For the first time, I vacations and didn't feel safe. Both of the entry doors to the building of my unit did not lock. You didn't need a key, anybody could just walk in and start kicking open doors and start shooting or whatever ! When I reported it, they tried to play it off as if they didn't know it. They stated they'd put in a work order. That was Thursday, I left Sunday, they still weren't lock. I've been staying there since the 90's. I love the Towers , and would definitely would like to feel safe. The furnishings in the newly renovated unit, was out dated as well. I want to come again but, don't want these issues again ! "PLEASE" Signed.... Disappointed.

Stayed at this property Sunday Oct. 9 -wed. Oct 11 when we initially went to the room it smelled very bad like a musty smell. I went to the front desk where someone with a can of air freshener was offered. I said no to this so moved to another room which didn't smell but didn't seem to have been thoroughly cleaned....hair in the shower sand in the bath tub etc... we had no other choice but to stay as it was past the bed time of our kids.. wouldn't recommend this property...very disappointing

I usually stay at westgate Vacation Villas, but I stayed here as this was the cheapest option, and I am glad I did. The rooms were great. I had two bedroom 3 bathrooms which was a surprise but great bonus. Staff was very friendly and quick with service requests. This hotel is further from the other westgate properties and main lobby, but it is quieter. My only complaints were the size of the washer and dryer in the unit (if you have more than 4 people and need to wash clothes). a newer coffee pot, which I was told would be happening within the year. slightly bigger dining table. also, I would recommend requesting a room away from the pool or a higher floor as I was on the second floor by the pool, and I heard everything outside while the pool was being used. Great location, plenty of restaurants nearby, walmart right up the block

Very nice place to stay.. very clean and right there if You need anything. A little busy traffic wise until You can figure out how the streets are.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay. We did many outdoor activities therefore we did not make use of the on-site amenities but they were very accessible. I had a small issue with the hot water so I called the front desk and they sent a repairman to resolve the issue right away. I was quite pleased with the response time. The room and compound was tidy and there were no noisy neighbours. Very comfortable stay with all that we needed. There is no breakfast buffet so you'll will have to make arrangements yourself, however there are some restaurants at the Town Centre that you will recieve a discount on should you chose to dine there.

This resort was just what I needed. I needed someplace to sleep. It is located close to attractions. There is a list of activities but I didn't take advantage of them. The desk people were all pleasant and helpful. The room was nicely updated and clean. My stay would have been perfect had the maid not knocked on my door at 8:15 to find out what time I was leaving.

My daughter and her family has been staying here for years. I must stay this whole entire resort has been going downhill. She paid a whooping $3000.00 for ten days of litteraly hell at this resort. Leaks everywhere, dirty vents, broken furniture! Dust everywhere, the staff using there master to key to enter the room, when they think nobody is in the room. You call the front desk with your concerns and nobody does anything about. My grandson is sick because of the dirty broken down room your staff put them into. Do your self a favor and stay somewhere else

Resort fee is the deal breaker and probably the reason I wont stay here again. So I paid 126 usd extra for the facilities I wont be using apart from paying stay charges and taxes. I would have been happier to have the choice to opt out. Studio itself is nice and clean and has good views. Best part about the studio is having all necessary facilities including microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker and jetted tub.

This place is beautiful! We stayed in a large two bedroom condo overlooking the pool. Been twice, both times the rooms were clean and stocked with clean dishes, pots, pans, etc comes with washer/dryer full kitchen table and living room plus two bathrooms. Resort has lots of fun activities; swan peddle boats, mini golf, karaoke night, yoga, water park with lazy river etc. The resort activities are complimentary for time share owners, perhaps guests do not get the same service went they rent a unit? It was very comfortable and safe, nice outdoor pools, gated, security, and friendly staff and some complimentary buffet breakfast vouchers and hot dog afternoons on well kept grounds.

I have stayed at 3 Westgate locations and all of them were amazing. The rooms are always clean and the beds and pillows are SO comfortable. This stay I was in a one bedroom villa, but it sleeps 4 four easily and had two bathrooms.There are a few restaurants on site, I've tried the the Italian one and the food was amazing. Location wise there are a lot of really great spots for food off site too. If you prefer to cook for a longer stay the kitchens come with so much to make a great meal. I definitely also recommend a day just enjoying time at the hotel, it has great amenities.

Super clean, smells delicious when you walk in. The rooms were updated and very spacious. The only complaints I had was the full size beds instead of Queens. With the space inside the room they could have two queens easily. With a family of four It was definitely less comfortable.

All the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful at every time of day that we stopped by the front desk or ran into staff around the resort. The rooms are very spacious but only rated at 4 stars as the soundproofing between floors either isn't great or we just had bad luck the guests above us. Absolutely love the new butterfly garden in the reading nook!

Have been coming here for 7 years. Excellent place and so close to everything you would want or need and close drive to the parks... Even a great water park on site. Very pleasant staff and amenities.

We bought a package to allow the kids to play at the water park, what they don't tell you is that they won't share with you where the water park is until you go to a time share meeting. The timeshare meeting was supposed to be 90 minutes we were there for over 4 hours. The kids were besides themselves and so was I. They also put us in a totally separate hotel called the towers that was nothat was not at the same place at the water park in the game room was. This place is terrible

This place was truly amazing. My lady and I traveled to Orlando with my cousins for their anniversary. The staff was amazing from the moment we all walked in the lobby.. Check in was a breeze. The manager and other employees recommended different places from what we informed them on what we like. My cousin and I didn't have time to catch our normal barber before we left, so Justin at the front desk recommended a barber shop I must say cuts amazing. When I'm in town again this will be the only place I stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED..

Simply Wonderful the room’s are spacious, the floor plan over looking the pool is marvelous. From the moment you walk on the Resort you can see it is cared for/ well maintained, the staff is super helpful, plenty of parking spaces, lots of activities on property for youngsters and Older folks. I really like this property and it will be on my Best Resort List!!!

This resort was beautifully decorated for Halloween. The room was clean & immaculate, everything was in place with clean rags and towels. We had a 1 bedroom, full kitchen, living/dinning and 2 bathrooms. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the washer and dryer came in handy. This location has everything around stores, restaurants, mall and the best is the themes parks are close. The pool area was relaxing and nice. I enjoyed my stay here the second time around. Checking in was quick and the staff were pleasant and answered questions we asked. Fantastic resort!

The room was newly renovated -- so newly renovated the paint was still wet when we checked into our room. We ended up getting paint on some of us and our items. The lower floor of our tower smells like a nursing home/death and is filled with cigarette smoke and the smoking done right outside the door was horrendous. The AC in our room was broken for four days. It was 80 degrees in our room, and no one, not once offered to move us. We were just expected to wait for it to be fixed. The two maintenance people that actually fixed it were super nice though. I appreciated them a lot, and Juan and Ryan with the front desk were also very polite.

Nice rooms and friendly and responsive staff. Resort activities all at the sister resort 1/2 mile away. Shuttle service available but it was slow and difficult to get.

Our room smelled horribly musty and gross. We were there for just a little to drop our stuff off and rhen we went out. When we came back we found mold and water stains in the bathroom ceiling. When checking to see if it was an active leak, my finger When right through the ceiling. There was also standing water in our bath tubs (whoch says they werent cleaned and the staff weren't friendly at all. When calling to resolve it after we moved they told us it was our fault and that "She punched her hand through the roof" I don't recommend this place at all. They told us they didn't even have any other rooms available for us to move to and sent us another place 30 minutes away. It was also dirty in all corners and crevices and the floors felt disgusting on our feet.

Rooms seemed to have interior designs and that were "after thoughts". Big empty rooms with cramped 4 dish kitchen made this place not very comfortable to stay at. There were multiple pools and other amenities which was a plus but while I was there, both pools that I used and 1 of the 2 jacuzzis that I used were not working as intended... Making the water temp was anywhere from 65 - 70ish degrees. This could be due to Ian hurricane, but nothing was damaged and I tried to use them about 4 days afterward with the same results

Great resort with WONDERFUL, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL STAFF. However, all rooms should have beautiful furniture, not old and damaged couches and tables. The remodeling is beautiful although the choice of barn doors for the bathroom is not working. The doors will not stay closed! Perhaps leveling is necessary or a different instillation method that doesn't use giant guide wheels on the bottom, that are definitely toe stubbers that do nothing other than guide the doors. The largest showers I have seen in the rooms that no longer have the jacuzzi tub which my grandchildren missed!

A very nice place to stay; it felt like home away from home, very clean, decorative and accommodating. I love looking out the door and having a poolside view. And the location is in the middle of Walmart, shopping, the theme parks and many eating spots.

NEVER AGAIN! This place is amazing alright. I would give it no stars if I could, but the handyman was nice. HORRIBLE! You get what you pay for and more. Pictures speak louder than words. Great place to introduce second hand smoke of Marijuana order to kids, Guest Service doesn’t care and security even less.

The rooms were extremely clean. The staff was nicer than I could expect. Anything that comes up, they respond instantly. Great location. Can't wait to come back actually.

Older resort but very clean with nice updates to room and property. Restaurants and drinks are surprisingly good. Staff us nice except one inept member of their security team who tried to leave me stuck in the elevator which was outrageous. But Carlos the property manager stepped in and was incredibly awesome. Handled the situation quickly and effectively and went above and beyond with room upgrade and food comps. If it were not for Carlos the hotel manager my review would read much differently.

Clean room with space and fully stocked kitchen. Bed was nice and shower was hot. Pictures for the suite included a porch with seating and a bubble tub. These WERE NOT included. Truly bait and switch. Make sure you confirm with the place when you book. Cleaning staff and security were friendly. Plenty of parking. Not a lot of decent restaurants near by.

This is my second time staying here in the last month. Both times were great. Clean rooms, the amenities were nice as well as the grills which always worked and were clean every time I used them. The best part though is the service. Everyone is friendly and the front desk is exceptional. Orianne was there both times I checked in and Ryan was there the first time. Both treat you so well and seem to really care which is hard to find these days.
