Mako is one of the best hypers out there. The floater air time is unmatched on any other coaster. The one negative of this ride is that the ride ops seem like they really don’t care. I’ve never seen people move so slow. They were also only running one train and the wait was well over an hour. Highly recommend getting there early and riding before the other parts of the park open.

Absolutely one of the best coasters in Florida. It’s a simple out and back concept with lots of floater airtime. No pain, just lots of weightlessness. My favorite coaster in Orlando. A very easy and pain free ride.

Currently, this is the best hyper coaster I've ever ridden. The ride was very smooth, the drop was very intense, and the airtime was out of this world! B&M nailed this one.

Amazing ride, if you like adrenaline this ride is for you. Line was 40 minutes wait but is worth it. Definitely will come back with more relatives.

Mako is a Really Good Coaster.. That being said, it was just Voted Best Coaster in USA. It is Not... I feel there are a few others worthy of that title. ( Fury 325, Goliath, Diamond back) 200 Ft. Tall. Some really good Air time moments.. I feel the ending is very weak. One of the better B&M Coasters out there.

One of the best rides I’ve ever been on. You actually ride laying forward. It was crazy. We saw this on the discovery channel so we had to ride this. If you make it down to sea world, you HAVE to ride it. It was definitely worth it. Some parts were very intense, it’ll definitely get your adrenaline rushing. Definitely recommend.

This is the tallest and fastest rollercoaster that Sea World has to offer. The ride itself doesn't feature many twists or turns, but instead the highlight is what they refer to as "zero G moments". In my experience it feels more like negative g force (like you're going to fly up out of your seat). Keep in mind you only have a lap restraint and if you aren't comfortable with that type of thrill then you would want to skip this ride.

Great edition to the SeaWorld Park. Smooth. When I came in late September even with the park relatively bustling it was more or less a hop on every time. This coaster has very good operations and rider throughput. A few of the rides at SeaWorld seem to have pretty bad operation and dispatch times, but this coaster is always an exception. The forces generated on this ride are very powerful, especially if you ride in the more rear of a car. You will pretty much be lifted up out of your seat on each Camelback and airtime hill. Not everyone necessarily will like those sensations, but that's the intent of this coaster and it does it very very well.

Mako's simplicity is its greatest strength. It brings all the thrill while also being much less threatening and more accessible. I recommend this for coaster enthusiasts, but also for people that would like to get into larger coasters. 9/10 Entertainment 8/10 Thrill 8.5/10 Overall

I am 70 years old at this writing, and have ridden coasters since I was eight years old. I have been on classic wooden coasters such as the Cyclone in Coney Island and modern day steel coasters such as Sky Rush at Hershey Park . On web sites that rate coasters, Mako always makes it in the top of the list. Since I haven't ridden all the top coasters, I can't compare it to many of the other ones, but for me...this was the best coaster I ever rode! I had the front seat on my initial ride, and had no idea what to expect. And let me tell you, it blew me away. The first drop's incline angle, fast speed, awesome visuals, and drop height was mind blowing. Saying it was great is an understatement. And that was just the beginning. The speed, smoothness, twists, turns, numerous air times and length of ride simply can't be beat. Some coasters have gimmicks like fast launches, inversions, riding backwards, or dangling feet--all of which I like--but Mako is just pure coaster adrenaline fun. As I said at the start, this is simply the best coaster I ever rode. If you are in Orlando, and love coasters, this is for you.

Me and my siblings went on it, not realizing how much it would make us scream. My brothers and sisters were shaken badly enough that all they could do is watch killer whale shows. But thinking back, it wasn’t bad! The coaster is pretty much just up and down multiple times, but with huge hills and drops, of course! The seats were only like one size. And the restraints were just a cover for your legs. No shoulder restraints. If you get scared easily probably you should keep walking. Otherwise, you should consider.

Awesome coaster. Themed amazing. Huge Guy Harvey mural hand painted. The coaster gives lots of air time. Great views from the lift hill. A great ride. One of the best in Orlando. Right next to sharks grill a great place for a drink after, check out the bar top it is an aquarium.

Awesome coaster! This thing goes 73mph, but at times it felt more forceful than that, I guess it depended on the element. The elements on this are amazing, you get a lot of floater airtime, beautiful views from the ride, it's long and I absolutely love the wave element on this thing. Super smooth. One of B&M's better hypers for sure.

In love with Mako! Smooth, quick paced, and lots of airtime. It's comfortable to sit in and will give you an amazing out of your seat experience.

Scary, yet most exhilarating ride ever for me. I regretted a moment after the ride started ascending. But it was too late to get off from the ride and I screamed, cursed, and almost peed my pants during the next couple of minutes. Felt great and it was so much fun, but I am not sure if I’m gonna do it again in the future.

Awesome roller coaster! I’m terrified of heights and this one was HIGH! Fast, fun, and adrenaline inducing. I didn’t get dizzy either since there’s no loops. Would def ride again and again and again and again and again.

Mako probably makos the list of top roller coasters I’ve ridden. (I know, that was a pretty bad joke attempt) Roller coasters are known to be adrenaline rush inducers, but Mako is one of the very few coasters I’ve been on that actually makes me genuinely terrified with joy. It is a thing, trust me. The tummy ticklers on this ride are insane. The coaster goes fast, but not as fast feeling as some I’ve been on. I’m not quite sure what it is about this one. It is a very windy ride as well, much more than even the average coaster. Every time I’ve ridden I have tears streaming down my face by the end because of the wind (not crying, I promise). As fun as this ride is, I cannot give it 5 stars because of how frustrating it is to wait to ride. For some reason, there is no one directing traffic for the lines. So when you finally get up to the platform for each row, everyone kind of goes where they please and there’s zero order to it. Which makes things go so much slower because no one’s corralling people. Disney and Universal have this down and it’s so much more efficient. I think the wait time on this ride could be reduced dramatically if they’d only have someone in charge of the line queue- it’s an easy fix.

One of the smoother roller coasters I've ridden. Very fast and very thrilling, especially because you are held in by only a lap bar. Only four stars simply because the overall experience is a bit bland and atmosphere isn't immersive like it would be whilenwaiting and riding the big name coasters at the premium Florida parks.

NO. 1 RIDE IN THE PARK!!!! You get lots of airtime on the hills, no matter what row you're in. And the first drop is very intense in the back row! Would recommend for thrill seekers of all ages (as long as you meet the minimum height requirement of course ^o^).

The best rollercoaster I've been on after Velosicoaster at Islands of Adventure. SO much airtime, and the climb/drop is amazing. Went on it during Halloscream two times in a row front row and was walk on. Not sure of wait times during regular hours

I've been on 95 coasters and this is 100% my favorite coaster of all time, It started out smooth but has gotten a little rough but still quite smooth, it's an airtime filled thrilling adventure that will soar you 73 mph, 10/10 must do!!!!

Wow! The best ride in Orlando. Airtime from that first huge plunge to the finish, smooth, too. Seaworld puts Disney coasters to shame, with a fraction of the wait time.

A great roller-coaster that is smooth, fast and high. It is the thrill of speed and weightlessness as you go overt the top and then drop with the g's as you go back up. Worth the trip if you like the thrill of a coaster.

best b&m hyper. Best ride at Seaworld orlando as well. Highly recommend the front because of its speed and great airtime. The airtime hills make you feel like your going into space. The restrains are comfortable and the first drop is awesome. 5 stars and a must ride coaster.

Best ride in sea world 0 debate. The front row is the best. U feel like you going to see Jesus on the airtime hills. The speed is great and the wind in your face adds to the best experience on a sea world coaster.

Very thrilling and fast and not to mention smooth. Feels like you are floating. Seats are comfortable and leave your whole upper body exposed. Best ride here

One of the best hyper coasters in Florida the drop is amazing the airtime too. The feeling of the airtime hills is amazing too. I recommend this ride

Mako is easily one of the best roller coaster I’ve ridden (and I’ve been on many). It offers a smooth, weightless ride and forgoes the overused loops that are so common on the newest roller coasters. Riding Mako feels like you are taking flight!

This is really a hidden gem. No one talks about just how great this hybrid rollercoaster is. It's super tall, has gorgeous views of the park and central Florida. The air time is super intense and a total blast. I like that it's only a lap restraint so you can really feel the freedom of flying over the tracks. I rank this higher than velocicoaster and any other roller coaster here in Central Florida even though it doesn't even go upside down or have any inversions
