Want to feel like a Disney princess? Visit here! My only criticism was valet. The employees were very abrasive and hit my car into another car. I asked them not to roll down my windows and they did. You don't have an option not to valet, so I'm unsure how to navigate this in the future. Other than that, the rooms are so beautiful with sprawling views of Disney. The food at every restaurant was fresh & yummy. They have character breakfast & the characters have the cutest custom outfits on. There are loads of amenities everywhere such as sunscreen, water, gifts, games. The pool is exceptional. There's multiple pool areas including a lazy river, hanging baskets that hold an entire family, & pool games. There's an adorable coffee shop off the lobby with cozy seating inlayed into the wall. It's a large property to stroll & admire the art as well. So well done & worth the cost. Plus the entrance is in Golden Oaks which is so cute!

Really nice resort in Orlando. Multiple pools, never felt crowded. Great lazy river. Service was impeccable. Free shuttle to the Disney Parks. Golf course looked great. $45 for club rentals and use of practice facility.

Hotels just don’t get better than this place. People working here are fantastic. Hotel is modern and luxurious. Rooms are sparkling clean and large. Food is great. Fantastic place to spend time if you want to be near Disney. Even the valet guys were great! Didn’t wait more than 5 min for my car. Worth every star!

This is the ONLY hotel you should stay at if you’re doing a family trip to Disney World. I am so glad we decided to stay at the Four Seasons and not one of the official Disney hotels. This resort is on Disney property, so guests can access the parks early just like other Disney hotel guests. Four Seasons Orlando operates its own shuttle service to all of the parks, which is great. We had a suite with a view of the fireworks show, which was amazing. The hotel pool(s) - there are a few - were lovely and our 3 year old had the time of his life playing in the splash pad and watching Disney movies in the pool. The adults also enjoyed the big slides and other activities. It was fun for ALL. The restaurants were all fantastic, and we found ourselves opting to return to the hotel for lunch rather than eating in the Disney parks. Don’t miss the Michelin star spot on the rooftop, it’s delicious! The Character breakfast was one of the best we’ve experienced - having been to a few in Disneyland in CA. The food was great, the characters made multiple rounds, and each family got dedicated time for photos and videos. We can’t recommend this hotel enough and our family is counting down until our next visit.

Beautiful property, nice pools and great service. Highly recommend if you like to visit Disney World. The Park View room allows you to see the fireworks from both Magic Kingdom and Epcot every night. The hotel has their own shuttle which takes you to the Disney Parks and you can enter 30 minutes early as a perk by staying at one of the Disney Resort Hotels. To help you plan for your Disney visit, you can visit their own Disney Concierge service. The best part about this property is the pool and probably the best pool among all Four Seasons property. You have various options including the Lazy River, the Family Pool, the Drop, the Splash Zone and the Adults Pool. As this is a Four Seasons Resort, you can send your kids to the kids club as well which open from 9 AM to 5 PM.

I stayed here a few months ago with my brother. There are no words to describe how spectacular this hotel is. Four Seasons has really outdone themselves. The hotel is beautiful, the staff and people are fantastic. The dedication the staff has to keep the hotel at the highest standards is remarkable. The rooms are possibly the cleanest rooms of any hotel that I have stayed at. The service is impeccable. There are not enough words in the English language to describe how truly great this hotel is. Highly recommended.

Everything you would expect from a stay at the Four Seasons. The hotel is gorgeous, and the staff is remarkable. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. The pools, the lazy river, PBG, outdoor activities, the restaurants were great, and the rooms were absolutely spectacular. 10 out of 10 recommend.

This is the best FSR in all the USA. Maybe Vail comes close 2nd depends on the weather you prefer and the purpose of the trip. I haven't been to the new Napa that could be a contender. The landscape and architecture are beautifully done. The nature preserve is impressive, and the walking trails mimic ones I’ve seen in Colorado, with crossing bridges that look exactly like the ones over the Rio Grande. If you get lucky, deer will be joyfully running around the back trails on a misty day or before dusk. They avoid the humans but are curious, so they let you watch them. The hotel is spectacular. The drive up through Golden Oak feels like you arrived home in your tree-lined neighborhood. The resort is impressively landscaped, and the colors are light, warm tones throughout. There is a separate adult pool, which I use as my girls became older and can run around the property on their own. Since 2014, my girls grew up making cartwheels on their lawns just outside Ravello and taking the treasure hunt map to get their Lickity Split ice cream while thinking the squirrels were their friends. The rooms are spacious, and as always, FSR bedding and linens are the best in any chain. The bathrooms are large, with a modern soaking tub, tv, and two sinks. Lots of room for luggage and storage. Corner rooms have larger walk-out balconies. I always prefer the lake view and the Disney view. That side of the property rooms has the sunsets. There are connecting rooms with a separate door in the corridor connecting them. I’ve stayed here since their opening many times with my family. I’ve stayed here alone also without family. The property caters to both lifestyles. I’ve also brought my dog, and they offer pet amenities and a menu. The shop in the lobby is by far one of the best, with perfectly selected clothing from various brands. It’s like a mall trip in one small store on sight. So you can basically leave on a whim, pack nothing from home, and get anything you need there. The spa is beautifully appointed and excellent and has complete menu with all the features, hot and cold, as well as relaxation areas. If you want a Thai massage, you must ask for it specifically. It’s not something on the menu, although they have one master therapist that does this. The gym is excellent with everything you need and a beautiful view. The pictures online are accurate or, in my opinion, underplayed because, in person, it’s much more of a beautiful property. They have character breakfast on Saturdays, so there is no need to visit characters in the park. CB is done very tastefully here. Although this property offers so much, they have captured simplicity at its finest. My favorite, of course, is Capa. Please order the churros at the end and ask for the ice cream and 1994 PX over it. Amex FHR offers terrific amenities, and they are great at honoring them. Chase Sapphire also. Tragically, LBC, although it advertises FSR as one of theirs, does not have special amenities with this property. I'm not going to say the other reviews with lower scores are fake but this property is nothing like those described by some reviews with complaints of damp floor, looks dated or bland food. That's not the case at all. The hotel has amazing food throughout, clean, you can eat off the floor, styled traditional modern transitional with European modern influence. There is construction on the Golden Oak side. The staff is fantastic throughout, from the drive-up security, valets, room service and housekeeping, bell, front desk, concierge, Disney desk, hosts, servers, and pool attendants. Everyone is helpful polite and kind. If there is a thing I would change is reduce the night by 10 to 25%. Also, add the amenities Amex FHR offers add a loyalty program for those that book through the FSH directly.

Fabulous experience at the Four Seasons Orlando. When it comes to service, this was the best Four Seasons I’ve experienced. We were greeted and supported throughout our stay by Teilor. She went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. We ordered room service multiple times and the staff taking our orders and delivering our food was excellent. The texting support was amazing. Transportation to and from, information for, and access to Disney World was so convenient. The room was great. Beds were very comfortable. Loved having a separate tub from the shower for kids. Overall wonderful experience and highly recommended this Four Seasons.

Absolutely incredible stay. Amazing property, the kids loved spending time enjoying the pools, lazy river, basketball court and other amenities more than going to the parks! The rooms are spacious and incredibly luxurious. The resort is the perfect for kids of all ages, while still being an incredible oasis for the parents! Actually feels like a true getaway while still being so close to all the Disney action! Can't wait to return!

Like Disney it Was probably nice 25 years ago.. beautiful lobby and grounds, good hospitality, carpets damp & old in room need repainting doors and wall scuffed ,soap scum on shower glass. Hair in shower drain..Not worth the 1,600$ a night!!!!!! I’ve stayed at others around the world that put this high end one to shame. Room small a crowded w unnecessary furniture. Return to room mid day not refreshed or cleaned. The over priced food was almost tasteless.. gelato tasted like was in the fridge for a month. Hard a gummy: ( 120$ for two salads room Service.. Was very disappointed in the room!! I would rethink this one.. no worth your hard earned money…

Nice place, but the food was too bland for me and my date personally. I don't like going places and I cook it better at home. Friendly staff, great service but I'd rather spend that kind of money else where. Plus, someone's kids were just running around.. and no one said anything. Wouldn't think it was that kind of place. The pork belly appetizer was my favorite. Could have just ate 2 of those lol

I went for a conference by myself. The room itself looked nice when I went to get into bed the pillow smelled weird like old man. I just thought it was their cleaning solution. When I got up the next morning I realized the other pillow next to me had makeup all over it. MEANING they didn’t change the sheets. I called down to complain to the front desk and they just sent up to pillow case covers and handed them to me for ME to change. I will never stay at a Four Seasons again. No apology or anything.

It’s nice enough. The overall quality is on par with any 3 star and up hotel in my opinion. The building somehow feels older despite being from the 2010s. Brunch at plancha on the golf course is amazing and the Italian restaurant are amazing. Skip dinner at the steak house and just go for cocktails and the fireworks. The pools and lazy River are wonderful and there’s a slide and activity area for kids. Spa facilities were very pleasant and there’s a great gym. I wish this place felt less nondescript for the price tag (especially considering what other four seasons look like in comparison) but truly the best thing about this place is the service which goes above and beyond what you will experience at any other hotel franchise. You’re also right next to Disney which is evidently a main draw for many of this location’s guests.

Enjoyed it. Great staff. We ordered a lot of room service, and they were top notch each time. Fireworks were quite far away but could be seen from the balcony. Not sure paying for a fireworks view was worth it but would definitely stay here again.

This is by far the very best hotel experience I've ever had. 5 stars all day long I would give more if there were some. Even my dog was pampered and welcome. Outstanding!! Thank you so much!

Had an excellent time with my father. The staff on site were fantastic. Jessie and I think her name was Jacklyn on the lobby bar were great. Danielle and a taller lady with short blonde hair on concierge were brilliant at handling my sudden emergency. Can't thank you guys enough. I will be back one day!

Loved our stay last Thursday-Monday! I cannot say enough about your beautiful hotel, pool areas, spa, restaurants, golf course, shuttle service, and your staff’s attention to detail. The service is impeccable! Your concierge, Chantal, was a delight to work with in booking our restaurant reservations. Everyone here made us feel so special! I highly recommend your hotel and will be staying again in the future.

I would not suggest doing the magical moments for kids at this resort. My 9 year old daughter was very disappointed when they did not have a dress that fit her. She is an average size 9 year old needing a size 9-10. Most dress sizes only went up to 4/5. It felt very rushed. They were rough with the girls hair. There was only one girl to work on the group of 3 that we had. It was not top notch service for the price you pay.
