The food was ordinary. Waited forever shop run by kids Got order open in car ready to drive off chip cold & old, soggy. Zinger burger was the worst ive ever eaten to the point half went in the bin. The two chicken spicey bits were better. The tender box was a better option for kazza. But the popcorn chicken was dripping fat 😩 so overall skip it

I have to say its was the dirtiest KFC ive ever visited toilets were disgusting no siap and dryer didnt work in the ladies. Tables covered in food scraps and the floor. Had to ask for a cloth to clean our own table not sure what the staff were doing but it wasnt busy. Comments from the back of store were loud enough to be heard in the front of store,not very professional. Wont be going back

Firstly let me say, cleanest KFC I've seen for a long time. Kyle & Annie were fabulous assets to the team going at 110%. School holidays and let me say it was extremely noisy inside with the steel high chairs being dragged backwards and forwards. Food was as per usual, ordinary at best, not this restaurant just the method it's Cooke ad served. Yes I know, why did I go there, it was for the grandchildren.

The service was fast and professional. The food was hot and fresh. Best kfc I've had in a long time

When i opened the snack box there was a filthy scrunched up receipt inside the box, when i phoned the store to inform them, the managers reply was this was normal practice and store policy… I have serious concerns regarding hygiene and cross contamination, hands are dirty and scrunching up paper before placing it inside and on top of food cannot be healthy. Google it !!!! How bacteria can be transferred to food? The main way that contamination spreads in the kitchen is by our hands.

A big shout out to the team at Cessnock KFC for their hospitality and professionalism in managing a big group coming into the store during peak service. We had a group of 17 guys that were very hungry after enjoying wines up in Pokolbin. The team at KFC were very professional in their service and it had to be commended. A special shout out to April who was managing orders, preparing food and being a very happy and wonderful person. She really made our experience at KFC one of the best ever. She was just a joyous and happy person. She really engaged with everyone and made sure everyone got what they ordered. She deserves to be commended for her customer service. It really stood out! Another shout out to the team in the back preparing the meals! The food was fresh and delicious. It was everything we needed after a long day at the wineries. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend anyone to visit this specific store! Thank you team Cessnock KFC!

Went in with 2 others all ordered 10 piece nuggets each. Waited 40 minutes not even busy, Food was cold nuggets came in one big box, didn't expect that as it's unhygienic. Everyone was standing around talking not working. I only gave them 1 star because you cant give a negative amount of stars. Do not recommend anyone to eat here as it's the worst KFC I've ever stepped in. Not one thing was clean.

The person serving(most likely the manager) was extremely rude. Requested for an exchange of gravy to a chips. Was done but with an attitude and rude gesture.

Chicken tenders were cold. Service took about 5 minutes on front counter. The floor had more chips etc thrown on it than I had on my small chip box. Really dirty. If only the area manager had walked in. Something would've been done as nothing was even attempted to be cleaned up when we were sitting there.

I was greeted by a young male employee who even though had not planned correctly with his cooking was not flexible to accommodate the situation and so I asked for the manager and he advised he was one of the managers on duty, so thank God the other female manager came out and tried to fix the situation even though we still couldn't order what we wanted. Very disappointed

Girl at the first window needs customer service course. Girl at second window was lovely and lost 3 stars due to surly faced Girl at the first window, which should explain why only 1 star for atmosphere. Food was great!

Piss poor service 40 minutes for chicken to then have to drive back after they stuffed the order up no apology nothing. Workers standing around on phones and talking while customers wait to order also watch a worker get chicken by hand and start eating while at the counter. Very unprofessional service behaviour and store. I was horrified

what an excellent dining place! i came in upon closing and ordered 3 pieces of chicken, the staff were nice wait was quick and the overall restaurant was clean and despite ordering at a late time the staff was extremeley helpful. if i could id give them all a raise (:

Can't make a chicken burger without forgetting chicken. Got home and called them they wanted me to drive back to the shop to get a replacement with no compensation for the extra fuel it takes to get to the shop. You would think that being a chicken specialist you would add chicken to your burgers. The quality of this place has dropped way below a standard. And the way they deal with it shows that it happens too often

Every table was dirty despite staff clearly having time on their hands. Yuck. Apart from that, did was good and service was fine.

Chips and food were freshly cooked and done well. Best KFC I've been to.

Rocked in at 10.55pm and got served. Just made an 11pm curfew. Great job getting my food together. Everything is hot and to my liking. Young guy at the counter was cheerful which surprised me as it was late.

cola bbq wings were amazing, staff were kind on drive through although the wait time was a little long but i understand as it was around peak time. keep up the great work

Nearly ever table was dirty Floor was dirty Wasn't that busy don't see why the manger (red dyed hair women with tattoos) didn't get young girls to clean up but they were standing around talking Chips were not very crispy - tasted undercooked. And raspberry freeze not filled up very high then saw while sitting in and having my dinner a guy fill the cup to the very top. Every where else fills them to the top. Plus when now $2 when used to be $1 Will be not hurrying back to this KFC. The staff didn't like when my partner went up and questioned about filling up the drink. Clean up the tables and the floor very yuk when trying to have dinner. Last time I also had to ask them to clean tables. This place has put me off KFC.

Sad to see the overall quality of the food has dropped severely over the years. Used to love getting KFC from the cessnock branch, as it was usually hot / fresh and tasted great (this was years ago). But slowly over time it's become more expensive, with portion sizes shrinking, and the food dropping in quality. The zinger burgers are nearly only half the size they were 3 years ago, and they usually come Luke warm. The chips don't overflow the box anymore like they used to and they're rarely hot. The Gravy tasted powdery and flavourless. The Lettuce on the burgers has been brown more than once now. Try to avoid this KFC.
