My fiance and I stayed at this Hotel from August 24 to August 30 2022. When we arrived the bellman was very nice and helpful. They took our bags and stored them in a room until it was time to check in. We went inside to register later on in the day. The gentleman who was checking us in stated that there was extra fees for the 6 days and 5 nights we will be staying there. This is not something that I was told in advance or was said when I first booked the hotel. Whatever, we stood anyway because we had nowhere else to go. After our first night we went out and came back in the evening to our room. We noticed that the beds were not made, the bathroom was not cleaned, no clean linens or towels, the shower had mildew, and the carpet was dirty. This went on for the whole 6 days we were there. I went downstairs to ask why the room was a mess and no one came up to services it. I was told that housekeeping only cleans if we there 5 days or more. Now remember I said we were there for 6 days 5 nights. No one came to do anything to the room. I had to ask for towels myself. The day we were leaving in the morning while taking a shower I discovered that I had fungus on my feet and so did my fiance. I didn't have it before coming to the hotel so, my guess is I got it there. Plus remember our room was never cleaned. The girl downstairs when we were checking out said that they took off the hotel fees to accommodate us for the issues we had. This is not a hotel I will ever stay or come back to. The services and some staff are really awful and very unprofessional.

The staff at the hotel is not helpful at all, whenever we asked a question about amenities in the hotel or in the surrounding area they didn’t have a clue or just didn’t want to be helpful. On our second day we came back to our room and no one had cleaned, made the beds or changed the towels. My wife called twice to ask for clean towels and no one ever came. On the third day we asked why no had come up to clean the room and we were told that we only had reservations for fours days and they only provide room service for people that have five day reservations. Besides being an absurd answer they were not nice about it either. We did happen to ask a very nice gentleman that was working the valet desk outside and not only was he very kind but he had a plethora of knowledge about the area. Thanks to him we were able to get an idea of where to go and where to eat. The small cafe there was not good either, they were open for a few minutes at a time and there was no rhythm or reason to the times that they were open. They had fresh fruit cups for sale that looked like it had been there for days. When we went to the pool we realized that there were no towels and had to go back to the front desk to get towels. The lights and the outlets were out on one side of the room and when my daughter went to dry her hair the outlet that did work started to smoke. I would not recommend this hotel for a family that is going on vacation to enjoy the Disney experience, this place is more for someone that is looking to crash somewhere for the night. The only reason I gave this hotel one star is because you have to give it at least one star to be able to give review.

Resort fee $35... but not a resort. No resort amenities. No housekeeping unless staying more than 4 days. $25 per day parking. I guess typical for location. Clean. Loved the bunk bed. Enjoyed our room #146. Up to date. First floor, sliding glass door to the pool, in the corner, privacy. The pool was nice, nothing special. Hot tub, heated. Walked to Disney Springs, convenient. Not a Disney Resort/Hotel. Like other reviews, there was always a wait for the front desk. Restaurant on site was good.

From the website this place seemed like a great option. The location is great, right between tons of entertainment, retail and dining. The lobby gave the impression of a great place. The check in provided us with great customer service and also details about extra fees. There's a fee to park your car; which can be either self serve or valet. You are also charged for a daily resort fee; which includes access to amenities and shuttle service. As we moved to the room, the place is far from being clean. The carpet is old and worn. The title areas seemed to have seen better days, the pool area is small and not tidy, the jacuzzi was dirty and no more than 3 people fit in it. Overall it was a disappointing experience. Do not recommend and most definitely will not repeat the experience.

The worst hotel experience!!! No AC. Terrible Service. False advertising. No refunds. 1. The air conditioner was not working. The room temperature reached 71° at night. I called the front desk and the technician told me that I was "lucky to have 71°" as the air condition in the tower was down. And this was white front desk staff was placing guess on floors 2 and 3. I change rooms late at night and the new room only got to 69°. By morning the temperature was 72° once again. 2. I tried to complain about the issue to the front desk staff. They told me that there was no manager on duty at night time. They said I would have to wait until 9 AM tomorrow with a manager would be on staff to file a complaint. 3. The service staff were especially non-attentive, unfriendly, and refused to make eye contact in most cases. In other cases simply ignored guests waiting for service. 4. I requested a king bed upon reservation, however on arriving I was told that all units with a king bed were unavailable. They had to prepare a different room for me, and a manager told me I would receive a call as soon as it was ready. However, the room was still not ready well past 4 PM. 5. The spa was under elevation. This was not advertised or disclosed until I was at the resort. 6. The TV was not working. 7. The beverages poolside were absolutely terrible and overpriced. 8. I tried to cancel my reservation, however, I was told my reservation was non-refundable. The manager told me to get a refund from the 3rd party I booked with. The 3rd party said it was the hotels' responsibility to issue refunds.

First of all I want to say thank you for having such amazing staff!!! They were all so helpful and trying to fix the issues that were going on in the rooms we received. This hotel needs to be updated a bit. Our first room had an odor and wasn’t going to meet our needs with the family. The sweetest lady at the desk got us moved to a different room that meant our needs. Sadly the hallways had a horrible musty odor. The room was a great size but the tub had brownish water come out for the first 6 sec when turned on. The ac never dropped below 78 degrees. The drink fridge never got cold :( Thank goodness we weren’t in the room a lot but nights were rough.

Very highly disappointed. We stayed here years ago and we’re much happier. The lobby is beautiful, but that’s about it. There is a $34 resort fee and $23.95 parking fee!!!! The price of the room plus those fees is way too expensive for what we actually got. We came upstairs to our floor to the smell of wet and mold. We then walked into our room to find the AC vent rattling out of control and loud as can be. The room was so run down, too. We went downstairs and complained. They gave us another room. This room had an AC vent on the outside of the room that was exactly the same. The inside of the room was quiet. Now, this one also smelled like mold. My husband is not one to be a pest, so he said we will settle here for the night since it was just for a few hours. The carpet is wet, the walls are all dirty, everything is old looking, and the balcony has “no access” - so disappointing! Now I must add that hurricane Ian came through here earlier this week. Perhaps this is the reason for the wet and mold smell. But in this case, why not disclose this at checkin? Also, why not discount the ridiculously expensive cost and fees? We will never come back again. The entire hotel needs work and remodeling and is not worth it!!!!! I have taken many photos and videos and wish I could share them here with all of you.

Great atmosphere. Rooms are very spacious and clean, and the beds are very comfortable and clean. Tv's are a little above average, not many channels to watch if you're trying to catch up on a favorite show, but enough channels to entertain you while you're in the room. My only complaint is the ultra persistent sales lady trying to pitch a time share sale every time you enter and exit the hotel. Other than that, i definitely enjoyed my stay.

Great location close to Disney Springs, about a 10 minute walk. The lobby seems modern and clean with water and a nice restaurant. Staying here right before a renovation it seems, so it is disappointing to see the photos of what will eventually be available versus the current reality. The rooms are on the verge of sketchy. They are definitely outdated and are clean but you can tell used. Linens and towels are just average. The refrigerator in the room does not work too well. It’s just overall outdated. Some of the views are the worst I’ve since. The elevator lobby on the floors is weird - dingy, dark, with gaudy decor/chairs. Everything was clean but old and average and but I’ve stayed at places of similar price or cheaper for better value and niceness. I don’t believe they’re doing housekeeping during your stay; was gone for hours and came back to no made bed, etc. They actually came by and thought I was checking out when I was not. the pool is out of an old movie, but there are games like giant connect 4 and cornhole.

We stayed here a few years ago and really liked it. We were given a nice clean room and have a good experience. This is the reason why we decided to book this hotel again, now with our baby daughter. Never again. The service was not it. We came back from the parks around 7pm and when we checked in we were given a room, went upstairs and it smelled like cigarettes, the ceiling like was flickering, there was no bedside lamp or phone and there were paint residue around the carpet. We were tired and my daughter was ready for bedtime, so this was not the way to end our night. We called the front desk. They changed our room to something cleaner. But again, it seems like some of the rooms in the resort are not updated, because it didn’t look or smelled fresh like when I came back a few years ago. Thankfully we only stayed one night. But I don’t think I’d recommend this place to anyone else or would stay here again. I should have paid the extra $100 to stay at a Disney hotel. The reason I chose this place was due to familiarity, location and price. But now this just basically tells me you get what you pay for.

Allways switching management, cant keep steady staff at all!! This has been by far the most disappointing hotel. We were married there last year and ever since they got our deposit it has been nothing but headaches. Even a year later, we were promised that we would receive a complimentary 2 night stay as park of our wedding package and no one returned my email about booking. We were going to give it a try again for redemption from all the drama with them but this place is unacceptable.

I rarely leave reviews but with all the negative reviews, I felt like they deserved my 5stars!! This hotel was clean, comfortable and extremely accommodating! Ana at the front was my first contact and she was fantastic! Ana deserves a raise!! She was polite and courteous upon check in and helpful throughout my stay. Greg the valet was amazing as well! Both were always there with a friendly face ready to greet you with enthusiasm!! Don’t let the bad reviews scare you. This hotel is within walking distance to Disney Springs and they have charter buses to get you to the Disney Parks, which by the way have great drivers as well! Do business with this place!! You won’t regret it!!

Here for a conference. We were in the old part. There were multiple rooms. They were all freezing and at different temperatures that could not be controlled by the guest. The coffee was horrible, whether in the room or in the coffee shop. The hot water in the shower was only hot for a few minutes. The hallways stunk. It seems there were covering up the smell with a scent that eventually was too much. The beds were ok, but for that bed quality soft with dips, a cheap motel would do. The "down" blanket was very thin. Doubling the covers would not be good enough for a person with thin skin in that cold room. One coworker had a heating pad, which did not help much. In one room, the tub water was so slow to drain that the water was ankle deep, and another room was foot deep. They did try to make things better, but only a little bit. The rooms were still cold, shower not that hot. One guest complained that the toilet backed up they had to be moved to the new part of the building. The resort fees were absurd. You pay for access to the pool and gym that were closed for renovation, so you had to go to the hotel next door. You got 2 waters when you 1st arrived, and an additional 2 per day only upon request. A coupon book, a shuttle to the parks which we could not use because of the conference hours. No room service, you would ask the front desk for any extra towels, tp or soap. The american food place catered breakfast and lunch. Potato salad was soup. Pasta salad was undercooked, not even aldente, bread was old, scrambled eggs were too wet, desserts may have been frozen or delivered and were ok. Oj was great. People were going for the tea, not coffee. Therw was a salt shaker put out 2 days in a row that did not work. The exterior of the building needs a serious washing made itseems spooky out of a b rated horror movie. Not a great experience at all.

AC in room is very noisy and ineffective. Shower leaks and had tub has multiple chips. Lots of drywall damage around shower due to shower issues. Sink doesn't drain properly. Door to room does not close properly and needs foot to push door closed to engage dead bolt. Power outlets in room are very poor and don't hold chargers. Hotel is currently under renovation. Gym is closed. Hotel is walking distance to Disney Springs.

Awful. I don't even know where to start. Toilet over flowed after they "fixed" it and soaked our clothes. They said they would send them to be cleaned but 2 days later and the day before we check out, they are still sitting wet. Communication between day and night shift is non existent. The pool was closed for a few days due to an "incident" with a drunk person. There were signs of cleaning for a couple days. When it rained the lobby and restaurant leaked so much they had to put out buckets and towels. The restaurant service at dinner was painfully slow. (Servers were kind and food was good) I do NOT recommend staying here!

Location is the main thing this place has in the win column. Booked this hotel as part of a package through work, never again. Rooms are tiny and falling apart. Upon arrival we were told our “firework view” rooms that we booked weren’t available (and never would have been because those floors were under construction). We were “upgraded” to a view of the pool - with a 20” porch - complete with two broken chairs that were torn and full of dirt. We’ll enjoy the parks this weekend, but a Super 8 would compete with this resort. No shame on the staff for having to work here - all this is pinned on ownership and those hocking this place as part of travel packages.

I first stayed here in June 2019, and it was still in good condition back then. Unfortunately, it appears the hotel got run down during the pandemic. I stayed here again in April 2022, and many things were dirty and showed signs of inadequate upkeep. One of the elevators was also grinding on its guide rails, and even then, the front desk said all three had just passed inspection. While I attached pictures of the floor 6 hallway, I didn’t get any of room 611 (the double-queen room we stayed in in 2022). But for the room, the carpet had crumbs on it and the shower had white streaks on its floor. The room also smelled musty and had black spots on the bathroom ceiling. Sure, you have Disney Springs right there and it's easily walkable (especially for someone like me), but I would not stay here unless this hotel gets major renovations.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the B resort hotel and I have nothing but praise for the staff and the facilities. From the moment we checked in, we were met with friendly and helpful customer service that made us feel right at home. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and stress-free. Our room was immaculately clean, with fresh linens and towels provided daily. It was clear that the hotel takes their cleaning protocols seriously and we felt safe and secure during our entire stay. Any time we needed assistance, whether it was with room service or directions to local attractions, the staff was always available and eager to help. Overall, I highly recommend the B resort hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in the area. The attention to detail, excellent customer service, and top-notch amenities make this hotel a standout choice for any traveler.

Among the best, even average is good. I had two good dinners and one good breakfast. However, I got food poisoning from bacteria on less than cooked sausage egg and cheese. I was laid up for two days. I missed my Disney park pass and could not recover the cost. I will discuss this with the management. Worth a try. So is the hotel and restaurant.

This place was an absolute mess for us. Please don’t let the lovely website fool you. The first night we were there (during a cold snap, it was 40 degrees outside) our heat broke. They didn’t move us but rather just brought us blankets. Then when they did move us, they put us in a disgusting, moist, mildewed room with broken furniture. It was so wet in the room, there was condensation INSIDE of the window. The curtains were damp. It was gross. Then when it got warmer by the end of the week, the air broke, and it was hotter inside than out. Some of the staff were very rude to my husband when he complained. My immunocompromised son got sick from the disgusting room. I have never had such a poor and problematic hotel experience. We paid very good money for our experience and it absolutely sucked. We ended up leaving the hotel for another, but please. If you are going to Disney PLEASE STAY ON PROPERTY IN A DISNEY OWNED HOTEL. I will never make this mistake again.

Love B Resort!! Nice hotel, so close to Disney Springs you can walk!! Everyone so helpful!! Traveling alone with mobility scooter was a little stressful, but they made it effortless, arranged free transportation to and from the Disney parks, and they offer extra magic hours at the parks!! Hotel clean, pool and jacuzzi wonderful!! Outside bar/food is great!! If there is an issue the fix it quickly!! If you read the site info you won't be shocked they charge for parking, valet just few dollars more and bell hop helped me unload my scooter!!

Have stayed at this hotel a couple of times and I have always loved every second of our stay. Recently, we came for my birthday weekend and Latisha at the front desk was SO wonderful and accommodating, making sure we knew and had everything we needed for our stay and MORE! So welcoming that I felt I needed to compliment her for making our trip so special right off the bat. It’s a great hotel— clean rooms, great pool and awesome atmosphere and right next to Disney Springs. You just can’t beat that!

I have never written a review. I also have never complained to a business. But, i can’t say enough about their willingness to make my week stay the best! They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my accommodations. The location is perfect, the pool is great and the lobby and restaurant were amazing! When I wasn’t happy with my room, they quickly relocated me to where I was happy. I will definitely stay here again!

We had a room with a fireworks/Disney Springs view in the tower on 11th floor and it was great! Room was clean and we had two beds and a fold out sofa. The pool was nice especially for small children. They enjoyed the shallow zero entry and splash area. The buses to the Disney parks were fantastic and better than Disney transportation! Way less crowded than at the Disney resorts and they picked us up on time for the parks and picked up exactly when they said they would at end of the night as well. I would stay here again for the bus transportation alone and the short walk to Disney Springs! Literally the only complaint I have is that the elevators seemed like they need some maintenance. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

The valet and baggage service was always very helpful and prompt. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and super polite. We did have an issue our first night, after being at the pool and eating dinner we noticed the previous occupants has left a pee spot behind on one of the beds. Management quickly got us moved and sincerely apologized and Removed the resort fee for our first night. The shuttle service was great and the drivers were very happy cheerful people. Check out was also easy and painless. Would stay here again.

Room was great, two king comfy beds, beautiful bath. Desk was pleasant and accommodating. Had a great dinner at its restaurant. A walk, good walk to Disney Springs. One advertisement mentioned a shuttle from 6 PM to 11PM but this wasn't the case, had to walk or order a ride. We stayed here before meeting relatives actual days later on Disney property. It suited our needs for those two nights. Also, very affordable.
