Very clean and has everything you need only very comfortable staff 😉

Majority of their foods come from other countries, where food quality regulations are poor. They should support local. Or at least encourage it. All the jar sauces from coles and woolies that are imported from Italy give my family diahhrea the day after. They mark up prices and their foods are trash. Too much money spent on trying to manage their supplies. This is the problem with large produce chains. Support local, grow your own.

Great store. Shelves are generally well stocked. Store is clean. Trolley Bay is usually full of both the big & smaller style of trolleys. They still provide disenfectant wipes, paper towel & antibacterial hand solution at the entrance. Which is regularly stocked. As far as fresh produce ...these guys definitely give the so called "Fresh Food People" a run for their money. In fact, in many areas this has been more then apparent for a long while! Staff are friendly & helpful.

Workers always socialising rather then working, local women expect you to just move out of the way even if you have been standing reading a product before they were even in view and this extends to the older female workers that just expect you to move, could have got my entire shop for free if I wanted to act as clueless as half of their workforce and just walk on out as the two women attending the main self serves on one occasion were just yacking away and not even looking at anyone, a young lady on the twin self serves drop her keys god know how many times & then proceed to yap on with another older female worker about how they have so many shifts and the older one has another job & blah blah blah if the were talking any louder you would of heard them in the carpark too! Absolutely unprofessional, extremely lazy & most definitely a politicised & woke workforce, the only males they hire look like cucks or like they were hired through a disability program, I quite literally watched one look back at me 3 times while he stocked the entire 3 litre milk shelf with 2 litre bottles & vice versa, I just wanted to see if maybe one of the female managers would catch onto it or maybe if he would even pay enough attention to realise what he was doing. no wonder they have to price gouge with this sort of hiring attitude! 3 Cessnock coles workers = 1 average person!

The toilets in the Coles Centre are very poorly maintained. When either male or female try to use them there is no toilet paper. A tap in the men's has not worked for a long time. I want to use the shop but it is simply a big turn-off. When I made a suggestion at the Coles counter I was told that it was not their responsibility and the staff member turned her back. Don't you care?

I'm not a local but the lady at the self service checkout today was very helpful, her assistance with my this morning was much appreciated. Thanks again.

Looked for tea, had trouble because of poor signage. Then although Coles was supposed to stock the tea that I was after, it was not available. Also I was after ladyfinger bananas but they had run out.
