Amazing destination you should totally visit! The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Upon arrival we were checked in with a few complications, but luckily the manager swiftly solved the problem and got us checked in, in good time. If you're on your way to Kidepo don't be shy to stop over at Acaki. Their breakfast is very filling and their rooms are well furnished and spaced out 😃😃

Best place to stay in Kirgum! Our room was large, very clean and had a good climate and temperature despite a very hot day outside. The bed was the best on our 2 weeks travel up to now. We can also recommend the restaurant, not only for good food (some with sime Indian influence), but an outstanding service.

Great lodge with large rooms that are spacious and well styled. Internet worked well. Breakfast was good and had variety. The only downside is that it is a little bit outside of town but this also lends to the quite relaxing environment.

It is a cool getaway place. I particularly loved the delicious meals off the A la carte menu.

This is a very good and reasonably priced lodge just outside Kitgum Town. It is a great place to stop en route from Kampala to Kidepo Valley National Park. The service and food was very good, and the rooms are well appointed. Definitely recommended for anyone who wants to overnight in Kitgum. The rooms get rather hot, so ceiling fans would be a good addition. Also, since the lodge is off the main road, I would recommend growing trees, bushes and bamboo to block any noise from the road.
