front piece came off, was just pushed in to make it look like it was a working drawer. Walked into the bathroom and the shower curtain was completely warped down, something I have never seen in such a way, and rusted. There was a bad smell in the room as well. When I looked at the mini AC to check it due to the smell, I realized that the whole front plastic surrounding the vents was bulging out it was broken. There is also tarps on the roof due to some type of recent year I would assume, rain damage possibly from the prior hurricane. The internet says 35 a night, doesn't state only be deal, and when you get there and are ready to pay it is not 35 it is 80 with a requirement of a 20$ deposit as well. This price does Not match the quality of this hotel by Any means! This is Unfair to The Ppl of this world and our specific area of Kissimmee for vacationers or anyone else who may live in the area or need a place, homeless or otherwise. It is Unacceptable to be charging that kind of price, even Clearwater doesn't charge this and that's an example off of a popular area in Clearwater Ulmerton Rd. Pls lower your prices stick to what the internet says of No More than 30 a night and no deposit. That is all this hotel should cost by fact anything more is a Scam. God bless. The quote, you get what you pay truly applies with this motel. It also lives to its reputation of a cockroach motel. I cannot begin to tell you how many cockroaches I killed during my one night stay. The room was disgusting. The carpet was stained and nasty. Blankets on the beds had cigarette burns on them. Towels were ragged and nasty with burnt ends on them. Bathroom sink was nasty and discolored. Walls has holes on them and there was no way to secure the door with a lock chain. Trash van was never emptied from previous guest which goes to show, the rooms were never cleaned between guests turnover. Smoke detector was broken. So I heard the beep all night. To top it all, the motel was in a questionable area. Staff at night was friendly and helpful. If the Health Department were to come by and see this, I would imagine the place would be condemned. It’s nearly uninhabitable. I would never come back to this place nor recommend it to anyone unless you’re looking for a cheap place to stay with considerable sacrifices.

Do not come here unless you smoke crack! Burn marks on the tub. Dirty blankets. Almost electrocuted myself because there was no plug cover. And there's some kind of dried fluid on one of the pictures. Please pray for me.

Do not even consider. Had no place to stay amd walked in. Was told the last room available was $125 with a queen bed. It was a busy weekeend and most of the places were sold out. The sheet were never changed. Hairs on the pillow cases which were not changed either. Moldy smell all over. Courtain falling off. Not even light bulbs in the lamps. Went in and right out. Carpet full of garbage. They dont even clean the carpet. Stay out. Sleep in your the car.

We stayed here the day before dropping off for the Disney college program. I was nervous based on the reviews. It is very weird because you have a key that is like full white and have black marks and then you don’t get the tv remote unless u ask from the desk. It’s not in the best neighborhood and I saw people selling drugs outside our window. The beds were okay they weren’t terrible. I would try somewhere else though next time. And beware don’t buy anything from someone from a shopping cart

Room was dirty lights didn’t work so we had to use the lamps, bathroom had holes and just dirty. Cobwebs in the corner and we found a roach as well. Bed was old comforter had burn marks. This place attracts certain clientele that is not safe for families. We left within 5 mins of going into our room. Guy in the counter was nice though.

The fact that this hotel is still in business is not a good sign that the Kissimmee Fl health department is doing its job. Dirty carpeted floors, the door did not lock from the inside (had to place a chair in front of the door), we think the sheets were changed, one of the beds was un-sleepable, sink outside the bath leaked water, the shower was unusable. And for final insult, the owner price gouged us. The initial price was $350/night, we wound up paying $600.00. How did we get here? Presidents weekend 2022. NOTHING was available in the Orlando area for 40 miles. This is a housing of last resort for the poor, and they deserve better! Ron

Well I'll put it to you this way it's a good thing that I do new home construction cleaning for a living because I had all of the cleaning stuff that I needed in my vehicle which I had to use before I even would get in the shower.... The blankets were absolutely gross burn holes all in them the flooring look like it had not been swept in forever just was not a good place for the money that I spent it was quite expensive there was hair all over the place from the prior renters it was just pretty gross. As you will see in my photos there was not even a telephone the fire alarm detector well there wasn't one cracks all in the ceiling I do not recommend this hotel.

I stay for 2 month I reported bedbugs the owner said that I brought them he did nothing did not give me the deposit back bad motel to stay 0 stars bad attitude the "owner"

Bullet holes in walls. Nasty sheets stained with who knows what. No toilet paper. Place needs to be torn down ASAP

Dirty dirty carpet I slept with my shoes and clothes on. I made the terrible mistake of booking here through Booking.com for 4 nights. I could not get a refund, so I I was forced to stay here. The people at check were nice but the the owner needs to clean the carpet and update. Honestly, this place will be condemned if the local authorities inspect this business. Spring break caused every hotel in the area to charge $300 a night. Never again It was a traumatic experience. Amazing though the beds were very comfortable. Nasty carpet in 3 of the rooms I saw.

If you're a fan of bedbugs,Roach covered walls, and staff that treats you like an inconvenience, you'll love it here. If you enjoy flooded rooms due to busted shower pipes, this is the location for you, crack pipes under the bed, one bulb to move around the many lamps that might not work, A Tv with 20 fuzzy channels, an AC that doesn't put a chill in the room, oh boy are you in for a treat, This place shouldn't be charging anyone to stay here,it should be Condemned, I never expect five star quality from a two-star hotel but This is a no star hotel, you're better off sleeping in a port~a~potty
