On my visits to Prague this is the M&S store I always go to. I know the products from England, anything I bought, I always worn and kept long time - the quality changed, but it is still very good. During sales - there are good prices. Good choices of clothing overall. Prices sometimes too high, good to wait for sales - UK or CZ. Mostly friendly staff - unfortunatelly czech nature hasn't been created to be a customer friendly staff - not like in the UK where you get 95% very friendly welcome no matter if you buy or not:)))but times and people change in CZ as well:). Big store, on 3levels, with a food store and coffee/tea break with food to sit in... recommend

Marks and Spencer Prague offers a delightful shopping experience with a wide selection of high-quality products. The store's elegant ambiance and helpful staff create a pleasant atmosphere for customers. The combination of premium offerings and excellent service make it a top choice for shoppers in Prague.

It served it's purpose and had some basics we needed to acquire while in Prague. This is not your large M&S that you will find in the UK. Having limited Czech language skills can be problematic.

This our new favourite store. I would go 500 miles to get my food from M&S. The best. I do hope they keep this store open. Great for the luxury treats. Truly an oasis for food.

Great product range, including some food items. Sadly the staff were very impolite when I went to pay - they didn't seem very busy, but were certainly annoyed that I bothered them ;)

As usual, an excellent M&S. Has a small food section, but despite the size it has a great range. Good value too.

Food hall is excellent at Palladium, I prefer it to the others in Prague. The assistants are polite and helpful. The clothing is the same in any small M&S store. I wish M&S would get some new designers for their women’s wear - very frumpy.

Well connected place, lookout for end of season sales for clothes, when the prices get reasonable, as normal prices are way too high for average Czech income. Customer service is fine, its rare to be treated badly by a rude employee. 🤗

Not as good a food selection due to COVID and Brexit

The selection of food is not what it used to be: Now everything is either frozen or durable, no more fresh food.
