Fancy shopping mall, has a lot of shopping space than I had imagined. And the walking lanes are wide too. A little less noisy during weekends. It's in a strategic place. The Cinema is just wow!

Nice place.......but washrooms are poorly maintained. Directions to washrooms may help strangers. I'd rather people pay and get better services. Consider integrating seating facilities in your lobby

Mega city mall is a really cool place, given the location, parking and presentation of products on the stores. Yeah I loved the looks of it.

Convenience at it's best. They have all required amenities including hospitals, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant just to mention a few. The parking is secure and safe and you do not have to pay parking fees

This mall is great as it has many things to offer, you can buy normal groceries, as well as cloths, some branded. There's also a game park which has many games to offer which is great especially for kids. There's also cinemas, which is like the only and the best theatre of kisumu. There's also several restaurants outsife the mall as well as inside the mall, so this place has a lot to offer

Naivas was excellent. Got all we required and staff very friendly as we are new to this particular supermarket. Free parking as well.

The cinema halls are boiling in Kisumu's heat and despite several requests the ACs are not switched on. Reason - few viewers for the movie!

Wasted space. This place needs more business to rent out and make it a beehive of activities. It's has a great location, ample parking, escalators for those who can't used the stairs ans the lift. We'll equipped for a mall. Am yet to find a good eatery or food outlet at the same place . Great for children as there's a gamming area and I have experienced this for some years now. Most boutiques have owners who operate from home with signs on the doors with phone numbers that won't respond quickly. We had quite an experience with some of my models looking for evening wear in vain till a young man stepped in quick with nice tuxedos, shirts and shoes. For now I would recommend the management to work on the mall and have it vibrant like in the days of NAKUMATT.

Excellently located, massive parking space, with some excellent tenants including the anchor tenant (Nivas), a good hotel (The Vic), awesome bar (Da Bar), top-notch furniture store, a hospital, a kids playground, etc. One wonders why this Mega Mall is yet to attract some of the famous fast food restaurants that have now arrived in Kisumu.

A little bit of galleria vibe. Lol, coz of carrefour, kfc, pizza Inn, creamy Inn, java kcb bank, l.c waikiki. . Basically, I mentioned what I need from a mall. Available parking with crazy affordable rates. Parked for 4 hrs and paid 120ksh.

It a nice place to do shopping because it's on the highway. We actually stopped by to refill our snacks but we ended up having lunch too before we continued on our journey.

Has serene environment with cool air , clean and appealing to situate a business ,good security,proper hygiene and well mannered staff encourages customers to visit it quite often,has safe stairs that accommodates the elderly and children,it's a small town by itself

This place is surrounded by all types of businesses that target the upper middle class,,, it is located 2 km away from the CBD,there's two good supermarket,KIONDOS is displayed at the entrance,it's the center place for parcels ie jumia,G4S. at the back there's a neat 3 star restaurant,and a small nice 3 star hotel, security is good,plenty of parking space....

Nice mall. I found some cool leather African sandals that actually fit my big feet. Had a good burger at the restaurant in the mall. Watched a 3d movie which was also fun. A nice visit for a night at the mall.

One of the older malls in the City, being constantly improved. Its location is the only thing that's out of the way [personal preference]. Otherwise, a lovely place for a weekend with the kids, a movie date, or just a quick supermarket run.
