Appalled and embarrassed on behalf of this establishments unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. As a local Licensed PRactical Nurse, and 35 weeks pregnant at that, I expected a peaceful breakfast with my daughter and mother in law. Walking in, we were greeted and told to sit in the very front by the bathrooms. When I asked to sit more towards the back due to having a messy 14 month old (and seeing a family with a small child also in the back) waitress rolled her eyes and told us it wasn't cleaned. I told her no rush. Table was cleaned, we sat down, we ordered a breakfast and a French dip, which we waited for over 20 min. The waitress told my mother who due to a certain medical condition was encouraged by myself to get a house salad in which they told us soup and salad were not available although on the menu it clearly stated soup and salad. There were people served food before us after arriving after us. I received a plate of runny eggs not cooked thoroughly, a cold and sad waffle, and sausages that were burnt. I asked for a steak knife from the owner in which she replied "why would you need a steak knife the pancakes aren't that hard and refused to bring back a knife. She then brought back a knife after asking multiple times. I am a young tired single mother who uses a steak knife to cut up sausages small enough for my baby not to choke. After not being able to eat any of the food because of the negative energy from waitress and owner I went to pay in which I asked to speak to the manager. After expressing that the food was not prepared how it usually is ( I have doordashed many times and sat in with my daughter) the owner told me that the food was on the house and to never come back to her place again. Not only was I hurt because I was planning to take my future Adult care home patients every Sunday there for breakfast. Not only did this establishment ban my family, but many members of the elderly community that I nurse. Food and their establishments especially when based off family values should have excellent customer service with customer satisfaction being number one priority. If I ever treated a patient like that, I would be sued misconduct. I am reporting this to the BBB and hope that this will become a fine example that mistreatment based on race, sex, color, medical condition, etc will not be tolerated. Super long, but worth the read! (Also heard a customer tell the owner the food was disgusting right before we got ours and she laughed) Will cook for my care home, my food will always come from the heart and with love.

Starv'n Marv'n is always a great choice for breakfast. In the middle of the week after 9:00am it's always nice for a quiet and relaxing meal. 6/18/23, Father's Day, bit of a wait but worth it. Always good food.

The place is actually pretty amazing. I definitely recommend the patty melt. You have to try it with a side of blue cheese though to dip it in. I know it sounds weird. But trust me got to try it. They're fries are normally pretty good. But this time I think we caught them between oil changes. Definitely not a deal breaker though. The staff was friendly and and always seemed to be within eyesight if needed. Which is nice because in some places the wait staff can be just a little too much. The place was clean and not crowded. And the decor was kinda like a mom and pop style. The lighting fixtures actually contain some of the names of the towns along the way from where we came from which is kind of cool seeing the names of all the towns we grew up in. Definitely worth a stop. Our meal averaged about $14 a person including beverage. Which in 2022 with everything going up is not that bad.

I have been eating at this place since it opened, 20+ years ago. This is some of the best breakfast in the area. The homemade bread, biscuits, and english muffins are excellent, as well as the custom thick cut bacon. Today I had slices that were over 2 inches wide and 8th inch thick. Service is ALWAYS fantastic, and the food never disappoints. I promise, you will never leave hungry.

In town working for the week and stopped by here twice. Once for lunch and once for breakfast. Each time the staff were great, food was fantastic and I'll most likely stop by again before I leave town.

In downtown Klamath falls, dear god don’t miss this restaurant! This locally owned eatery offers superbly prepared food with insane portions. If you don’t leave satisfied you have a tapeworm. The staff is warm, welcoming and frankly hilarious.

Coming all the way from Nashville.. this is the best breakfast I've purchased in my life. Bacon 2nd to none. Gigantic portions that will fill most competitive eaters. If you don't have 1 reason to visit Klamath Falls I'm giving you one

Always clean, coffee is perfect, food comes fairly quick, everything we've had so far over our dozen or so eat ins has been really good. Pictured is the biscuits and gravy breakfast and the 3 egg garbage omelette (veggie packed, which I prefer) with home fries. It's a LOT of food. Lots of parking, wheelchair accessible, kid friendly.

This place is awesome. Great service, huge portions, good food. My veggie omelet was very fresh tasting, and the hashbrowns were super crispy. We noticed that the toast was house made bread, you definitely don't see that at a lot of diners. The cinnamon roll is truly epic.

We had lunch here and it was excellent. Our server was a very nice young man who provided fast, friendly service. I had a crispy chicken salad that came with the most divine yeast roll..OMG it was delicious. Hubs had a bacon cheeseburger and said it was excellent. Their radio playlist was also excellent. Definitely worth a visit and when we pass through here again, we'll come back. And the menu has a very amusing list of "house rules".

One of the best breakfasts we have eaten! Cinnamon roll was giant and the best my wife had had. Good, high quality food and friendly staff. Portions were large and even the teens didn't finish all their plates and that never happens!!! Seriously, just stop here and eat, you won't be sorry.

Great food, and great service! They brought the food out for my daughter first, which couldn't have come at a better time because she was very hungry. Very pleased with everything…

We had dinner here last night. 2 of us had the cod and oh my goodness was it good. Cooked to perfection. One of us had the chicken fettuccine alfredo, the chicken was grilled with a lot of flavor and the fettuccine was wonderful as well. This is our new fave restaurant. Thank you 😊

Cool place but the cook made my eggs hard on the bottom and made the top look over easy which was what I ordered. The waitress told me that my toast was still in the toaster and never came back , not even with the check. I heard this place was supposed to be good . Too bad you only get one chance to make a first impression . They won't get a second chance.

Overall experience was great. I enjoyed my dining. I tend to get the country fried steak at all. The food places I like to sit down at the stake here was really good. A little too ready for my liking and hash browns were tasty. The pacing was good. The server was wonderful. Definitely a respectable diner to go to again

We picked this place because we thought the name was funny. As expected, the portion sizes were enormous (afterall, Marvin is starvin'). I was, however, unprepared for the size of the cinnamon roll. It could serve six people easily. We ate some at the restaurant, we ate some for dessert that night, and ate more for breakfast the next morning. And we still didn't finish it. The food was good, solid diner food, and we're happy that we tried it out. If we're ever in the area again, we'll stop by. But maybe I'll pass on the cinnamon roll.

I Came in to a half full restaurant, placed an order for a simple bacon and cheese omelet. Then I watched the place fill up and multiple people that were seated after I ordered get their food. When the waitress came out with my order, 45 minutes after placing it, it was entirely wrong, offered nothing other than the wrong food even though she knew what I ordered. I walked out. Somehow this place has a decent reputation, I won't bother trying again. These people absolutely do not care about the service they provide.

Absolutely fantastic place. Ridiculously good food, insane portion sizes and just the best people around. Their menu is varied enough to please even the pickiest of customers. The wait staffs sense of humor is a blessing to see. The ambience of the place is warm and friendly. Great place to hang with friends or family and enjoy a good ol fashioned meal. Oh, I had the Ditch Rider. Eggs, sausage, hash browns, bacon and toast. Fantastic! Couldn't eat it all though because the portion size was huge! Highly recommended.

First, I love the name. Points for originality. Second, whoever decorated the restaurant really put thought and effort into the design. The tablecloths and curtains looked custom made with denim and red/white checkers. Bib overall clasps were used to hang the curtains. So cute. Beautiful stained glass window hangings and an interior wall made with antique exterior windows were a nice touch. Clever house rules in the menu and funny signs throughout made me smile. The food was good and the waitstaff were busy but as efficient as possible.

Good food. However the sausage in the biscuits and gravy was undercooked. We brought it to their attention and were told that their pork sausage is pink e en when cooked. Ok, I have seen sausage like that However the consistency of it and the taste of it was that of way undercooked sausage.all 8 of us at the table tried it to make sure. My pregnant daughter had to order something else.

This is a very busy place that closes just after lunch. Open only for breakfast and lunch and they excel at both! The best wait staff anywhere in this state! The entire focus of wait staff and chefs is customer satisfaction. Everyone is always exceedingly and genuinely pleasant! Food is delicious with very generous portions. They bake their own bread so have the best sandwiches. We love the BLTA. French fries are the real deal and are crisp but never greasy. We always have left overs to take home. Have eaten here many times and always look forward to a visit when in town.

I had such high hopes for this place. Ordered the chicken fried steak and it was over half breading and tasted like it was cooked in burnt grease. The gravy tasted like glue. They said its hand breaded but it tasted frozen. The hash browns was a generous portion but they tasted like they was burnt. The toast they sent out was charcoal black. The eggs was the only thing that was really edible. They need to find a new cook and quit lying about their hand breaded chicken fried steak. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is the waitress was nice.
