The
hotel
is
fine,
has
a
great
location,
and
is
fairly
comfortable.
However,
there
are
issues
that
are
easily
addressed.
One,
the
front
desk
staff
need
a
serious
lesson
in
customer
service.
They
completely
ignore
you
until
they’re
finished
doing
whatever
they’re
doing
whether
it’s
important
or
not.
We
waited
a
few
times,
first
when
trying
to
check
in,
a
second
time
when
we
were
actually
checking
in
later,
and
a
third
time
checking
out.
Again,
they
simply
ignore
you
while
you’re
standing
at
the
counter.
There’s
no
“I’ll
be
right
with
you”
or
anything.
No
big
deal
except
those
times
when
you
have
to
wait
over
5
minutes
for
them
to
do
something
that’s
more
important
than
helping
a
customer.
Second,
the
website
states
that
the
hotel
has
a
gym,
which
it
does,
but
it’s
totally
useless.
The
hotel
offered
a
pass
to
the
YMCA,
but
we
wanted
a
hotel
with
an
on
site
gym,
not
one
they
offered
a
pass
for
me
to
go
someplace
else.
There
is
good
news.
First,
even
though
the
rooms
need
a
little
refreshing,
they
were
fairly
comfortable
and
clean.
The
staff
in
the
lounge
were
great!
Very
attentive,
polite,
and
courteous.
The
food
in
the
lounge
was
also
very
good,
although
we
only
had
a
couple
of
different
appetizers.
The
overall
value
of
the
hotel
is
good
given
what
you
get
for
the
price.
I
just
wish
that
the
front
counter
staff
were
more
customer
oriented,
the
rooms
were
updated,
and
there
was
an
actual
gym
as
advertised.
