Just my local pub with rooms upstairs and meals, lunch and dinner and some Friday or Saturday nights they have live music … check there fb pg for live music info … have never stayed in the rooms and the local shop is 200mtrs down the road

The most underrated pub feed in the Hunter Valley! Absolutely every meal is so delicious, fresh and made using quality produce, even the sauce is handmade instead of the usual store-bought stuff. I highly recommend the pull pork burger and the rib & wings..... Can't go past this place for their warm country hospitality, friendly service and great prices. This is definitely a hidden gem waiting to be discovered.

The food was insane, had the ribs and they were amazing. The beer was awesome and the staff wonderful. Overall it was a great experience 😌

I read previous reviews and had to try it out. Five of us had lunch and were pleasantly surprised. From the old world charm of the building, the welcoming banter of the locals in the front bar, the friendly staff, the delicious food (we had the Fig/Goats cheese/Prosciutto/Rocket salad as a starter, &3 Pizzas!) and ice cold beer, we couldn't fault a thing.We'll definitely be back.

GREAT ambience !! We were welcomed "loudly" by the customers and bar staff alike. Absolutely loved the open fire and when we left, everybody said "Goodbye"....we'll be returning!!

Quaint little pub. The locals were friendly and the bar lady was kind enough to heat up a couple of meat pies for us, as the kitchen was shut on Mondays

Confused about the price of a VB schooner. First one cost me $7, five minutes later second one cost me $8. At 12.30 on a Friday

The best 'Country Pub' experience ever!

Can’t rate room since we only stopped for dinner. Great place for quick meal while travelling on a bike, nice deck and breeze outback. Oil probably need a change but schintz were soft and juicy. Lovely service. Thanks.

Its a small country pub and the Friendliest pub I have ever been to. Terrific food and extremely nice staff. Gosh even the patrons said good night with a raised glass. Cheers
