    Just a anther bunnings, toke a long time ,to get served,to get out ,girl taking ,order,at checkout?? But got what we needed there,cessnock is a very popular place and it has a lot of people there!!!! These DAYS!

    Good range of products. Good prices. Easy access. Recently had to return a product (cordless mower) for a warranty issue. It couldn’t have been easier. The staff were very helpful and efficient and I was walking out of the store in next to no time with a replacement.

    It’s a good bunnings, has everything you need. Helpful when you need to order something in. Except there is this one lady who I know is trying to be helpful but her manner is just horrible and don’t rate her at all

    Contacted Cessnock bunnings by phone, transferred 3 times, on hold 10mins. Asked for my name and contact details so they could call back. 9 hours later still waiting to be contacted. Still haven't been asked what I wanted 🤦‍♂️

    Most of the time, good staff to assist you, good value for money and free 4hr hirer of a trailer if you need it with a purchase. Good for returns & we'll worth having a Power Pass... need an ABN for this.

    Always seems busy with customers everywhere but difficult to find help when needed. You might find plenty of staff members but often can't do what you need at the time and you need to wait to find someone else who can help. Some staff are super friendly and helpful.
