My wife had an appointment at 2:05 p.m. We got there at 1:30 p.m. and they kept us waiting until 3:00 p.m. to see her. I consider it a lack of respect and consideration for patients, people don't go to the doctor for fun They go because they feel bad and you make us feel more bad with that wait.

No bueno. Imagine if your mother had dementia and couldn’t walk or talk, you get video appointments set up for a certain time, they change the appointment date and proceed to forget that it needed to be a video call!, More than once this has happened. Very unprofessional. It should not be this hard to get the doctors there to do a video call. DONE! Outrageous. Not perfectly splendid. Annoying. Rude.

This office is fabulous. Dr. Falls is knowledgeable and caring. The Staff shows so much hospitality. I am just so grateful leaving this office today. Thank you Saintas Primary Care.

My son had appointment last Friday there at 4:45 pm. My wife was on her way driving from home that is 45 minutes from there . When the provider call her to ask what’s the appointment were for . She told that she only needed the referral number to go to the Neuro pediatrician, because he is doing a treatment since 2021 there . He need to see the neurology 3 months . She told her to going home and she promised that she will send her the referral code and that my son don’t need to see the doctor . But today when my wife call the office back to ask about the code , a guy told her that my son need to see the doctor . And this is very very hard . To book an appointment nowadays with Sanitas is more dificult than win the lottery . They don’t have enough time for appointments and when they have they call back canceling and telling wrong informations . So , stay away from this place
