Oh yeah I saw that Lady who was collecting receipts 🧾 from the bin because she talked to the customer cares and they couldn't help her and seemed it was important I overheard her say she was supposed to travel to Nairobi and the shoes she had bought were big and needed a smaller siz and they were for a wedding party, magunas specifically Kitui u need to treat customers we'll as Kelvin has mentioned

I saw a lady who was looking for a receipt from the bin of the mart and I felt very bad because the customer care were so reluctant to assist her and the people were just looking at her wondering why make her pass through that hard way, I watched over her severally and I felt I should let u know all customers are equal whether young or old, rich or poor treat all the same and stop your ignorance to customers.

Good supermarket but the management should look for a proper person to sell liquor and the extras in the liquor store. That lady is innocent and not familiar with the products in that store. She is also stone faced and seems to be serious all the time. Kindly swap her to other duties and get the right person in the liquor store.

The supermarket offers relatively low prices. Wide range of quality available, from cheap to expensive. One of the best boutiques in Kitui.

Easy to access...only issue is parking.

Service is good, but work on washrooms,,,kindly provide washrooms for customers, i visted there on friday and requested for the key,,i was rudely answered you are not giving keys to customers simply because there's no water,i was pressed i almost messed myself, i find it wise you get your customers a loo,,we have health problems sometimes

It's very nice with all varieties

One of the best shopping joints in Kitui. Its relatively cheaper compared to the other supermarkets in the town. Especially its clothing line merchandise prices is one of its kind. Pretty cheap. Ground floor stacked with consumables, 1st floor clothing, 2nd floor electronics. Its not very spacious though as its wrapped up in a one 40x80 size of a plot. Parking also is a menace here, blocking the main road whenever one is entering or exciting the parking lot. This causes a lot of traffic especially during peak shopping seasons.
