Terrible manager! I complained because I paid 6 bucks for what is already a small mango smoothie. But when I got it, it was lacking considerably. See pic. So I complained and demanded for a more full cup which is what I paid for. The woman behind the counter explained that those are the portions, that they are only required to make it up to the first line. (Which wasn’t even at first line). I said I disagree it is too empty. I asked to speak to a manager and she sarcastically said “hi, how May I help you?!” After my meal I asked another employee if there was another manager and spoke to him. There is no need to speak to a customer like that! I proceeded to place a to go order. Sure enough the issue manager served the soup and set it aside. Server someone else, and then waited a moment just to plop the order on the counter, and walked away. VERY RUDE! So I told her she has terrible customer service. She should find a different job I said. She then proceeded to argue with me and give me more rude remarks! Unbelievable!!! The food is mediocre and expensive, and on top of that terrible service?!?! Unbelievable!!!

This location should be ashamed. They called police on a family here WITHOUT PROOF of their allegations of abuse. They caused a family distress by allowing these people to be HARASSED BY POLICE and making things up. I've watched the entire video now and this is further proof why I will not buy from ANY Panera. Their food is terrible now (it was better in the 2000's) and their service is clearly lacking. Panera, you can do SO much better. I can guarantee I will NEVER buy from you again.

It’s always a good restaurant chain. But after eating in this particular one I got a severe food poisoning and was really bad for a few days, possible some contaminated/spoiled food or milk at the food.

Drive thru girl was an not bright. Maybe it was her first day. She could not repeat the order correctly. I had to repeat it 5 times and then explain it in detail so that she would get it right. Kudos to her for continuing to try. Then she only gave part of our order. I had to remind her that we were still waiting for the rest of the order. Try caring about your job a little more and doing a quality check before you hand the food over and you will be okay.

I would recommend their flat bread pizzas because are really fresh. Is never too busy so service is quite fast. Drive through is available. The place is kept clean.

Looks great at first but when i took the 1st bite something was off so i decided to try the smoothie sour barely any flavor the sandwich tasted like it came out straight for the refrigerator. Wawa has better quality then this.

The person that took my order spoke english and so I told her in spanish I wanted a H. Cheese sandwich, and I specified with swiss cheese, I took back the sand. and talked with the person that makes food and pain told me that they do not have Swiss cheese so I went order taker and asked her why she didn't inform me that they do not have Swiss cheese. She didn't know. So I bought an expensive soup, half a sand for my wife 2 bot. of water and black coffee for 33.00, money doesn't grow on trees, that will be the 1st and last. To make things a little worse I went to counter and asked a box to take my sandwich home with and they don't have boxes, wax paper and a bag, waooo! Like I said, 1st and last!!!

If you are looking for a healthy lunch. This place is amazing and so good. I got the chicken apple salad and it was very good.

I come very frequently to this panera, and this problem is very common at breakfast time. they don't keep the coffee thermos full, or the coffee is almost empty and cold. They have a lot of clerks wondering around but nobody taking care of this little detail, panera is not a cheap place to spend my money and I believe we deserve better service.

I use this Panera every week. The service is 100 and the staff are all very friendly and always smiles. I have never had a messed up order and can always count on being in and out without long lines or wait times. Also it is always clean and smells fresh overtime.

First time I've been here and was not content with my order. No one's fault, I just didn't like the meal I ordered. Other than that it's always a pleasure going to Panera. 1st time trying a smoothie here and it taste pretty decent.

Came to this location for lunch today, and was overall satisfied with the service. Juliette, the cashier, was very nice and helpful. I noticed the manager was on top of things and communicated with the staff. Except for too much pepper or heat on my chicken chipotle sandwich and the fact that I had to clean my own booth (reason for 4 instead of 5 stars), everything was good. Plan to visit this location again!

The online pick up order is very convenient. However, inaccurate online pick up orders and sometimes food is cold. Recently, I ordered large sizes for each meal, when I got home all bowls and plates were small size. Filed a complaint, no reply yet…

I made a $20 order, Tomato soup cup and a Greek salad with chicken to takeout. The soup came in half the cup, the salad came without chicken, no straw for my drink, just 1 knife (no fork, no spoon for the soup) no napkins. I make this review because is not the first time my order came incomplete at this Panera, make sure to check what they put on your bag. I was to far to go back and do the return.

Worst Panera location I’ve visited yet, always missing items if ordered through Uber eats/Door Dash. Soups are always super watery to where Ive had to return them. Management definitely needs to do better.

Unfortunately, the lady manager did not address our question about a smoothie and the amount served (significantly low) in a respectful manner. She used sarcasm when talking to us, the customers. This is the first time we receive this terrible service at Panera. Customers should be treated respectfully by this manager who should have acknowledged her lack of manners and quality service in a professional way.

Every time I order from this restaurant, there’s an issue. I usually just chalk it up as a loss but it has gotten to be so annoying, I will not ever order from here again. It’s not all Panera’s that I have an issue with, just this one on OBT. I ordered a 20oz coffee, got a cup the size of my hand. Ordered a customized breakfast sandwich, they completely neglected to look at my notes. Most of the time my beverage isn’t even delivered. When I ask for no ice, I get extra, when I ask for my bagels to be toasted, they don’t toast them. There’s always something wrong with my order from this location. Hire people that care, that should help you stay in business.

Bless this Panera and their workers. I ordered a turkey sandwich and asked for so much dressing that the sandwich would swim. Make it soggy, a soup bowl even, I'll pay whatever your ransom is. They hooked me UP on the dressing I finally got to enjoy the sandwich the way I love it! They also gave me 3 pickles like I asked.. the best pickles ever. Thanks guys! Stuffed a 20 in that tip jar as quick as I could.

Panera is always an option when dining on the go. Sandwich’s and salads are healthier options to burgers and fries. This location is as good as the rest. I’ve stopped here for a morning coffee, for a lunch while on sales calls and even dinner. Usually prompt service, clean and pleasant staff.

Literally worst experience ever, I’ve ordered Panera bread but I’ve never been in the restaurant and what a shame cuz I’ll never come back again, they were like 10 guys and no one was doing nothing, the checking box was empty, they didn’t wanted to work at all. Best of all, I can order my favorite sourdough pre-sliced bread by phone/online early morning; they bake their bread early! I love Panera, especially their healthy options. I went with my son to get us some food and have a break away from the usual things. I really like Paneras soups around this time of year. The autumn squash soup so so good! I got my son the turkey chili with beans in it. I asked the lady for a smoothie with the least sugar and she recommended the super fruit smoothie. It taste really good. Lastly we got the Greek yogurt parfait. My son and I really liked it. He said it was yummy!

Poor service, we ordered online (from Panerabread.com, not a 3rd party) at 3:40 PM, we received a confirmation that our order would be delivered by 4:30-4:45. To give the store time we called at 5pm. We were told our order was cancelled by a 3rd party delivery service. I ended up speaking with a manager and the best option she can provide was for her to cancel our order on her computer. My wife and I visit this location very often because we consider it one of our lunch spots close to our jobs. So my wife arrived a bit early so she places our order. A bowl for her and a side salad and soup for me with two coffees. We waited and our name was called. We picked up our food but was missing the soup. My wife went up to the counter where they place your food and asked for the soup. She was directed to the ordering station. She asked the young lady if the soup was going to come out. She looked at my wife with a blank stare and said I will check. My wife cam back to eat her lunch. About 5 minutes later nothing ! so my wife went back up and spoke to her once again asking for the soup and once again the young lady said something unlegedgeable.
