great experience , they provided extra towels and comforters. they charge extra for another comforter. felt very secure. gates closed at 11 pm. there’s a restaurant very close by for food highly recommend

Stayed in this hotel on 20th July....at around 2am the power supply got disrupted & for almost a couple of hours no one informed or updated me. Finally I called the guy @ reception, to which he said that the power will resume in an hour & smartly suggested to me an option to open my room windows for ventilation as it had grills onto it. It was a shock to me when I came to know that this hotel did not have enough diesel left to run the Generator....There was no power the entire night.... When questioned again in the morning at around 7 am the power supply was resumed. Yes indeed the rates are very cheap.... And is the service given to their customers too cheap as well. Would highly recommend or suggest not to book any hotels from OYO henceforth. Rather go for a standard hotel elsewhere!!!

Very good facilities; safe, free internet, comfortable, good electricity and water supply, hot water supply 24*7 hrs, peaceful, good location, easy transport facilities, very neat and clean, very good food nearby vegetarian restaurant; stayed for 3 to 4 weeks- felt very comfortable coming from Kolkata; owner very friendly, understand guests problems, takes care of guests, caring, kind, helpful, smiling, etc. Recommend others as well; owner genuine gentleman and good helpful person.

The room is good, but the price is confusing and explained by the Hippocratic way by the staff. When I called to inquire about the room rent, the staff told me the minimum price of 600, but when I reached the hotel they told me the minimum price is 1000, 'Lena hai to lo nehi to mat lo, baki apki marzi'.

Veryyy Great experience. We went for my daughter admission and the experience and location everything is just good.We will definitely visit again and staying in this hotel.

Excellent hospitality, the owner himself is available for any of the requirements. Clean rooms and ideal location for stay. AC and non AC rooms available. Hot water is available anytime. Terrace rooms are very airy and have a good view from the verandah.

Great experience. Owner is very warm welcoming and humble. Our bangalore trip went well after staying in this Residency. Must visit for once .
