Well kept facility, lots of improvement at the reception service could do. The breakfast restaurant and staff really nice. Good breakfast. One of the best pork chops one can taste. Clean environment, ample parking, very friendly security guards, more customer friendly than some receptionists in there.

Very private meeting rooms on the 3rd floor. Lovely bar not very far from a section reserved for playing children..

The mattress was in poor condition, WiFi poor, breakfast was a buffet which is ok..but they need to work on their rooms. I don't recommend it to travellers who like to rest well not the food like myself.

All good but their restaurant food was not good. The shower in the bathroom was not working well. They promised to repair but never did. But generally very friendly staff.

How do you feed people stale food, chicken precisely. Then you charge rooms per person, instead of per room. I don't recommend.

As you head towards Kitui school a few meters from Kitui town lies this magnificent recreation place. A large enough swimming pool, always clean and well maintained. As you enter into this place, you get ushered in by a magnificently maintained landscaping, cool trees welcomes you to this place. A variety of meals and drinks also available. Clean accommodation at average cost. Need to hold a meeting at a quite place and a nice environment? Then you need to pay a visit to Parkside villa (Kitui). Conference rooms and facilities also available.

Parkside villa hotel is the best you'll ever find in Kitui town. There rooms range in price making it affordable to almost everyone. Besides, the hotel has ample parking space. Fridays are lit as there is always a live band. Foods are good, but samaki is rare

An extremely friendly hotel with enough options for everyone’s budget. The food was great. I’m not normally a fan of windy breakfasts, but this one changed my mind. Location is quiet, yet central enough for convenience. The pool is modern and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Pathetic hotel.. expensive for nothing.. standard room going for 3000.. cottages 4000.. u will be shocked once the doors are open.. kindly introduce half stars. One star is not deserved here,il rate it at half for the effort they made to show us the room. Whats the use of a parking lot when ur told to park at ur own risk?????

Lovely and serene place. The cost of the rooms ranges to suit a variety of budgets. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well-furnished, but a bit dated. The staff are courteous. We were pleased to find the restaurant open after 10pm, and it took like 45 minutes to prepare our food. The food was great, breakfast was buffet and in plenty. The compound has plenty of trees, which make the environment cool and serene. I enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended.

Good quiet place to sleep that is 5-minutes walking distance from the main town. The evening band was awesome to listen to while enjoying dinner. The food is delish, fresh and cooked to order. Probably gonna need a drink as you wait for meals. The food is moderately priced(about 10$ for a full meal) and accomodation prices are varied between 15-80$ a night(breakfast included) based on size, personal preference and privacy.

Ambient place to stay. However, I have a complaint about their toilets...please put tissue holders inside each toilet! A toilet is a simple room, but it tells a lot about a place.

This place was super awesome. Swimming is clean and well kept. It has a children and adult swimming pool. Drinks and food were super delicious. The chicken was tasty. I recommend that you tried it. Everything from accommodation to food is worth 😊

I observed something weird last night. The night security guard was refusing guests to enter past 10pm citing reasons that the bar is closed. We are all aware there is a curfew and that is why most people dropped by for accommodation. Why would they close the gate for over 5 vehicles who had come to seek accommodation? Do they understand that accommodation is where the money is... If there is a GM kindly check on your security personnel they need more training, there is a gap there. Provide room stewards with trolleys for carrying linen atleast, they are putting clean linen on the floor. However I will still come back again and again. Best accommodation.

A nice place to stay in Kitui Town. Kindly it's also high time to change the metal beds in the cottages, those are the best rooms ever since 2013!

The rooms are comfy and spacious. Fancy toiletries provided. They provide bed and breakfast and the meals are just DELICIOUS 😋. I would definitely choose Parkside villa on my next visit to Kitui☺️.
