I came in to buy supplies for the bar I manage and had the please of meeting Christian R. He was extremely personable and reliable and made my experience visiting this Home Depot memorable. Also a beautiful and lovely black woman (I didn’t get her name) helped me at checkout and was able to help me when I needed it. She also went above and beyond by yelling for me because I forgot my receipt which I needed for work. All in all, extremely amazing people and will be back again.

I rented a truck on Saturday to move my personal belongings to Orlando. Upon returning back to Tampa on Sunday, I got a flat tire on the Interstate. Customer Service, Elements, Roadside Service and Operations Manager Carlo Lopez were all superb. However, I’d like to highlight Mr. Lopez for his professionalism and courtesy. He was concerned about my safety and well-being upon arrival to his store Millenia #6367. Mr. Lopez made numerous calls to get me back home to Tampa safely. Home Depot has a great team.

Hats off to store manager Jose, I really appreciate his support with a huge online order. Some wood was badly damaged but with his assistance I will be definitely shopping here again 🫡. Appreciate your services

Updated and added two more stars because the wood guy is awesome. The lumber is the better of the service in the store. The cashier Ms Leola was excellent. They had what I wanted, but it took me forever to find it because this customer service was seriously lacking.

Everything about Home Depot is awesome, except 2 things:arriving just in time to get a text message saying your online pickup order has been cancelled (has happened more than once) and their phone service is atrocious. However, the store itself is great and the in-person staff are friendly.

This is the nicest HD I've ever been to. Every employee I talked to was nice and polite. I bought several items but when I was laboring I over a Rip-saw I needed to buy, the gentleman in that department answered all my questions and asked me several questions regarding my intended usage. The item I chose was $20 less online but I believe in good service so I bought here anyway. In the future if I'm not in a rush I'll drive to to this location (I usually shop Waterford or E.Colonial and both those locations have poor service). I give 4 stars instead of 5 because the self checkout messed up 3 times.

I was unable to get assistance. I waited for some time, then approached an employee. He told me that wasn't his area, and he would call someone for me. I continued to wait. I approached this employee again. He said he was busy with another customer, but would call. He also told me it was my fault because I came near closing. Wasn't late when I got there!!!

good morning . i am a weekly shopper of this store i spend 300$ weekly as i am building my backyard. Today I went to return 2 boxes of screws, I made a mistake in size so the change was for a bigger box, I just wanted to change my screws for others. I speak English and Spanish, the cashier's name is "SHAKIRA", from the moment she took care of me she just yelled at me, she was rude to me, she told me that she was only there to return the product or the money, not to make any exchange for another product. She asked him to go back and go through another till to pay. I told her please don't yell at me and to call her manager and please finish making the change. she kept yelling at me and said she won't make any changes. she was very rude. I think homdepot is a great store where I never had such a bad time, it's close to my house, I buy everything for my garden, my patio and my house there. I think that people like that employee Shakira only ruin the day for a person who only wants to fix her house and garden. They shouldn't have people there who mistreat customers she was racist to me the whole time she said I don't understand what you're saying Men put her credi cart. then another very sweet cashier named STELLAMARIS and the manager made all my change in less than a minute in a very friendly and professional way. I am happy to shop at homdepot every week. renting machines to work in my house, but SHAKIRA is employed ruined my day and my energy today she just yells at people and it's wrong if I work and is racist with Latinos.
